One would assume that they would honor this whenever and wherever especially considering a customer who had driven an hour to do something as trivial as this and has been wearing Oakley apparel for the past 10 years right? WRONG! Apparently they don't train enough people to actually do some things which are essential in regards to a return program and only teach these skills to supervisors who aren't able to transfer these skills over to others in order for them to actually provide service to customers. Extremely disappointed in this location and would honestly recommend just taking the loss and driving to Providence. What kind of place has you pay extra for an agreement which should be honored at all times but only the times when it is convenient for them?

Did not have high hopes when i walked in to the store - I was just browsing nd had not had any luck finding a pair that looked good, fit well, and did not cost an arm and a leg. I was approached by one of the sales people who asked if I needed help - and when I said "no" did not continue to pressure me. However after a bit of browsing - I did have a questions, several in fact, which were answered quite honestly by the salesperson. He explained that I could get a pair of custom sunglasses to get everything I wanted (color/shape/UV/size) but that once purchased I would not be able to return them. However - if I told him the style I was looking for, he could bring out some of their "stock" items. If I liked a pair I could purchase them and then have 90 days to decide whether to return them. The return policy is what sealed the deal and I ended up purchasing a dark purple pair with polarized lenses - not cheap by any means but I know they will be put to good use as I traverse down sunny roadways and for that reason alone it was money well spent.

The only time I felt the doctor was giving an in-depth look at what was going on with my eyes. They offer you two additional exams that insurance does not pay for, but they are not expensive and worth it for the amount of detail analysis/images they are able to get on your eyes. I hate shopping and shopping for glasses is not remotely on my list of "favorite things" to do; however, she was very helpful and narrowed the type of styles I liked so I could pick what worked best for me. Just got my glasses today - in only about a week, and just in time for a long trip. Thank you.

We'll be attending a Charity Banquet and Ball in a few weeks, and she was looking for a dress to wear. She found a beauty - a nice red Calvin Klein dress stickered at $134 but tagged at just $49.97. That's 62% off. Customer service was great. When we went to the register to pay, we saw a minor stitching defect at the back of the dress. Our cashier arranged for a runner to head back to the rack with us and we found the exact same dress in perfect condition. No complaints at all.

Bought my glasses here over 6 months ago and suddenly my top right lens developed a defect. This time the defect appeared within 30 days and I went in and they said they would cut new lenses fully covered under the 30 day warranty. Got a text and went in expecting new lenses but they replaced the whole frame as well because they said the frame may be defective. These are Versace frames so they are not cheap, I was really floored. Well, that's really going above and beyond and while I have no idea if this will happen again (if so I'm told the prescription might just be incompatible with the frames) they have demonstrated superior customer service thus far.

We order in person and pick up the new glasses after a 25-mile drive to their West Hartford, CT store at the West Farms Mall. Ordering and fitting on-line are risks we aren't ready to take, but many people do this. But now we can visit Warby Parker by driving less than 5 miles to their newest location in the Shops at Farmington Valley in Canton, CT, where they took over space previously occupied by Coldwater Creek and a Yankee Candle pop-up store. The procedure was the same as it was in Manchester. You first meet with a salesperson to choose your frames, find (or set up) your account and order, confirm insurance, and review your prescription. Then an optician meets with you, makes sure the frame, lenses, and your prescription are all compatible with your face, etc. Then you finalize things with the salesperson, place the order, and await the arrival of your glasses. The young lady who helped us was new, and she did a nice job with a little help on some questions. Another young lady I spoke to was temporarily on loan from a WB Massachusetts location. The frame selection is amazing and range from simple conservative styles to bolder frames with color, shiny designs and more. Our glasses cost just $50 with insurance, and we were happy with the selection and service.
