We both could not believe what went on with a female adult and her 4 children! This mother / care taker in her 40's brought 4 children into this movie rated "R" told them standing in front of us ( we're in our seats at this time ) "ok" go to the end of our roll (F) u have the last 4 seats. Their ages were 8-14 2 young boys no coats no jackets wearing shorts. Neither of these boys were above the age 10. The girls the same no coats ages 12-14 one had a blanket. She walked with the kids to their seats. Stood there seated them , while she stood looking toward the entrance to #5 theater. She dished out the popcorn to them. Then stated to them "ok" I gotta go ! She was gone !!!! I was in total shock. As they walked by us directly in front of us...I told my husband "This is not a movie for anyone under 18"! It's R rated. These kids never once moved at all. The movie was " The Housemaid"! Lots of sex and blood. Adult minds are very different than an 8 year old mind. Why would any mother / care taker drop these kids off at this movie ? They were 100% dropped off, I watched them wait for whoever to pick them up ! She was late too! We waited purposely to witness this. I understand we all parent differently. The bigger ? Here is Why was this allowed in this theater at an "R" rated show ?????? What is your policy ? In a place of business This Business is completely responsible for these underage children being dropped off and placed in a theater by themselves. R rated movies should be monitored more than what we witnessed for a 2 hour movie...

The staff is always great and they offer retro films, blockbusters, and throwbacks. It's easy to join their rewards program. It's hard to just walk in and check in for your film. You have to provide your card or phone number you pre-purchased your tickets with instead of simple scan and go. I do not like the popcorn of b&b but they get the most interesting candy/drink options not at some other chains. I love that they have adult beverages for purchase and a coca-Cola freestyle drink machine. For accessibility they have great parking and the screens of the theatres are not directly in your face. If you sit in the recliner chair, wipe it down, then adjust to your needs to enjoy your film.

We also love how they have a bar serving alcoholic drinks. We went to see the re-showing of Twilight and it was basically empty for a late Wednesday night show. The reclining seats are amazing, as always, but I did notice that several of them are starting to fall apart!! Mine was really cozy but it was almost completely destroyed/ripped up. Overall: staff was friendly, tickets are easy to purchase, not a huge crowd, quiet & cozy theater! Only downside is that it's starting to show its age.

The prices on candy and tickets are extremely affordable. I'm only stating this since I'm from NY. It cost an arm and leg over there for date night lol. Inside the cinema tickets and food can be purchased at the same station. There was another section to season your popcorn which is SWEET! Flavors such as garlic parmesan, sweet and salty, buttery, and etc were offered to the public for free! We ended up getting not so great seats since we were late. That's ok, we took a much needed nap in preparation for a two hr flick. The 3D experience was worth it. Pay the extra two bucks and you will feel as if your in the fight scenes!

On 100-degree day, the air conditioning was FANTASTIC - but not overly cold that I needed a jacket. The seats were COMFY. The floor wasn't sticky. The bathrooms were clean. And the girls cleaning up the theater were laughing while they worked together. I told my husband we should just drive the 45 minutes to Union whenever we want to see a movie from now on.

When ordering they don't make your drinks for you. They only have 2 Coca-Cola Freestyle machines, which if there's a lot of people. The line to get soda is very long. My strife is with the website that charges you a $2 convenience fee PER TICKET yet it's not really convenient since you're still forced to wait in the ticket line to scan your QR code. That is ridiculous to me but the staff assured me that was "the head office" and they would change if they could. The staff is friendly and helpful and served me with a smile both times I went while on vacation. They have great deals on Tuesday's and my grandma seems pleased with their loyalty card.
