I am a mom and had camp drop off in the morning before this, had to work at a coffee shop across the street in between and take off work to make this appointment work for me, just to be turned away for a 10 minute difference in appointment time (that their scheduler made). The girl at the desk might as well have been a robot for all she cared and kept repeating a 9 minute policy. ZERO empathy and the sweetest voice, terrible combo. The fact that they pack appointments together so closely that they can't afford customer service is atrocious. If this is how they treat paying patients, I won't be returning -- and I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone looking for respectful, professional care. Mike assisted me in finding the perfect frame and explained what my insurance would cover. Once I decided what lenses I wanted, he indicated that my insurance carrier usually takes about 2 weeks. He was spot on. I picked up my new eyeglasses today and I couldn't be more pleased! What I like about this practice is that I will not have to go anywhere else. They offer everything from eye exams and eyeglasses to LASIK and cataract surgery. On top of that, it's located near Colorado Mills and I70.
