They had to send them back to have the pupil points aligned. Told 2 wks, again 3 wks. The next pair came in, the lenses would squeak and would not stay in. Had to have them returned again. Third time should be a charm but not so far... 2 months since I originally ordered the glasses and still no glasses. Called to check status. Got the oh we will call you back we have to call the lab. No call back. I called them. Oh we have to call the specialty lab tomorrow. The run around is a complete fail. When I asked about contact lens options, I was told that a trial pair could not be provided because the brand I currently use was not in stock. I then asked if he could recommend an alternative brand, but he was not willing to discuss other options or provide guidance. The clerk who assisted me with purchasing contacts was much more helpful. He located the brand I currently use, provided a trial pair, and placed an order for the remaining boxes. I was told I would be notified once they arrived for pickup.
