'Well, we have an appointment in middle August (three weeks out) ..?" When I mentioned I was a referral because of an observed 'issue', she said, "Well, that's all we have.." COMPLETELY indifferent.. that is NOT the Doctor's fault (he should try booking an appointment when they don't know it is him calling) BUT absolutely no help, concern, care, or even offering to put me on a cancellation list. I've heard that medical practices have a hard time getting 'caring' people. True? [Edit - as I was concerned about my vision I reached out to another eye care professional, M n M, and WOW.. Holly was extremely professional and kind. Said they had a busy schedule "but" because my primary care had noted the eye issue, she felt it should be seen 'sooner rather than later' and would get me in Monday (two days hence) in the AM.
