Sue has been helping me choose frames that are both attractive and comfortable. She accurately measures and fits the glasses. I love this office. I can't understand the negative reviews. If I have to explain to you multiple times in a five minute conversation that I mainly wear glasses and rarely wear contacts and I want to wear contacts daily and use my glasses as a back up, you really are not listening to me at all. It's frustrating to be a new patient with a new provider and have the staff treat you like you're stupid and you wouldn't possibly understand your own eye care or eye health. In a similar vein, the woman at the front desk gave me the fifth degree over my insurance plan, corrected what I said and then ended up being wrong. I woke up saturday morning to some severe eye pain and sensitivity to light. After calling several…read moreplaces and finding them all closed or unable to take me I found Clarivision. They were able to take me in within 30 minutes. The Dr came out and introduced himself with a handshake, which is quite rare these days. He brought me in asked what had happened, and within 30 minutes has removed the metal, took care of the rust ring, gave me some antibiotic drops, and fitted a contact lenses to help my eye heal. He sent me on my way with a prescription for antibiotic eye drops and told me to stop back on Monday for a follow up. In my opinion this is the single most reasonable dr visit I have had in my adult life. No bs, no insane charges, just a Dr that cares for his patients. The rest of the staff were extremely nice and understanding of the pain and discomfort I was in. I will give a recommendation for this place to anyone who wants prompt service and excellent care.
