They even have a kids section for treats and goodies. All the ingredients are so fresh and clean. Well maintained and prepared so nicely with the nicest staff! It is bright and fresh with a view of Lake Louise as your backdrop. Still full thinking about my breakfast this morning. Also was able to enjoy dinner at Louiza. The entrees were lovely. More of a Mediterranean twist for dinner. I am not a fan of lamb chops but it was hands down the best meal that night. Bookmark this place because it is definitely one to try when at Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise!

Quintessential lake louise hike experience…read more Stoped by here for tea and a bite on the way up to the big beehive. As expected, there was quite a line formed by hungry hikers. The wait was ~40 minutes, but we needed a break so we didn't mind. We tried a couple of their sandwiches (tuna and hummus), biscuits and jam, and a tea. The sandwiches were generously filled and went well with their soft bread. The really liked their biscuits, which were slightly crusty on the outside and soft on the inside. They pre-butter the biscuits for you and they were incredible with the jam. A nice tea to wash it all down. We sat by the lake while we ate which was very peaceful. PSA: They take card, apple pay, and cash. The conversion rate for USD (1:1) is horrendous so make sure you have the other options ready They also helicopter food in every few hours, which kicked up a ton of dust, so make sure you run away if you hear a chopper incoming

Similarly, Lake Agnes also has a commanding view, and Tea! There are several dozen varieties of hot tea, plus cold sandwiches (we had cucumber and hummus sandwiches), assorted biscuits and pastries- but sadly (yet not so sadly), no coffee. Foods at the house are cash only; the line on the steps on the right is for seating; the line on the left is for take out. Should you take out, as we did- and sit along the water- beware of the chipmunks, and do not let their cuteness disarm you. They will sneak up, climb on you, and pull food from your unsuspecting hands. THink seagulls at the beach...cute scavengers with no ethics who pray on the unaware. To earn your tea, you will need to hike to Lake Agnes. It was 5 miles from parking lot to tea and back, so roughly 2.5 each way. Yes, it is uphill; yes, you will need legitimate footwear, water, bear spray (on off seasons especially), and rain gear or whatever else you would need. In August, the trail was well travelled, so you were never alone with the bears. The view from the top is commanding, and you will see Mirror Lake on the way as well. We started to hike from Lake Agnes to the Little Beehive- another mile each way- but we decided against it, as my wife's boots were bothering her. The teahouse is a neat spot, and those who can hike to it will appreciate leaving the influencers at Lake Louise behind to go earn your tea!

The Huevos Rancheros is delicious, I got it 3 days in a row! They made it with a base of black beans and hash browns on a tortilla and then once the eggs and cheese are on it they broil it to toast the cheese and edges of the tortilla. The eggs were always a perfect over-easy and the chipotle mayo from the "loaded" has browns goes well with the dish. The staff is all super friendly and recognized me as a return customer by my second day there. They have toys they hand out to kids when families come in and the place seems very family friendly. In addition to the inside seating, there's a great patio that has a wonderful view from it. If you're here during the summer, I would definitely recommend sitting outside and enjoying the view and great food!
