Just little things like not removing the sales stickers (still gotta scrap that off - it is on there but good) are why this is not a 5 star. Very happy with the service to this point. ************************************** So far so good, We bought a new Thor Scope and the process went pretty well - I will explain the pretty well later ;) First off our sales person Brian Hersey was great. We had great online communication and the great communication continued when we were at the location. No pressure in the sales and he gave us a lot of good info. We took care of most of the paperwork online. Still spent a few hours at pickup :( Right now I think they did very well - which could go up or down. It seems we got the wrong keys. The remotes work but a day later when I tried the actual key it wasn't even close to working, so I think we have some mixed keys floating around. I know I should have checked at the dealer, but I haven't used an actual key in a vehicle for a bit. I am in the process of scheduling the protective coat process, so we will see how that goes. And I need to return a few things since the adapter and surge strip don't fit our Scope. Got a bit of bad advice in the store I guess. No biggy. We will see how this goes and I will update the review.

The salesperson was fine, I suppose, but the finance guy was just an a$$, and I should have walked out because of him. Unfortunately for me, however, I didn't pay close enough attention to the numbers and what was actually being put onto the contract as it compared to what I had agreed to. Because of this, I overpaid dearly for the camper and know for a fact that they manipulated the numbers and ultimately overcharged me by $3,800 on the base price from what I had agreed to and what they posted on their website. Every time I look at the contract, I get pissed off all over again. I will never ever go to this location again - for as long as I live - and if you are brave enough to ignore the overall 2-star rating that this Camping World location has received, MAKE SURE YOU VERIFY EVERYTHING and document, document, document. They will look you right in your face and lie right to it.

They winterized it and then never looked at it again until January 3, 2025 when they discovered the catalytic converter was gone. I had to claim the theft on my insurance, pay my deductible. No apology, when asked to deduct a portion of my bill to help set off the $ 1,000 deductible, it was a NO. No apology, no offer or reparation, nothing. They should be responsible while is was in their care in a "secured" facility.

I talked to Drew and he said to bring it down. They kept the RV for 2 days and replaced 2 u joints, idler arm and repacked the front tire bearings. They did great work and they were reasonable. I only wish I lived here because they are very competent and honest. Kudos to Drew and his staff.

They respond to texts within minutes, call you back promptly, do a great job of letting you know what to expect with scheduling and costs. Ace kept us informed of potential delays (e.g., parts) and the reason. Spontaneously sent videos and photos of the work in progress and completed. In the end, completed our job weeks faster than expected AND at a lower price than expected. Our camper looks great and everything checks out repair-wise.
