I bought sunglasses and they were not big enough block the sun. I returned the glasses after 2 days and got new sun glasses. They came back within 2 or 3 days max. The only downside is they are usually booking out 2 months, so if you need glasses, you may have to wait.

Visits are quick and enjoyable, and my prescriptions are always exactly right. On my most recent visit I selected 2 frames and the second pair had a odd defect in the lenses that created a halo effect when light shined into them. Nothing looked wrong when examining the lenses in regular light, but the staff believed me about the halo effect and immediately reordered the lenses for me (which came in perfectly the second time). I can't adequately express how highly I think of Dr. Harrison and the entire staff. Anyone within driving distance to Gig Harbor should consider using this optometrist.

They are now sending me threatening emails saying if I do not pay it by a certain time they are sending it to collections. The employee told me and then reassured me it was covered. Guess that employee needs to be trained again, so she gives customers correct information and future customers do not have this happen to them. Will never go back to them ever again. I will visit another company next year.

Dr. Boudreaux is very personable, funny, and extremely knowledgeable. Most of all, you can tell he loves what he does :) who knew an eye appointment could be fun? I highly recommend going to this Walmart for an eye exam, contacts, etc. everyone here is friendly and will answer your questions. Debra (I believe that was her name) was very kind to me when I called a few times asking about the prices for the exams. She had to help me while also helping another customer and she has great customer service skills. Very polite and acknowledges everyone who walks in.
