They messaged me back within less than 10 minutes, giving me a flat rate price of $225 for the service and tried to book me the same day unfortunately I was unavailable but they booked me the next day by giving me a two hour window. Justin showed up 20 minutes before the start of the two hour window, looked at the crawlspace said no problem. He got suited up and went underneath to explore and within five minutes he'd come back out letting me know that it was not a rat, but actually a large opossum. He just got a few trash bags went back underneath took a few pictures and picked up the large opossum taking it out to the truck. He was in and out in less than 30 minutes, he even gave me ideas on how to make sure that this doesn't happen again and other services that they provide. I could not recommend this company enough, and would definitely use them again.

I scheduled an appointment, and after one treatment, all bug problems were gone. Fast forward to a week ago. I saw a single water bug run across my front lawn while watering. Fearing these pests had returned and taken over the bottom of my home, I called this company again. Always service with a smile. Not only are they on time, they usually arrive early for their service appointments. Not sure about you but it's definitely hard to find a combination like this in the service industry these days. I normally take care of bug sprays around the house myself but last year, we had a really crazy ant infestation that I couldn't figure out why or find the source until I desperately reached out to DM. They came out the same day and identified the source was coming from my neighbor's tree(s) (one out front and one in the back corner adjacent to our yard). Being that my neighbor are older, we just decided to take care of it for them for our own sanity. The same neighbor just told me the other day, "no wonder, I didn't have any ant problems this whole year" after I had told them we had hired DM to keep the ant problems at bay since last year. We moved into our house 2 years ago and Joel took care of it for the previous homeowner. When I was evaluating termite treatment for tenting vs. spot treatment they were so patient and understanding as I was figuring out what was best for our situation at the time. I decided to spot-treat our termites and happy with their service and pricing. We've continued using them for the seasonal hot weather water bugs/roaches, silverfish, and potato bugs (creepy as hell). Along with the house they have been great. Since our first year of treatment with Joel I have not seen any new water bugs or potato bugs since. Fingers crossed I never see one again *knock on wood*
