Omg, I wouldn't have even known that this business existed of it weren't for Yelp! I had a rock chip my windshield on a Tuesday and knew that I couldn't run the repair through insurance, so I got on Yelp and found American Warrior Auto Glass. They had stellar reviews, so I contacted them via Yelp and they got back to me within 15 minutes and set up an appointment for the next morning. The job took 5 minutes and it was only $50, so I was relieved! Do yourself a favor and take your car here for any windshield needs. If I ever need another chip repaired or a whole new windshield, this is where I'll go. read more

After a terrible install from a previous auto glass company, I found American Warrior Auto Glass. They were quick to reply and didn't give me the run around with a price. Most companies I reached out to where throwing so many variables on the price, but American Warrior Auto Glass gave me a re-install price and worst case scenario if glass were to crack estimate. Had an appointment scheduled, insurance claim submitted, and they never called or showed up. 5 star reviews. So much for that. Im not one to leave poor reviews, but they earned this one by wasting my time. EDIT: The receptionist recited the correct phone number to me when I called to see where the repair person was when he didn't call or show up. The number on file was correct. The appointment was set. There was no ambiguity at all. They were supposed to arrive between 7 and 10 am. Waited for over three hours at the dealership for nothing. TOTAL BS. read more

Excellent service! They were able to get me in early next day. Our rear view mirror had been glued on to our previous windshield by the old owner. This is the 3rd time I have visited this business now and I love them! Super great staff, speedy windshield replacements and very professional. I drive all the way from the west side of the valley to them, I pass by probably 25 repair shops and it's worth it. They have repaired the windshield on my tundra twice and my BMW 328i. This veteran owned and operated business was so wonderful to work with! I contacted them along with a few other companies to compare pricing as this was the first time I've had to had my windshield replaced. I settled on American Warrior because they had excellent reviews, responded to my inquiry within 30 minutes of the initial message and they had the best pricing. The owner, Ryan, was very accommodating to my busy schedule. He offers a 10% discount for an in shop appointment and an additional discount of 15% off for military and first responders, which was another reason I chose this business to change my windshield. The day of the appointment went incredibly smooth. Just follow your map for in shop appointments! I thought I was lost but the shop is in a back corner of a long commercial street, but don't worry, you're in the right place! Upon arrival, Ryan welcomed me to his shop and told me it would take about an hour. I was able to wait in the comfortable waiting room. There is a large TV and a water machine along with some magazines to help pass the time. The total process took only 45 minutes which was great! My new windshield has been great and I'm so happy with the results. I put getting a replacement off for far too long and it has been so nice to drive without chips and cracks! I'm giving 4 stars only because the receptionist/ office admin is rude and very unprofessional. Gave me the wrong quote but I paid the difference because I appreciated Ryan coming to me and his professionalism. When the molding broke on windshield she wanted to argue about me not paying full price by saying my invoice doesn't match . Not my problem I know what my bank statement says. Secondly when I arrived back in Arizona she was rude yet again and gave me wrong appointment time . Wasn't going to argue with her but little does she know she was on speaker and my husband heard the time she gave me. I was actually early and Ryan fixed the molding right away . He is a great very professional business owner and I will use again if need be in future because of who he is and he stands by his work. I appreciate the response from Ryan. The thing I will add here is if I as the customer feel your girlfriend/office admin was rude then I as the customer should be acknowledged and how I was made to feel. She was very argumentative for no reason. She even slammed the window shut while you were talking to me . I feel as a business owner it is hard for you to separate your personal relationship in this matter if you are saying she was not rude. I'm not here to bash your business. I thought I needed a new windshield because I had a leak somewhere and was getting water inside my car but the owner of this business checked my windshield for leaks and found there was none. He went further and checked my sunroof and found that was the source of the leak. He explained to me what I could do about getting a new sunroof and where I might find one since the car is 20 years old. He tightened some bolts on it and didn't charge me. read more

I found AMERICAN Warrior Auto Glass on Yelp. Not being from the area, I thought this was a great resource for seeking windshield replacement. I had Ryan give me a quote for my sons Honda Accord. To my SURPRISE it was more than 100% less than Safelite for the same service. Reluctantly, Ryan took payment over the phone prior to ever performing any work towards replacement of the windshield. Ryan and Carlos, spent an hour testing my entire truck for leaks, spent time to clean & replace molding on the top of my truck. They could have slapped a new windshield on and sent me in my way.
