First time at this location. Tire Discounters has always been very helpful and saved me money. I came in earlier in the week trying to get a tire plugged that had a screw in it only to find that the screw was too close to sidewalk to repair. A few days later Jimmy had the special order tire in and it's being put on now. Special order in that what I had on it was not in stock and had to be pulled from the warehouse. Costly tire. And unfortunately no discounts could be given. Or were available. I appreciate being able to get it done and they guys in the shop were very fast and efficient. Looks like the tire was put on well. Will watch it for the next few days to see if there are issues. I'd recommend this business. Fast, courteous, and responsible. read more

Made appointment to get tires and wheels installed 4 days before leaving for vacation. Appointment was cancelled 3 times with lame excuses. Finally day of leaving got it done. Very inconvenient and delayed leaving on time. Then 40 miles on the road and vehicle starts shaking so bad can't drive it. Had to pull off and found a tire place to check it. Found something in wheel that hadn't been tightened. Could have had bad accident! Very bad customer service and very dangerously bad workmanship! read more

well jimmie or whatever the hell his name is told me he could change my alternator well I got it there and left I get a call 45 mins later saying they declined my trucks repair cause these side saddling sissys didnt want to remove 4 bolts to take my front hitch off which I use for snow plow. Valvoline oil take it off every time to change the oil but these lazy fucks cant even try?????? I have been using this tire discounters for about 4 years and this is by far the worst down right laziest pathetic excuses for mechanics I have ever witnessed. My family and husband's business have an account with this Tire Discounters. We have done literally thousands of dollars of business with them over the years. Scheduled an oil change appointment today, showed up on time. Manager Mr. Jimmie Vetor had a previous vehicle that I have not owned for more than two years on my account. Said he would set up the new one. Came back in I told him I was there for a full synthetic oil change, with advertised discount and $10 rebate from Valvoline posted on their website. He said he knew nothing about that and I was already getting a $20 discount. I offered to show it to him online. He became rude, said he had to call his superior, and wouldn't do anything without a code. I said I wouldn't get the oil change without the discount, at which point he started yelling at me. I said there were lots of places to get an oil change and he shouted at me to go ahead and do that, and to leave the store. Went down the road to Valvoline, walked in and got an oil change in 20 minutes, for $40 cheaper, with no appointment. Done with Tire Discounters at this location. read more

Service has also been professional at the Tire Discounters located at 751 Columbus Avenue, Lebanon, OH. I witness the General Manager Rich Hailey handle a customer compliant (that was very questionable on the part of the customer) in a manner that satisfied the customer and still upheld the professionalism of his employees. I have purchased several tires in the past from this Tire Discounters location and I have never had an issue. I would highly recommend this location. read more

Extremely rude and inconsiderate. Came in at 9a on 06/08/19, and who I assume is the (or one of) manager, and as soon as I walk in he tells me he will be a few minutes. After about 10 flustered minutes he finally acknowledges me while working with another customer. I am explaining why I'm stopping in, while he is closing out another customer. He clearly maintains being even more flustered, and does not respond to me till he begins working with another customer. I am in for defective [Pirelli] tires that they sold me, as diagnosed by Lebanon Ford. I continue to tell him everything Ford told me and that you could not see or feel my issues unless you either swap my front with back tires (rear tires are defective) or remove and put in the machine. Two techs do test drives and neither could feel the vibration (never swapped front and back). Basically said either I have no issues or to come back another day. During the whole visit, I never had a real conversation with the "manager." read more

l took my car in for 4 tires every thing was fine until I found a missing valve stem cap. I walked around car then started it up. sounds like a tractor running. I asked them why my car was like that. said it sounded like that when you brought it in. I said bs car was quite as could be until tires were put on. they lifted the car under my exhaust breaking it loose. this was at the lebanon location colony square center. the best they could offer was we will fix car you supply parts they quoted 1600.the district manager said my parts were rusted I said the mechanics that worked on the car even told me we may have lifted it wrong. the girl at front desk lied to me on the sound. the manager was not concerned about my safety no body told me I had a major exhaust leak told the district manager that fell on deaf ears! as you can see on my review on there store website more of the story. have contacted corporate office with no response from them. I called district manager said credit my tires back to my card and I'll stop but I won't stop with your bull that you are giving me I told the girl at the front desk play back the security video the car sound would have been on there. she said we don't have that! all that money sitting in that show room and no suricurty I know I'm in the right the people in the store know they screwed up admit to it. I seen the score marks on both my exhaust. they could not see it. I told the district manager I'm not going to stop until I get justice for myself and my car. I asked nick the dm if I could take it to a muffler shop he said no we must do the work. they can't weld they clamp all joints and in my opinion they are a tire shop not a exhaust shop. my car is a 2000 grandmarguies gs I'm a honest man if it was like that when I took it to them I would have addressed it before I had tires put on. two things I hate is a lier and a theif these people lied to me now trying to con me for another 1,600 bucks carx estimate was almost 3,000 to repair. I needed a tire rotation and an oil change. I asked them if Ithey could use some Lucas in place of 1 qt of oil and if they could use a filter I brought in. The guy said yes but they don't take anything off your bill for that. Same price either way. I was disappointed. I had called ahead to see if they were busy and they said come on in. They took my car in almost as son as I got there. I had to wait until the manager got off the phone. They were quick about it. I have been going to Tire Discounters for most of my auto work ever since I can remember. They are pleasant and do good work. No complaints. They even parked my car so it was out of the rain for me. Have bought all my tires here for the last 12 years and have always received great service. Last February I bought 4 new tires and had them rotated regularly. In October, my husband had open heart surgery and I noticed one of my tires was almost flat as I was leaving for the hospital. I drove straight to the store and they checked and claimed there was nothing wrong with the tire, just needed air. No clue why it was leaking. This February, I had some front end work done and they did the alignment. In July, hubby took the car in to have the tires rotated and was told the two front tires needed replacing and weren't covered by the warranty because they were "underinflated." Nothing was said about the back tires. Bought the tires, even though we felt they should have been covered by the warranty. Today took the car in to have the oil changed and the tires rotated and were told they couldn't rotate the tires because the back ones are too worn! The manager said they were worn because they had apparently been on the front. What? How does one manager say we weren't covered by warranty because they were underinflated and another say it's because the front is making them wear oddly--especially since this is the same store that has done 3 front end alignments on the vehicle in the last 18 months! We will NOT be going back unless they make things right--and we just bought 4 tires from them for our other car less than a month ago, and I have recommended them to many people. They will lose a tremendous amount of business because of this. read more
