We weren't sure what we wanted, the owner came out and looked at the property, helped us plan how it could be set up. We bought it. Paid 1/2 in advance. After the 4 weeks lead time, I followed up. It seemed like something was forgotten. And it would still be a couple of weeks. We waited. Day of installation finally arrived. We are required to pay remaining balance that day. Before installation is complete. They start the installation. Initially said it would be 2 days. They get it done in one day. As soon as they leave my husband notices that the last 1/3 of the twisty slide is practically vertical. The whole family tries it. We all get launched out of this slide. I call immediately to say that this isn't going to work. After several weeks of back and forth, we finally get them out here to address this slide. They show up at 5pm to do this work. With small kids, this isn't appropriate. They rush around trying to beat the day light, walk away with a slide that is less vertical, however now there's about a 3' drop of the bottom of the slide to the ground. With the explanation of "get a mat to catch them". Also unacceptable and it's communicated immediately. But now it's late and now we need to wait some more. Daily phone calls from both me and my husband. And we finally get commitment that they will fix it. And come during daylight so it's not rushed. Several hours again and it's "better" but barely satisfactory. I would've loved to tear it down and send it back and get my money back. It was exhausting and easier to walk away than deal with them any longer. Don't fall into this trap. Spend your money, time and energy elsewhere.

I ordered the Gorilla Navigator swing set, which I was going to buy off the Gorilla website. I'm glad I reached out to Russel first, as he found the exact one I wanted on Bed, Bath, and Beyond's website (who knew they were still in business) for $500 less. Tragically, Gorilla forgot a key accessory box when they shipped, but Russel has connections and, if not for the fact I already reached out, he would've been able to procure that box for me. As a result of the delay, I missed the installation date, but again Russel accommodated, coming out on a Sunday morning in the high 20s in March to put the play set together. He knocked the whole thing out in less than five hours. He told me that Gorilla forgot the hardware for the monkey bars (sigh), but not to worry he brings his own and had no trouble getting it installed. He even ensures the swing set is level with his own wooden blocks and secures the swing set properly from tipping. Not a board or screw out of place (and I looked). I almost wish I had another swing set for him to install because the experience was so awesome. He's highly responsive and knows what he's doing (check out his Instagram), and his rates are nearly identical to what you'd pay Gorilla if you had them install. Terrible customer service when it comes to moving. They advertise that they move the playground to…read morea new home for you. But its over $1,000 to move it and they don't move the mulch or the barriers and try to charge you more for it. The mulch especially they said they'll move it for $700 but you have to bag it all and the barriers you have to buy all new ones. Moving is stressful enough as it is so it was very upsetting to find out they don't help you with some of the hardest parts of moving. Also my swing set is chipping and they asked if it was stained and I said no and they said it should've been stained but then they stopping staining in 2020 so I'm not sure where we stand on that but for the price it shouldn't look the way it does having it only 5 years.

Hubby beat me to the punch and took him there on one of my work days but this past Saturday after the gym, he suggested we go again and I was all for it. This is a great place to go for indoor play during the winter. It's spacious, there's a ton of indoor playgrounds and a bouncy castle for the kids to go on. My one issue was certain slides and tunnels were a little tight for me to get through. My son does independent play but he does want me to go on playground equipment with him still. I lost a lot of weight so I can fit fine on most playground equipment but this playground equipment wasn't entirely adult friendly. They offer complimentary coffee and tea which I think is really awesome but I was hesitant to try it. I am a coffee snob and since I've had to go back to only drinking almond milk in my coffee and not the nice delicious dairy free creamers I was using to mask the taste of bad coffee I'm hesitant to try coffee at certain places. Hubby seemed to enjoy it but he used the free tasty creamer they put out. Still it's nice that they even offer free coffee. Open play is $12 per session I'm not sure if they offer a play pass or not.
