Once my car was looked at, they did call back with all the details of what's going on even things that were noticed during the initial diagnostic which is $120 by the way and is applied to the bill if work is completed at the shop. I'm glad i stumbled across this place reading reviews from yelp. The reviews were on point, this place is fast, friendly, price are reasonable mechanics were very efficient and nice, they took the time to explain in detail the issue with the car. At Tito's you can drop your car off and they can shuttle you anywhere you need to be (within a 10min radius). I usually get dropped off across the road to get lunch. I've been here a few times and I've always been happy with their work. They replace and cut keys if you need more copies, do both standard and drum breaks, and more. Truly full service. And they're honest about the cost of labor and replacement pieces. The waiting room is kinda rough and cold so you can ask to sit in the office with the lot puppy they found and adopted this year. She's so well behaved. While I was waiting I got to talk with one of the co-owners and they're super friendly, you'll find good conversation with most of the folks here. They check in as they work on your car if they find any additional issues.

My old mechanic was 30 mins away which isn't really convenient so I asked around and was referred to North Point. When I went in I was greeted by the pleasant receptionist and once I told her of my issue she went and got one of the mechanics. I basically told him that my car was acting weird and if its too expensive to fix let me know because if it's too pricey I'm getting another car! So he was like so you want me to say it's too pricey so you can get that newer model. But the guys looked my car over and found the issue and told me what the issue was. I was confused because I was told that the issue was fixed on my car months ago by my previous mechanic!!! The manager said you might have paid for the service but they didn't change the part..you had the original parts on your vehicle. They even showed my old parts to me!! They informed me that I have other little issues but they are focused on the driving hazard which would have affected my ability to steer. I am thankful that these guys looked out for me and didn't take advantage of me like my last mechanic did apparently. I have found my new mechanics.

I stopped in there to schedule an appointment, and they asked if I could leave my car right then. That was awesome for me. That was awesome to me to stop in without an appointment and get my car fixed all in one day. They are all very nice and their pricing is very fair. Charged me $220, ok. Not even 2 full hours later of me driving around to do errands my engine light comes back on. Not only that within a week after me bringing my car to them, my car starts starting and not staying on. This happened 3 times within a span of a week. I got stuck in a garage because my car wouldn't start anymore and a guy my school sent out looked at my oil and said it was dark!! i brought my car BACK to bob's and they then charge me another $200 just to clean out a sensor but on the receipt it says they removed and replaced the sensor (lying on paperwork) and they said this was a new code to pop up. But when I brought my car to autozone before coming to Bob's, they told me the MAF sensor was the issue. Another 3 hours after driving my car from getting their service, my engine light turns back on. They have no respect for clientele and just want to ruin your car so you have to keep coming back to them. I have never been so dissatisfied in my life! Do not go here!

During that time he was without transportation. They finally contacted him to say it was repaired but it started doing the same thing it did before he left it with them. He took it back and they still took 2 weeks. I rode by many times & it was on the lot parked. He was overcharged based on other shops estimates and he had to pay more each time he picked it up. I've heard them advertised on WRBS and believed they were trustworthy. Very disappointed.
