Ok, so this was day one, literally. The fryer seemed to be giving them some trouble, and the tv menus were not operational, but the food was pretty good. I got a salad based poke bowl with salmon, spicy mayo, and some spicy tuna with all the fixins'. It was very decent. My companion got the unagi, and she thought it could have been cooked longer. All in all, we will wait a bit, and go back. I'm still excited to see this place in full swing. read more

My friend recommended this place so I wanted to give it a shot. The staff is so kind and the shop is nice and clean. They only have two high top tables for seating everything else is closed to keep social distancing guidelines. The selection they have is pretty standard but quality does not disappoint. The proteins taste fresh which isn't always easy to achieve here in CO unless you're paying a pretty penny. They also make fresh boba drinks, I chose the passion fruit and it was delicious! The SO and I we're craving ramen on a cold snowy day and ordered lunch from here for delivery. The food arrived well packaged and labeled so we knew what was what and everything we tried was delicious. I got a ramen with chicken and he enjoyed a typical tonkatsu with chasu. The meat and toppings were flavorful and fresh and the broth did not disappoint. It think the portions were on par with other places and we definitely were not left hungry. This is the best poke restaurant I have ever been to. Very modest, it is run by this one woman who is very hard working and sweet. She is a little hard to understand, as she has a strong accent. The poke is kind of like a subway, in the sense that you pick and choose what sauce and toppings to put on it. The food itself was amazing and so is the ramon. They also have Japanese sodas as well (the ones with the glass ball you punch down) and milk tea I believe. I ordered a very salty dish and the person giving my food also made sure I had plenty of water wish thought was very sweet. 10/10 recommended. read more

Dinner time and decided to try a new place. Got a flyer in the mail and this place looked intriguing. Not a large place but clean and neat. About 8 tables inside. The tables are not large so if you're dining with more than one tall person, it's a tight fit. Lots of take out orders while we were there. I picked the curry ramen with shrimp. He got the boiled shrimp bowl. And my son got the miso ramen with chicken. His dish came with miso soup to start. And once they started preparing his dish, they called him to the counter and he picked the sides and veggies. Seaweed salad, corn, fish roe, cucumber, carrots, eggs were some of the items he could pick from. It looked very pretty the way she placed them onto the rice in the bowl. And you can choose white or brown rice to start. Also the sauce you want all over the dish. He picked shoyu. My curry ramen was yummy. The shrimp was not over cooked and the curry soup was tasty. It came with an egg and fish cake plus bean sprouts. Also had corn, spring onions, spinach and fried garlic. The miso ramen was pretty good according to my son. And his shrimp rice bowl was alright. I don't think it was as good as my ramen. It is a convenient ramen place when we have a craving so I would definitely come again. read more

We had the spicy tuna bowl and a make-your-own bowl. All ingredients were fresh and delicious, and I especially liked the creamy sesame sauce. For $10.95, this felt like an excellent value. (We live in NY, where the going rate for a poke bowl at dinner is $17-22). The service was also excellent. The woman making our bowls was very helpful, and she checked in with us to make sure we liked it. Another server helped carry our miso soups to the table when he saw our hands were full. We use Door Dash quite a bit and when we got this Ramen the first time we loved it so much we ordered it again the next day. Unfortunately it is a long drive from there to Highlands Ranch so the containers that held the soup melted and broke which caused the soup to spill everywhere in the dasher's car. We refused the order because, what is ramen without the soup? We contacted Door Dash and got our refund as the food was never delivered.   We tried again a week later... Not only was the chef not going to fill our order because we "cancelled" the order, he has our picture apparently and will not fill any of our orders in the future. I feel like I am in an episode of Seinfeld!! Management was extremely rude to us as well as our dasher. We will not be eating at Wanna Poke in the future. The soup spilling was not our fault and he treated us like we had stole from him just because we refused to take an order that was no longer edible. To management: you should never treat anybody this way, especially when you refuse to understand the situation. read more

How did I miss this place? Ramen and rice bowls are two of my favorite fast food alternatives and I've always been disappointed that I have to take a long drive to find a place that's focused on them. The stuff you get in regular restaurants isn't bad but not the same. So was browsing around and then I come across this location that's just a few minutes of my house. Tried the Shio Ramen last night and it was very good! I'm so looking forward to going back and trying out the some of the other options. The restaurant itself is not all that large but it's very clean. The staff was nice but one of them was fairly new and had to keep referring to the instructions for whatever she was making. It looks like the Poke bowls are made up front while the ramen and other hot dishes are made in the back. Overall I'm giving this place a thumbs up and will be back regularly. read more

If you're looking for a casual spot to drop by and get an amazing lunch or quick dinner, this is the place. It's not fancy, think less sushi date night, more of a chipotle type style, which if you're like me and just want to get out of cooking dinner some nights, works great. My husband and I went there for exactly that reason and we were so pleased that we did. The man and woman working were both so incredibly friendly and hospitable it melted our hearts. He got the tonkatsu ramen and I got a poke bowl. The poke bowl I got to pick my own toppings kind of like you would at chipotle or subway. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. My husband said that his ramen was some of the best he'd ever had. Now bear in mind, we've never been to Japan for Ramen so we may not have the most refined judgement but we love Ramen and have tried several different spots around the state. We so enjoyed our experience that we made sure to let the owners know that we loved it and would be coming back on our way out. Me and my friends love this place not only because of the people and place, but also because the food is AMAZING! We only ordered here once but we are definitely coming back for more.
