He is very thorough and explains everything. I've never felt rushed, and he answers all my questions. When it comes to my eyesight, teeth and hair color, I am not bargain shopping EVER. Some complain about his pricing??? I can't complain. My son bought a home in Waxahachie and it's never been cheap to shop, or have services rendered in the Gingerbread Capital Homes of Texas. It's no different then North Dallas. However I personally feel Dr Robinson can solve any issue that one might have. I haven't had any, but if I did I am sure he would explain it to my satisfaction. I literally had to go to this one being the only one open on Saturday cause I work 6 days a week. The. we received a bill months after for additional fees. the glasses are cheaply made and have already (2 months) broken down numerous times and they need to be replaced. I told everyone at the office ahead of time--including via direct e-mail with Dr. Safir--that I…read moredidn't want a full eye exam because I didn't need one. That I wanted just a refraction for a new glasses prescription. They all knew this ahead of time, and showed they understood by telling me no matter how much of their services I received it would still be $75. Yet when I showed up they were somehow surprised, utterly confused, and didn't understand what I was talking about--like it was a perplexing concept and news to them. They were combative and pushy, and I had to struggle to assert and advocate for myself till I finally gave up because it just wasn't worth it. After the supposedly "mandatory" eye-puff part and the full eye exam without dilation (that was their only concession), Dr. Safir rushed me out of room when I had merely two questions. Apparently he had to meet someone more important (a consult?). If they hadn't forced the full exam and taken time with that, then maybe he could've addressed my two questions. Instead, he pawned me off on the front-desk. I don't want front-desk people answering my eye-related concerns. The whole experience was unnecessarily extremely unpleasant and unjustly made me feel like a problem client. Then they almost let me leave without my glasses prescription; I had to ask for it. I won't be going back.
