I own a BMW & any other mechanic shop I've ever taken it to always turns me away saying "we don't know about these kind of cars" while Oscars team can always figure out what's going on with my car. Took my wife's Yukon to them because they were recommended and just down the street from the house. The A/C wasn't blowing properly or cold. Turns out it needed freon and a blend door actuator. Paid $300 plus dollars to have the freon topped off and a blend door actuator replaced. Blew cool for about 15 minutes and never since. Sorry to say that I wasn't very happy to say the least. They may do tires and tire repairs great. But can't say I would recommend them for any other automotive related repairs or work. read more

Bad service I came in for ac Freon. I was quoted 45 to check the AC and 35 for Freon. I decline them to check cause I know I just need a Freon. They try to charge me both after the fact I had to argue with Oscar, the owner and I was this close to kicking his ass until we agreed to pay the 35 now after checking my bank statement was pending 35 now it is showing 45 as a tip was added do not come here and all these other people they're giving five stars are liars read more

Took my truck for a wheel alignment and tire rotation did a great job for a good price .

Got ripped off here they had my car for over three months. Still have it now the owner isn't calling me back. Try to get a tow truck to take my car. But the tow truck said they can't because they need the permission from the owner .they were quick to take my money don't know what to do at this point read more

He kept my car for two weeks. He promised it would be fixed every day. I asked him to just give me the car back the way I brought it in and he asked me to come back tomorrow . DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE I REPEAT DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. Oscar should not even be in business and I will do what I can to ensure he gets shut down. He fixed my car and claimed we had a 9 month warranty, repairs were over 1500 dollars. The car broke down within 2 weeks. The car has been sitting there over a month and a half and he still has not fixed it. He claimed that he was waiting on parts and a bunch of other excuses. He did not keep in consistent contact with me to provide at least updates. I get that the fixing of a car can take time but at least provide updates. In the last two weeks I have attempted to reach someone multiple times with no luck. I went by there and demanded an update and no one knew nothing. It was just sitting in the back. I asked for the key to tow it somewhere else and no one knew where it was. They said the owner oscar had it, and would return the next day. I went four days later and no one has heard from the owner and somehow magically they have the keys. They claimed he was in Mexico and no was able to reach him so did he fly the keys from Mexico to here. Than I demand to move it and since they all of sudden decided to work on it they suggested that I can tow the car and they would put the parts in the backseat for me to take. Are you serious? I asked them to give me a receipt for the previous work and they had no log of it and apparently had no knowledge of what was done. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE, you will waste money having to move it and having someone else fix it. This review doesn't deserve one star. read more

Recommend Oscar's automotive. I've been taking my cars for years and they always do a great job with reasonable prices. Most recently I took my step sons car due to transmission going out. This guy is a fraud. Do not take your vehicle here. Had my car over 3 weeks and did nothing to it. He kept telling me that he had parts on order and it would be ready soon. I called several times and he never answered. I left messages that were never returned. I finally threatened to call the police because at that point I only wanted my car back. Well 'lo and behold' he answers right away and tells me I can pick up the car at anytime. Save yourself your money and time and go across the street to Temple Hill. I took my car straight from Oscar's Friday afternoon to Temple and they called me Monday @ noon to let me know my car was ready. read more

Will NEVER EVER take a vehicle to this shop again!! (9 Jul) Emergency towed my car there because a belt broke. Problem identified as supercharger. Ok, I understand. By (31 Jul) parts to correct the problem not ordered. (I find and order them myself and drop them off) (14 Aug) I get my car back. Prior to leaving Oscar's I bring to his attention a trim piece missing. (I was actually asked was I sure it was there before???) Also fog light not aligned when bumper was re-installed. I'm told to bring the car back and everything will be taken care of. After leaving and driving the vehicle for a few miles I identify exhaust not hanging or affixed properly. I Inform Oscar. I return Wed (Aug 19th)I after coordinating with Oscar. When I get to the shop. He's not there. My car can't be looked at, trim piece not ordered, and I'm informed that Oscar knew about the exhaust issue but told his co-worker not to worry about it. Friday (21 Aug) messaged to inquire about when the trim piece will be there and when can have issues corrected. No response. (24 August) I give up. $620.00 poorer and a month and a half later and my only option is to go to another shop to fix Oscar's work. I couldn't be more disappointed. How was this worth my time or money?? read more
