I have also utilized their TNR program for a feral cat who birthed my new kitten which was also quick, efficient and a great experience. I've received guidance from their staff on help with a feral cat colony in my area regarding cats that need medical treatment. Overall, they are honestly the most caring and devoted people I've ever met. They show SO MUCH compassion and love towards animals and those that are trying to help animals. I highly recommend them!

After a hip replacement surgery (at a totally different hospital and surgeon) Josie wound up having to have her rear leg amputated. Dr Mike was always there for her, way more than her actual surgeon. We were fortunate enough to not have to experience any bad vets before finding doctor alex and his team. By far the most amazing experience we've had with a vet. They took care of my old man in the best way they could and even showed me the costs upfront and were not afraid to suggest that if I needed to go elsewhere for price concerns, that they understood. My reason for a 4 star is simply that they're not labeled as an Urgent Care, nor was that said to me when they were recommended via another popular vets office in Ferndale...and its also just not in plain sight.
