I called the store and spoke with them about this unacceptable customer service. They assured me when he comes in for the third pair, to bring the other 2, and they would make sure to fit test all 3. Three strikes cause again same behavior and poor customer service. These folks do not understand the importance of Fit testing to make sure the prescription was actually correct, and sit properly on customer's face. Didn't review any of my images with me (and I had paid the extra $39 to have the additional testing done, so that was frustrating). Didn't adddress my concern I'd raised about excessive dry eye or bother looking at my eye drop prescription to see if I needed a renewal. Told me I have the beginning of a cataract and provided no additional detail. When she asked me at the end if I had questions, she didn't even let me respond before literally ushering me out of the office. I was able to squeeze one question in which she begrudgingly half-answered me as she walked down the hall.
