I was running 4 mins behind due to traffic and they went ahead and brought in the appointment behind me since they were already there and waiting. Not ideal for me of course but great if the shoe had been on the other foot. It's a pretty cozy space so I waited for the appointment to wrap up by admiring the small town views and a few new pair of glasses. Dr. Nguyen was a pleasure. She was knowledgeable and made sure that I had just as much of an understanding of what was going on with my eyes. I didn't feel rushed at all going through my exam and she gave me thoughtful suggestions on my next steps to ensure that my eye health was being prioritized. I also appreciated that Dr. Nguyen sanitized the equipment before having me use each machine. At the front desk for check out, the woman who helped me there was also really patient as I scrambled to find my HSA card to pay. It started pouring down raining and she was even kind enough to walk me through the back door to my car so I wouldn't get as wet. I will be ordering my new contacts from here soon and was told the turnaround time is really quick. I look forward to receiving them and I am excited to have a new eye doctor.

He is very thorough and explains everything. I've never felt rushed, and he answers all my questions. When it comes to my eyesight, teeth and hair color, I am not bargain shopping EVER. Some complain about his pricing??? I can't complain. My son bought a home in Waxahachie and it's never been cheap to shop, or have services rendered in the Gingerbread Capital Homes of Texas. It's no different then North Dallas. However I personally feel Dr Robinson can solve any issue that one might have. I haven't had any, but if I did I am sure he would explain it to my satisfaction. She kept insisting I needed to get them, I told her even with the enhancements at my old store it was $200 for two pairs, so she told me if I can do better than them to go. So I did. Really poor customer service. If I was the owner I would look at how many appointments did not follow through on sales.

Well, Visiting here for the first time with my son, I had such a negative experience with a main-floor worker. Besides the initial eye exam and talk with the doc, which went very well, the negative is all out on the main floor. First of all, you look at anyone at a desk and they all have that SAME look. Peeved, tired, annoyed to help, not doing anything but, too busy for you. I had to walk up to one of them to get help. Instead of them being ready to be of service. Gosh, I was excited to upgrade my frames! That attitude just took the wind out of my sails. The person who was helping me did not want to give an inch of a smile or conversation more than just entering information in their computer. Getting them to smile or be kinder was like pulling teeth! Trying to make light out of an already dreaded situation, at least I had my kid there to talk with. The second time returning proved nothing had changed. The woman who showed me the glasses when they came in had such a bland attitude. Once again, too tired for you and annoyed if you ask anything more than what they are giving. Nothing read that this establishment was a place where customers should be cared for and these people are willing to go above and beyond because we deserve that kind of service. Sadly, my son and I will always have those interactions burned in our memories. Such an embarrassment to a company. Customers should walk out feeling better! Not worse!
