Approximately 1 year ago my wife and I purchased a Frigidaire double over. The sales person we worked with was knowledgeable with no pressure to purchase. The installation was a different matter. The third party contractor scuffed the wood framing. Moreover, one of the oven doors had a paint flaw. The installation crew ordered a replacement door but when the door was received it was the wrong color. Another door was ordered and later installed. When I come to Minneapolis store to purchase Speed quin washer there was one with fully equipped, what I mean is that washer had coin slot coin box and fill hoses and it was yellow tag which is AS-IS. I negotiate the price and purchase the washer AS-IS on the show floor. Well that is not the case with Warner's Stellian when thy deliver it it was striped down no fill hose no coin box no coin slot and worst of all no service key. so the washer AS-IS is worthless to me. Be warned! The sales staff at Warner Stellion are exceptional. Their repair service is awful and they should be embarrassed that for such a long standing family owned company that they completely fail with service. I called in a service while my refrigerator was still under warranty. It unfortunately was difficult to coordinate scheduling repair. We traded calls. To their credit they did make an effort. The manager, Courtney, then called back and rudely said the case was closed and the refrigerator was no longer under warranty and I would have to pay for a service call. When I questioned this she raised her voice and there was nothing more to discuss. I would have to pay an upfront service fee of $200 for them to come out. FAKE REBATES AT WARNER'S STELLIAN: For years we have bought our appliances from the local WS Outlet Store on Nicollet Avenue. Back in 2024, our old washer broke for the second time; our dryer was over 20 years old. I ordered new LG washer and dryer from the WS Outlet Store. Good price. Made better by two (fake) rebate offers. The sales person really pushed the $300+ rebates. Fancy color brochures, rebate order forms. One was a "sales tax" rebate from Warners' Stellian. The other was directly from LG, $100 for each appliance purchased. I very carefully filled out the rebate forms. Totally on time. I sat in front of the washer and dryer to be sure I entered the correct model # and serial # into my phone. LG said "model does not exist". But our model # was right there on the LG rebate form. The rebate was for several models, including ours! But, when the money was due, LG said "does not exist". I brought my receipt and the LG offer and the other rebate forms to Warner's Stellian Outlet Store and asked for help. I brought phone photos of the appliance info plates to verify I had entered the data correctly. "We don't have time to help you." "No, I doubt if it would help to try again." Needed a dryer (less than 1 yr old) repaired - was sent a text that stated a time window (for tech arrival) on the date of repair- it was from 11:30-2:30. The text also said if I was to reschedule within 48 hours of the time- there is a $149 fee. My wife stayed home from her office and the window time came and went and nobody showed up, no call either. I called and told them the situation and was basically told they were going to be late and things happen. So our time is not valuable or worth anything- but Warner Stellians is? Not impressed. It's 50 minutes past the window and still not here. Not impressed with customer service. Very disappointing. So I get charged $149 if I change the appointment within 48 hrs- but I get hollow "sorry" when the service is 50 minutes late (and counting) and work schedules were rearranged and that's acceptable? read more

I just purchased a Kitchenaid Dishwasher, and Elecerolux washer/dryer. I did not purchase their extended warranty. I had my dishwasher 4 days, used it twice. I was placing a bowl in a nearly empty dishwasher. I closed the door and heard this big clink. When I opened the door, the spray arm was laying on the lower rack. Warners Stellian is one mile from my home. I went right to the store and asked for someone to come and look at it. Their answer was no. They have nothing to do with the appliance since I didn't buy their warranty. Not even after 4 days. I had just spent thousands of dollars with their company. I was looking for a little customer appreciate. They didn't even say " Thank you for your purchases, but we can't help!" Just a flat out no we won't help. Or i thought they could have helped me get in contact with manufacturer. And my washing washing was vibrating, hard, on the spin cycle. They said they couldn't help. Unfortunately went with them because we heard they were good, and have just had bad experiences. 1. Bought a whirlpool fridge. Not a cheap one, it broke in 5 years. Sent in a request for repair assistance, heard nothing back. Apparently they texted that they are not taking any repairs (although they also sent an email stating it was received and would be followed up on). Maybe turn off the submission form? Maybe don't sell crap that breaks so quickly? Maybe actually have good service if that's what we are supposedly paying for? Don't buy extended warranty from Warner's Stellian. It takes 4 weeks to get an appliance repair done with Warner's Stellian. They won't schedule service calls until the parts that they guess they will need arrive. They don't come out to check appliances to see what parts are needed. They just guess and ours were wrong. Now we wait for new parts for a second week. Then after the parts arrive they schedule the service call another week later. read more

So many issues with this transaction it's hard to know where to start. We purchased an appliance package, gas range, dishwasher, micro wave and Frig. We had a questionable issue with the plumbing for dishwasher and salesman asked for photos to help clarify. The photos were sent, but we never heard a word back that they were received or looked at. Took two phone calls to clear that up. We set the date with our salesman for installation and they sent the email payment request via email and that was the last time we heard from the store. The only acknowledgement we received for the install was from the plumber stating what time he would arrive, otherwise no confirmation as to what time of day the delivery and install would take place. The plumber, who did an excellent job and was the only highlight of this disaster was able to look up our delivery schedule and found that the delivery and install was to be from 11:00am to 2pm window (the first we heard of a time had to come from the plumber) would now be delay until after 3pm. We never received a courtesy call giving us that message. That was very upsetting as who schedules a delivery and install on a Friday after for after 3pm?? We had plans for 7 pm on Friday night. I called the delivery/service department only to get a voice loop that stated I should have received an email after 4pm the day before delivery stating arrival time. No one ever picked up the line so I hung up. We did not receive that email. I then called the store to find our salesman was off that day and the salesman I spoke to looked at our order and it was missing my email address and also had a wrong phone number for contact. No wonder we had issues. The delivery truck showed up at 3:30pm on a Friday afternoon and proceeded to ruin my evening as they did not finish the install until 7:30pm....on a Friday night no less. Am I mad, yes!! This is unacceptable service for the money we shelled out. I forgot to mention that our Frig was not included in todays delivery due to shorted shipping. First, we bought a dishwasher there while in our previous house and once we moved, the new owner had some issues with it (it was purchased at the outlet). I sent them my receipt of purchase and they said that Warners covered the dishwasher with no issues and that the service was top notch. Second, in our new home, we recently remodeled our kitchen. We worked with a salesperson who was very knowledgeable and our kitchen would not be the same without him. After a lengthy discussion, we decided on the panel ready dishwasher and fridge and are VERY glad we did. Our kitchen would not look the same without it. Do NOT go to Werner Stallion. The sales and service are the worst experience I've ever been through. Bought KitchenAid dishwasher and extended warranty for $1861 on September 26. They installed 3 weeks after purchase....it never worked. Called for replacement and was told I could ONLY do repair. Service person came out, said it was not installed properly, so it blew motor immediately. I have sent an email to corporate, no response. Called at least 10 times to work out and I still can only get motor replacement . I stopped payment on my credit card until resolved and was told they will come out and repossess unless I agree to motor replacement and lift payment stop. I paid for a new machine and now am getting a retrofitted one. Again, I have never used this dishwasher once. I am caught in this mess because I need a panel ready unit and no one else has in stock and now I'm having 18 people for Thanksgiving. . Otherwise I would absolutely have them pick up and buy from someone else. I did a kitchen remodel a few years ago and spent $20,000 with them because contractor recommended. Again, bad experiences. Go to Simons Appliance in Inver Grove Heights. I just bought Speed Queen washer/dryer with them and they are great. Warners' Stellian would not repair my Samsung Washer. They also would not service my Whirlpool range. When attempting to purchase new appliances and seeing all of the extra fees they add on, I do not see how this business can sell anything to anyone. The washer is a piece of junk and I think they were aware of the quality of this appliance when they sold it. The Samsung dryer is not much better. These two appliances are junk. I had to hire a private contractor to repair the washer. I have noticed that this particular line of appliances is no longer being sold by Warners' Stellian. If I could give them a negative, I would. I have spent over 50K in combination of a couple properties and usually they have been outstanding. Recently, I purchased a new home in Stillwater and needed new appliances. When the installer went to install my new Microwave, there was a noticeable dent. He took pictures, noted the record and said someone would contact me. I waited a month, spoke to Victor (May 2024) in repair and he stated I had a couple options, they can order a part to replace the damage, I can take a check for $30.00, or I would get 20% off a new item in the future. I chose to have them order the part and replace the part. A month goes by and Jonathan from repair calls me (June 2024) to tell me that the part is on backorder. I said "not a problem, call me when it is in!" No call for months so I follow up. It is now Feb 2025, I email and they say "We never ordered the part, never heard back from you and we can offer you $30.00" (this was from Saul in repair) in his emails he was condescending and argumentative making me feel like I did something wrong. So I called wanting to speak to his manager. Her name was Courtney she wasn't available and I asked for her to call me. She called me back and left me a message because I was on another call. I called her right back, couldn't get her on the phone left her a VM. Called again today (Feb 18, 2025) they said she was on the phone and I asked for her VM. They proceed to send me to a line that just rang and rang.... I didn't hang up, I let it ring, it rang for 9 mins, finally it went to Victors VM instead of hers.... 25 mins later Courtney called me back. I told her everything I have said above and she challenged my facts. She stated that there is no record of me talking to anyone and I should have talked to someone sooner to have it ordered, then proceeded to offer me the lovely $30.00 again they offered back in May. I told her it wasn't about the money, I just wanted the part fixed. Courtney said, "It is too late and I can only offer $30.00!" I told her to take the $30.00 and put it towards her lovely C/S crew. She said "Have a nice day and hung up on me!" SO, for future, if you are looking for appliances, I would HIGHLY suggest going somewhere else. I will NEVER do business with them again. After a couple weeks I called and they said they saw the return and it was waiting for approval from the store manager. Called again today, over 1 month later and was told by a salesman that there isn't any note of me returning the kit. I told the salesman it was very concerning to me that they haven't taken care of this and he got all butt hurt and spouted off about how he says something it will happen. Purchased a Maytag washer and dryer here a few days ago. The store had ample stock to choose from in a wide range of prices. No pressure sales rep in store, amazingly knowledgeable, efficient, friendly - all the things you hope for in a sales person, but rarely seem to find. Delivery was as promised, and the washer and dryer were installed professionally and quickly. I see a lot of reviews seem to indicate that problems arose some time after the purchase when repairs were needed. The compressor failed on my 3-year old LG french door refrigerator and they diagnosed it one day after I called and it was repaired on the fifth day. In these days of labor shortages and supply chain issues, that is really impressive! I paid for the Iron Clad Warranty and contacted the service department-- they offer the chance to text, chat or call and the wait times were over 20 minutes. I eventually got through. (Labor shortages are affecting every aspect of life right now). However, Warners' Stellian always comes through and makes it right. The Iron Clad 5-year warranty also includes $250 coverage of spoiled food from appliance failure, which softens the blow a bit. I am happy with the decision to buy from Warners Stellian instead of a big box store because of the personal touch and the family-owned work ethic. read more

I just had a visit from one of Warner Stellian's most experienced repairmen. He brought some parts with him but when he heard my refrigerator noise he asked if that's what I was concerned about? After taking the entire refrigerator and freezer apart, he isolated the noise as a Freon line reduction fitting that was vibrating. He pulled a small roll of foam tape from his repair kit and spent 15 minutes wrapping and isolating the offending pipe. NOISE GONE! I have never been so impressed by someone's skill. Paying for the extra service of these repairmen is really worth the money in this age of low cost, recyclable assemblies. In the past I've had a great experience with Warner's Stellian, but things have gone downhill with customer service and delivery. We had a washer delivered this week. We have a tight spot in the basement, so ordered the smallest machine possible. However, we have a full-sized machine that has to be hauled out. It was installed 14 years ago by Sears and the delivery team brought the machine in somehow, so I know it's possible. Delivery team from WS was very nice, but said they couldn't get the machine in without removing the dryer. Crew took photos and said they would send to a manager who would be in touch. I've been calling customer service and my salesperson to establish contact with this "manager"--but have received no response. One agent I spoke to said it would cost$390 to unhook and reinstall the dryer. I'm not excited about extra charge, but I also want to confirm with a delivery person that this will really make install possible. I had sent photos to the salesperson with some measurements and he said we could get the washer out of the basement, so I don't want to get burned again. We bought a non-returnable machine (as it's a smaller size and special order) and it's sitting in our dining room. I expect this kind of service from big box stores, but not this company. Very disappointing. In the very least, someone should have followed up on the delivery. I've left multiple emails and voicemails with my only point of contact: the salesperson. I'm looking to replace my oven, which has blown out 3 electric systems due to overheating. I called service to get specs and ask about maybe venting to solve the problem. They were helpful with effort, but said this is a huge problem for many of their ovens and transferred me to sales. Receptionist answered "Jay" younger woman was rude, talking over everything I asked, repeating the same lines, "We are just sales here sir, it's not our job to know of any problems with our products". Ordered a gas range from Noah B. at the end of February. The first week of April we called the store to find out what the status of our order was. We were then told that the model we had purchased was discontinued and we would receive a refund. The next day we ordered a similar model from Home Depot and it was delivered within a week.
