    I came here and asked these guys to weld my exhaust pipe, the just put a clamp on it and charged me $200 for it. These people are dishonest.

Called last week, dropped it off on Friday before the holiday weekend, and they promised to call Tuesday after diagnosing. Sure enough, they called right on time, followed up with a detailed quote, and the price for parts and labor seemed very fair. I approved it, and they had the coach fixed and ready for pickup the next afternoon. I mostly worked with Art--super helpful and friendly, and the whole staff was knowledgeable and easy to deal with. The shop parking is a little tight, but it's manageable. Overall, everything went smoothly, the repair was done quickly, and I feel confident about coming back. I'll definitely use them again and won't hesitate to call for future RV service needs.

I didn't have almost $1000 in cash so I suggested for them just to take credit card info and charge it when machine comes on line - they refused. THEY STOLE MY GENERATOR (new more than $4000 used half price). Our generator had less than 10 hours of use on it. Man that was at front desk knew that we had to leave the state that morning and took advantage of the situation to STEAL FROM US. We will report him to respectful authorities. Oh by the way they do advertise that they accept credit card payments, but apparently they just wanted my generator - CROOCS- THIEVES!!!!

    Getting help from Matt at Fixed It Mobile RV Services was by far the best experience we've ever had…read morewith a mechanic. It felt like a knowledgeable friend with decades of experience showed up in a fully stocked truck, ready for anything. We contacted him to replace a broken AC unit after an incident in a mislabeled parking garage. He finished that job so impressively fast (about an hour) and then went on to help us patch our roof (we hadn't even noticed the tears until he pointed them out), clean paint off our skylight, seal hidden roof leaks we never would've known about ourselves, inspect our propane system and appliances, install a new kitchen sink (with the perfect adapter already in his truck), remove an expired propane alarm (which we assumed was working) and taught us how to replace it. He also confirmed our generator was in great shape and gave us helpful advice for future upgrades to our camper. Throughout the visit, Matt explained what he was doing, why he was doing it, and which products he recommends, even showing us how to make future repairs on our own. He was efficient, friendly, and clearly passionate about his work, especially when installing our new Furrion Chill Cube, which he had studied in depth through recent specialized training. He even asked to salvage parts from our damaged AC rather than see them go to waste, which we really appreciated. Matt truly goes above and beyond. We're so grateful we found him and would absolutely call on him again for any future truck camper repairs.

We went back several times to look at various models, and each time, team members were delightful and answered our questions. We could tell they wanted us to take our time, experience each coach, and choose the right one. Once we decided, the paperwork was simple. We got a great deal, bought a perfectly readied RV and were treated so well by each and everyone at the dealership that we felt immediately at home with all of them. They knew the product very well, they had it ready for us to inspect and test drive before we bought it and they made the few adjustments we asked for to allow us to finalize the deal and head home to Michigan within the time frame we needed. They assisted us in making motel and dining reservations while we were there and, most important, they made us feel valued and respected as customers. And our dog, Cooper, too! We are six time owners of new Class A Newmar motor homes and John and his staff made our buying experience and delivery of this Class C coach every bit as good as any coach we've ever bought in the past. When spending this kind of money, we sure love being treated this way. These guys have it all dialed in. Would never hesitate to buy or service with them again. We can recommend these folks, particularly John Rendo, without reservation. First class operation at the NIRVC location in Washington.
