I had the best experience here after having some problems with my glasses I picked out at a different Warby Parker location out of state.The optician who I unfortunately don't have the name of, helped me pick out some new frames and adjusted them perfectly for me. She was so patient and helpful. The staff here are all lovely and are quick to help any customer that walks in through the door. If I need anything with my WP glasses or sunglasses this is the location I'd go to for adjustments. read more

I had a great experience here! I stopped in (no appointment needed) to look for new frames after trying a few on virtually through the Warby Parker app. The store is very clean and only two parties are allowed in at a time. Everybody is required to hand sanitize upon entry and each pair of frames is sanitized after being touched and/or tried on. The best part? The sales associate helping me pick out a pair was actually honest! She told me which frames were keepers and which did not look or fit right. I always get stressed when looking for new glasses since I never know what looks good, so the candid feedback and advice made this process a breeze. My new pair arrived right at my door in less than 10 days, and stopping back into the store for a frame adjustment was quick and easy. The frames I selected, with prescription lenses, AND with blue light filtering only came to $145, which is cheaper than what I usually spend when ordering from an optician's office, even after my vision insurance kicks in. Had a great afternoon of picking out glasses for such a cheap price. I have awful vision and normally pay $500-$600 for glasses due to my lens size and not here! 2 pair for $295 which is unreal! I'm a big fan of Warby Parker's product, having jumped on their band wagon a year ago when I needed a new pair of glasses. This is a newer shop location, right in the heart of LoDo, a couple blocks from Coors Field and the National Baseball Museum and just around the corner from the Milk Market. Warby Parker's customer service has been exceptional in my dealings with them, and this visit, a simple eye glass adjustment, was no exception. Staffer Sam was professional, helpful, pleasant, and knowledgeable. I appreciated his eyeglass tips that I'll implement immediately. I haven't had such a frustrating experience in a long time! They measured my PD (pupillary distance) in-store when I ordered new glasses four days ago and I've already received 3 emails from the lab, from different people, asking me to send them my PD because they don't have it and that's all they need to get started. I replied each time letting them know that it was measured in-store and to contact them instead of me. I even gave the lab the store's phone number and address. I have always bought glasses from WB online. However, a store just opened and I went in. I had 30 minutes to get 2 pairs of sunglasses and glasses, and I also had a complex prescription. A man named Jonathan instantly greeted me, and I told him my time limit. He kept cool, and composed and collected as he helped me. I love Warby Parker as a company, and their products. Even though they started as a web-based business, they have had "brick and mortar" stores almost since their inception - initially just in Philly (where they were founded by some Wharton grads) and NY. They opened a store in the Cherry Creek mall not long ago, and opened this location in LoDo just a few days ago. Popped by to get two Warby glasses I have adjusted - frames had gotten crooked over time. The customer service was excellent - they beautifully fixed and cleaned both pairs. I browsed the many frame options - love some of the newer polished metal frames - and will definitely be back to feed my Warby glasses addiction. (PS. This is a way better location than cherry creek. Fewer people and better service. I came in for sunglasses, and the process was very easy. Plus as I said you don't have walk through a bunch of people to look at stuff. read more
