This facility is very nice and clean - everyone who works there is nice and friendly - employees appear to be happy with their job, which makes for better customer service. I went to just get an exam and new glasses, no medical issues that I was aware of - They did, what I felt, was a full examination to check for any issues I may not be aware of. I have never been thru that many tests just to get glasses - thankfully it was a pleasant experience. Dr Robinson was friendly and explained everything in detail that he was doing. In the past, when I have had my exam done by an optometrist with their own practice, I have left with my prescription and went somewhere cheaper to purchase glasses (like walmart) - but not this time - their frames were surprisingly affordable in comparison - that was a HUGE +... Dr. Robinson was very friendly and seemed thorough during exam. I got both bifocals and contacts. The young lady that helped me in the back was also friendly. Now the young lady (left side of counter) has on 3 occasions/visits seemed a little short. Like she doesn't want to be there or has a lot of pressure on her. I must start out by saying that the office experience was 5 stars, the staff, the wait time and Dr. Robinson's friendly personality. HOWEVER, Dr. Robinson does not listen to what the patient wants or needs. He absolutely refused to prescribe me the brand of contacts that I like and are comfortable to me. He tried me on 5 different brands and types and they were either uncomfortable, blurry, too small fitting etc. I called multiple times requesting to order a refill of the contacts that I originally wore (the ones that were perfect and comfortable), but he kept saying that he did not want me wearing those (Acuvue2). I ended up having to order them through 1800contacts. Frustrating!! read more

Came here to transfer over my prescription and get some new frames. Staff was incredibly friendly and attentive and answered all of my questions. I haven't needed an eye exam again just yet but when I do I will be going here because everything I've heard about DR Robinson is top notch and the staff made my first visit such a pleasant experience. I like going to Dr. Robinson because he is nice and professional. But we decided to look for another doctor. His staff especially this one lady i didn't get her name but her hair is always in a bun, is horrible. I cannot take her and deal with her anymore. She was accusing me that i already picked the full order of my contacts, in fact they only gave me one box because the lady that gavr mr the contacts told me that's all they have and they will order some more and I have to come back and pick it up when it arrive. I called before i went there to be sure its there and she said it's there. When i got there she said there is none and that I already pick it up. I explained to her what happened. It's too much to deal with. She is not very willing to help me or figure what to do instead she started assisting someone else's while i'm on front of here trying to figure out what will happen. I still have many things to say but i will leave it here. I will not come back to that office anymore. I already paid for that contacts. And didn't get to get the remaining 2 box. It's not worth my time. They need to hire a better staff and train them well. read more

I made an appointment this past weekend online for a full eye exam. I was surprised that they had an appointment available for the following Monday. I showed up for my 11AM Monday appointment 15 minutes early only to be told that my online appointment was a request only. This would have not been a problem if they had informed me that the appointment was not available before I arrived. Poor system for appointments and very poor communications. read more

My first office visit, a year and half ago, was amazing. Times have changed. Dr. Robinson is still great and professional. My experience this time was horrible. During the exam by his office staff, they decided to train new personnel which meant I had to repeat many of the tests. I'm not interested in being part of a training exercise unless asked. Secondly my glasses took much longer to arrive. It was only after constantly calling their office did they realize my frames were on back order. Forget the 7 to 10 days. Then when they did arrive they basically just handed them to me. During my first visit, they took the time to adjust them to my face and ensure the glasses were comfortable. I spent the next two hours with lopsided glasses. My wife even asked why I bought reading glasses. After insurance I paid $320. Not happy with glasses or the service. The only positive experience was Dr. Robinson. read more

Dr. Robinson's office was awful. The told us we could only order contacts through them, which turned out not to be true. When we decided not order contacts through them they told us we would have to pay more for our exam. None of this was communicated upfront which is why I have such a porblem with them. We will be taking our business elsewhere. read more

My husband found this doc and when I needed my contact rx renewed, I went. Super friendly staff, Dr. Robinson was extremely knowledgable and helped improve my vision. I've lived in lots of places and seen lots of drs., so I feel I can make the recommendation. Only complaint - equipment was new, clean, etc., but office could use a little facelift, lol. That kind of thing doesn't bother me, but might others. Just makes me feel the dr. Is cost efficient. My family uses Dr. Robinson and has for several years now. I am usually able to get an appt within a week or less. Staff is very prompt and friendly. My husband is diabetic and I am suspect for eye disease. He is able to show us our store eye and blood vessels etc. I have great faith in this office and staff. O have recommended. Both the physician and opticians are very friendly and helpful, until there is a problem. Twice now, I've had to have my glasses re-made, and it's never a friendly experience anymore. It's all happiness and sunshine until they've made a mistake that is going to cost them, instead of the patient. Wow! I really can not put into words my appreciation of Dr. Robinson and staff. I had gotten something in my eye at work late one day. I tried to wash out at home that evening. Whatever was but my eye really hurt and I agonized in discomfort all night. At 8:00 the next morning I called Dr. Robinson's office and the lady answering told me to come in right away. Within minutes I was in Dr. Robinson's examination chair. He performed a thorough study of my eye, placed some drops that took away the discomfort, told me whatever had been in my eye was gone, and gave me an antibiotic prescription. Since I had scratched my eye he told me to expect some discomfort for the next day or two and to keep using moisturizing eye drops. When I walked out of the office it felt like the weight of the world was lifted from my shoulders. And, the charge was very reasonable. THANK YOU DR. ROBINSON AND STAFF !!!
