They were just finishing another job and were able to take on my requests on a short notice. Because I had a smaller job, they quoted me a flat rate with no minimum job requirement. We later decided to add a couple of mattresses and a sectional we needed to be picked up from a second address, which they were able to accommodate for a reasonable price. The representative told me they had availability on Friday but said they couldn't confirm a time. I politely explained that I would need the move to be at least in the morning and asked if that was possible. Instead of helping or clarifying, the representative responded rudely and repeated that they "don't have a time." I calmly said that if it couldn't be early in the morning, then no worries. At that point, she abruptly hung up on me. Hanging up on a potential customer who is being polite is extremely unprofessional. Based on this interaction alone, I would not recommend this company.
