This is hands down the best gun range around. The staff is literally always so friendly and helpful. They are always happy to help, and kind. Love the staff here. As far as firearm/shooting education goes here, Steve and Kris are the best firearms instructors I have ever met. I recommend anybody to them. Steve is extremely knowledgeable and dedicated to his field, and making sure his students are well taught and comfortable, and dedicating time to customers. Always extremely willing to help you with any questions and inquiries. Takes his time with teaching customers about firearms and different model firearms that would best suit your interests, comfort level and experience. Unbelievable salesman and firearms expert. So professional and trustworthy. There is also a female instructor named Kris and she is absolutely amazing, I really love that Warriors has a female instructor to help females (and men of course) feel comfortable and learn to shoot in ways that sometimes men cant teach us, especially if you'd personally prefer to have a female instructor if you are a female yourself. Sometimes what works for men doesnt work for women, and her tips are AMAZING! She is so friendly and kind and really dedicates her time and attention to you. I felt so comfortable and in the best hands possible. Both instructors truly make it a wonderful experience here. Kris really makes you feel comfortable with a firearm and provides top knotch knowledge and guidance, especially if you are new to firearms. Alot of instructors nowadays rush the experience and are impatient and not understanding of your journey if your pace is slower than others. But Kris and Steve are the opposite of that. They truly deserve 5 stars in their industry, i wouldnt go to anybody else. Overall here at Warriors they are so kind, and they have a genuine dedication to their students that I havent seen in other instructors I have met. They really care about teaching with their hearts and are passionate in the firearm industry. I dont go to any other range because theyre genuinely the best here. Like seriously i have never felt so comfortable and taken care of at a range before, and that matters alot to me. Also the range of firearm models and supply is absolutely wonderful here. I've been coming to Warrior Gun Range since before it was acquired by Charlie's Armory. I've been a customer at Charlie's since I turned 18. I came to WGR today to see if I could potentially test out a magazine I was looking to purchase. The magazine isn't exactly made for my gun (Browning BDA vs Sig P220), so I wanted to run a magazine before purchasing. Pat provided me with a lane, ear and eye pro, and the opportunity to run the magazine free of charge. I've always received outstanding customer service from both locations and highly recommend them. The ONLY reason they don't get 5 stars is because I've been waiting to see WGR go to a digital platform and it's yet to happen. I have been to many gun ranges in the US and this has to be one of the worse ranges in the country. First, do not be fooled by the pictures on their website. Those are not photos of this range by any means. This range is filthy and badly lit. Second, they have no target backers which means that all one can do is hang a full size paper target on to a couple of clips. If all you have is a bullseye type of target you are out of luck. Third, as the bullet strikes, the paper target starts moving and since it is just hanging on a cable. it just keeps on moving. You will be shooting at a moving target! Fourth, 5 and 7 yds are marked on the floor but after that nothing. Estimate the distance is all one can do. Fifth, little if no lights past the 10 yds. Seeing the target at a dark indoor range is impossible. Sixth, the exhaust system blows the gun exhaust into your face. In good gun ranges, the air is blown from behind the shooters and it is then extracted and filtered somewhere down range. This is the opposite and if the condition of the range is any indication, those filters have never been serviced. And last but not least, the Range Officer, a young kid wearing a red shirt and tactical gear, was so involved with his phone that not once did I see him look up to check on the range. I asked some of the other shooters that were there about all of these issues and they all said that this was indeed a horrible range but that there was nothing else around so they had no choice. Clearly the owner knows this as well and could care less about the quality and service he is NOT providing to his paying customers. read more

Bought a gun here but the staff wouldn't let me try it (even with my government identification) because they have a rule that doesn't show up on the website that you need two people to rent a lane. Website says "If you're sharing a lane with a friend you'll enjoy relaxing in our director's chairs waiting for your turn." This is misleading. If you're not sharing a lane with a friend, don't bother coming because you can't use it. I came here for years when it was Ace and never had this issue. read more

Visit almost weekly since it's very close to my office, most of the staff are friendly, check in tablets are easy to use, range area has enough lines that allows me to go in and out without waiting at all, prices are more than fair. I'm new to guns, and recently purchased from them. Sales clerk was patient, not pushy, answered my questions, and only showed me guns within the budget I gave him. Did not try to up sell me. Very professional and very nice. The range itself is a bit dated and grungy but it serves its purpose. The Range Officers were very professional and helpful... they took the time to show me how to handle my firearm safely, and did the same for my son. Overall a very good experience. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is that the range itself is a bit run down and has poor climate control... and very hot inside. This is the only range I had been to and I didn't know if this was normal for most ranges, but I visited another indoor range recently that was much cleaner and cooler inside, but the service and the people were not as nice as Warrior. read more

Best bang for buck gun range in town, literally! Good guns, good service, knowledge staff and get Groupon deals. Get way to spend an hour or 2 with a date or with some friends. This would be my 3rd visit to this shop and I've only shot 9mms but I have shot a glock, a sig sauer, and a couple of others. Kick backs range depending on the guns of course. Haven't been here since it was "Aces" which appears to have changed about 6 months ago, apparently under new manage so it's got a new name. At first glance, nothing has changed. After 3 visits under new management, I've noticed that just about everything has changed (aside from the basic layout and storefront..). Seeing how winter is around the corner, I wanted to get into shooting 3 gun. I use to come here because it's the closest and has AC, so, convenience and comfort. Now I'll likely make this main range because it's one of the better ranges thanks to new management / rules. The range is split in 2 parts. Rifle / shotgun and pistol. There are about 5 lanes for rifle and 7 for pistol. Pros: -AC - Slightly cheaper than most other indoors in the area. - You can now double tap... or triple tap.. or go auto if you've got the stamp. Great if you're looking for a place to practice for competitive shooting. - Law enforcement / Class G security can draw from outer wasteband holsters. - I overheard the owner talking to their AC guy trying to revamp the system for better flow / circulation. - Also overheard the owner trying to make sure that his employees wear masks when they're sitting in the range for long periods of time or fixing something in the range. He obviously seems to care... or doesn't want to fork out medical moneys for treatment of diseases caused by lead exposure. What can I say, I'm an eavesdropping master. Cons: - Even with the AC it still gets warm, which to me is hot as shit since I'm part bear on my mother's side. - They rarely seem to have the most common ammo. These guys should really keep a running stock of at least 4,000 rounds for each of the following; 22lr, 9, 40, 45, 223, 7.62. - The cable system for the targets is this thin little rope. It looks like fragments from rounds hitting the back wall could fly up and chip at it over time. It could eventually lead to the line snapping on its own - which you would then have to pay for as if you shot the cable. Hasn't happened to me, just an observation. Tips: - Bring your own ammo. If you know you'll be shooting a few times a year then just buy bulk, there are often sales on even the cheapest ammunition. You can't fire steel cased ammo here yet but it seems to be in the works. -Bring water and snacks. - Be safe and have fun! read more

Ive been going to this range for years I wasn't provoking anybody. But this staff member singled me and no one else out. I don't know if its the way i dress, look or carry myself. So i let the staff member know that i am doing nothing wrong. Afterwards He didn't apologize. He kept sneaking behind the rest of the staff to get me to "confess" when i was doing nothing wrong. He even followed me to my car (outside of the store and armed) In fear for my life I frantically had to tell him to stop. But he wouldn't he would just back down and keep an eye on me. I don't know if the guy was trying to extort me or intimidate me or what. Update. Yes they extort you. They are charging me 100 dollars a month for no particular reason now. THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS! I cancelled my card and filed a claim. and if you used a card with them I would cancel it too. SCAM! I am generally in fear now they wont stop harassing my phone. I was once cornered outside of warrior by a young armed employee who followed me to my car and attempted to detain me for no reason. (Said i "looked funny") FOR YOUR SAFETY STAY AWAY FROM CHARLIES OR WARRIOR! Ive already been charged over 700 dollars and have not even received a call till 90 days after. THATS how they get you! Because the refund policy is only 90 days. Don't believe me? Read other reviews. You ask for an item to order that doesn't exist no upc no serial no nothing and they make you pay up front. and they are trying to get more. My first time in a indoor range. We had a great time. The sign in process was simple and fast. No membership required! They sell firearms and accessories. $15 for a lane x $9 for additional people per hour. We lucked out Monday is ladies night, so it was free for me. There were 6 other women shooting so I felt very comfortable there. I felt ventilation system was adequate and temp in range area was comfortable. I bought a pink gun case for $6.99. As we were leaving there were a couple of families with children coming in to shoot, so it's family friendly too. read more

Went for dad's birthday, had a Groupon, and really enjoyed our time! I forgot my ID but luckily they let my dad vouch for me. We were shown the gun options we had, were provided eye-wear and 50 rounds to share. We were also given a crash course on how to hold the gun appropriately as well as how to load the mag. Just went shooting here for the first time today and had an excellent experience. The staff and atmosphere are extremely welcoming. We used both their pistol range and their rifle range. Pros: Their staff are super friendly, service was prompt, and they calculate in your favor as far as time spent on the range when it comes time to pay. Cons: the range rooms are not exactly room temperature (a bit hotter), in the corner lane the ventilation isn't the best. Despite the cons, I had an awesome time and I would definitely recommend them! read more

I went to Warriors during the pandemic, making the line to go inside out in the sun! One of their employees (Update Charlie the owner) comes outside and handed us the iPad to sign in, while waiting outside he asked us what we are shooting today and we replied our handguns he then asked us what ammo we were shooting, and I found this strange because I've shot this TulAmmo steel case ammo a bunch of times at warriors. So I showed him and he said that unfortunately this ammo isn't safe to shoot! And I ask him why? Told him that I've shot it before at warriors. He goes back inside and comes out with a magnet and grabs my bullet and tells me that this FMJ can ricochet and is dangerous? To my understanding the case is steel rather than brass but the bullet is copper outer with a lead core like 99% of all ammo lol But he told me not to worry that they have 9mm ammo for sale, and that he'll hold my ammo for me so I can shoot today and I can pick it back up when I finish for the day lol I got my box of ammo and left, I then went straight to Trail Glades range. Not going back because they tried hustling me for no reason thinking I was stupid! All FMJ are metal lead! And who shoots hollows or expensive ammo for target practice? Not me! Just beware!
