I do have emails confirming they were to issue the refund so I am pursuing legal action. They came right out and replaced the section of track, placed all 10 rollers and programmed my two cars to open my garage door. All these services were $310.00! The guys they sent were polite and fast and a delight to work with. They were the real professionals. I love OVERHEAD DOOR and will not call anyone else in the future. As for Daniel Perets, I feel he took advantage of me in a crisis. I am 77 years old and this is shameful behavior on his part.

We visited The Stove Place 2's Harwich Port shop and spoke with Jeff, the owner. Jeff is a plain-spoken, straight shooter - the only kind I want to work with. He advised us on the models most likely to fit our current firebox, and what our installation options might be. Jeff really knows his business, so we were quickly able to choose the best solution for us. The people we worked with for the actual installation - Jeff, Bob, Dave, and Kent - were fantastic! I do not say this lightly, as I am a fairly tough critic. In short, they did what they said they would do when they said they would do it, and they did it well. Pricing was more than fair, and the customer attention was incredible. That's getting harder and harder to say that these days! Their showroom is extensive, and you're greeted upon arrival. Betty quickly honed in on what we were looking for, and took us straight to the section that could meet our needs. After showing her the granite we already have, she brought out several samples and a few that varied a bit from what we said we were looking for. Well, we brought a sample home, and the one we fell in love with was actually quite different than what we thought we were looking for! They have a huge array of products at different prices. Our selection just happened to be on the low end, at $11/sq. ft. Some other marble tiles we viewed were as much as $50/sq. ft. You definitely get what you pay for - $11 was a little more than we were looking at from Home Depot but the quality of the product and the service were so much higher at Cloutier, it's worth it!
