I think I'm a hard customer to work with, because I started out with no idea of what I was looking for, no basic vocabulary, and a very limited fund of knowledge in this industry. Hmmm, maybe they deal with this more often than not! The staff were so patient with me, letting me browse for a little, and then helping me understand what elements I seemed to like so that by the end, I had a much clearer idea of what I was looking for. Even when I accidentally spilled all the sample diamonds onto the consult table, they took a deep breath, and we went mining for diamonds. Never felt pressured or a bother. They specialize in diamonds, so if you're sure about a diamond centerstone, then Kesslers is it!

They never offered drinks when we would arrive, would hardly smile, seemed annoyed to assist us. We would always be happy as we were buying for special reasons and special people and never walked away like we were happily served, welcomed or taken care of. I understand part of the charge is labor, but not sure I'd say it's worth that price. Not to mention, one of the bracelets broke after only wearing it once so we need to return to have it repaired-which is inconvenient since we live in Chicago. She responded to my online request for information on a particular style of ring. I had a specific style and diamond cut that I was looking for. She messaged back with some information and asked if I wanted to come in to discuss and look. I made an appointment, and Vivian followed up prior to my appointment. Vivian greeted me at the door upon my arrival. Vivian had all my information on the ring and led me to the station to show me. She went over the details, the quality, what it meant, showed me a few other stones but when she asked me if I wanted to look at any other style, I knew that was the one. I wasn't planning on purchasing a ring that day, but when you find that one ring that you know is the one, what else is there to do? After the purchase, Craig Husar came up to say hi and to chat. I thought that was really nice that he took the time to come up to congratulate me and to thank me for coming in. Then I came back in with my girlfriend as she wanted to get me sized. Vivian took the hint to not let her know that I've been working with her. She kept it a secret.
