She is patient and seemed truly invested in my eyesight in a way that made me feel welcome. I was fit in for follow ups on short notice more than once. For comparison: Competitor I tried in 2016 charged me over $100 by mail after my visit for my covered exam due to complexity. The doctor actually told me he "had to make money" so he limited my follow ups before we could get the right lens perspiration. Tried a cheapy big name in 2017 and after they used my exam benefit for the year, handed me the same prescription I had telling me they couldn't do better and to go back to the previous place because they couldn't order it either. I then had to request the cheap place release my insurance equipment discount so the expensive place could actually order it. Even though it I had vision insurance, I ended up using the same mediocre prescription for 2 years before trying this Eye Center location where I will go from now on.

I was given the wrong perception twice had to keep two boxes of contacts because I had opened them…read more they were all different sizes. two boxes of contacts should have come as an exchange for two boxes of the wrong size that had not been opened . Today I get a package with one box of contacts there should be two boxes. I have had nothing but problems with this eye center and the doctor. why he couldn't get the right contacts the first or second time. This is my third time to get the correct prescription I have been back to the office and told them I won't be back. Do not buy your contacts there you can get them cheeper on the internet and use your insurance too. I truly hope you get the right prescription the first time. I couldn't even get those incorrect contacts in my eye. It took me over twenty minutes to get one in. hopefully I will get the other box they owe me. I have two boxes of that I cannot use. One was $115 and the other one was $119 so that pretty much sucks being out that kind of money.

The real problems start when you go to pick out glasses. This company uses selective words to disguise additional charges for "insurance" that I caught and didn't agree to... Then I found out through my insurance rep that was most likely overcharged anyway however, those charges would be returned at a later date. I'm sorry in this day and age Bill should be right the first time and there's no excuse for charging extra to issue a refund. By the way, they offer you a free glass case with every pair of glasses and they're so hideous and cheap that I threw mine out immediately. I'll definitely be looking for a new place the next time I need glasses.

But I left my credit card in my back pocket in Michigan so I had to use it here. Along with my drivers license. 8 days later my savings and checking were gone.
