I'm happy to report that my son loved his haircut. His barber was DuMauriea "Thee Hair Razor" Williams. We had a little friendly banter about baseball, heard a story about the ginormous trophy he won at a haircutting competition (on display in the front window), and generally had a good time. My son said, "it was very fun and I love my haircut." While this looks like a solidly African-American barber shop, they gave my white kid an awesome cut too. That evening, when my son took a shower and washed out the product, we discovered a huge chunk of his bangs were missing.
