So I got a promotion on text from them that said "$50 off any guns price tag" so I go in and ask for an M&P Shield 9 Ez and they tell me the price is $600 (btw I have called Stonehearts as well as other local gun shops before I went there and they had the same gun for around $510-520) therefore when they tell me this I was ready to leave but then comes what seems like the manager, maybe his name was Pat can't remember. He comes over and starts doing something on the computer and tells me the gun is $529 and I go ok and show him the promotion on my phone and he says "No i can't add that on top of what I just did" acting like he did something lol how are you going to offer a gun that is going for $510-$520 at a local level for $600 and bring it down to $529 and it's still over local price and act like you did something. So I tell him that I can get it at bass pro shops for $449 and he says "yeah but we are family owned" and I just said no thank you and walked out. Then, their associate comes out and chases me in the parking lot (he was a cool dude though) and asks me to see the promotion and I show him and he says yeah we can't add that. The promotion said "$50 off any gun price tag" meaning that Pat or whatever his name was made up some bullshit number in his head acting like he did me a favor and when I go to add the promotion he says he can't. Overall, what I experienced can either mean one of two things, their original price tag was $600 for a gun I could find for $510-520 at other local stores and even cheaper at bass pro shops or that the manager was making up numbers in his head. Either of these reasons are good enough for me not to go back to this over priced gun store. Keep in mind I had not mentioned the promotion until after he told me the "new" price of $529. I will never come back to this range ever again, I used to shoot here on occasion, and they just lost a customer for being sneaky as well as trying to get the most out of my pocket. I recommend literally any other gun store besides this one, and not to mention their ammo prices are through the roof. read more

AC does not cool in the actual shooting range, at least in the room where range 5 is. On top of that we have to wear our masks so being so hot plus the humidity that comes out from the top of your mask when you breathe, totally fogs up your glasses and unable to see. Told guy behind register & asked for my money & he said "oh yea, that range tends to be hot" really?!?! I moved to the neighborhood 8 month ago so I started going to this place on February 2019 but I notice that the firing lines get really toxic on the weekend and gun powder smell fills the place, I told one of the RSO of the problem and he told me that "it was normal" I have been in almost every indoor shooting range in Miami and I can tell you that no other place is this bad. If all the lines are full (All the time on the weekend) it gets really smoky and all the air intakes in the firing lines are black from gun powder residue. That only happens if ventilation and filtering system are not working properly and that is a huge health hazard, my nine years old daughter was able to smell the gun powder on me when I got home an hour after I left the range so I stop going to that place on April 2019. Do we have any agency that oversee this kind of safety issues? read more

Their website is full of lies. Claims that they have reactive steel targets and chairs in the range to sit while someone else is shooting. This is false. The pictures of the range also on the website are NOT of this range. This facility has poor ventilation and lighting. Also, after sending your target out in the pulley system, the target will bounce for five minutes before finally becoming still. There are much better ranges in the area that have more up to date facilities. Safety was questionable. Range officer was in the outside hallway scrolling through Instagram, not paying attention to what was going on inside the range. read more

Warrior is very nice! The staff is great and very helpful. Often times people can get intimidated going to gun shops and ranges, and it could feel very elitist. I don't really get that feeling here. The staff is welcoming, and willing to answer any questions. I not only went here to shoot, but I did end up purchasing a gun. I got an AWESOME deal on a handgun that I wanted. One of the staff members, Alex, was aware that I would be in the market for a handgun, and asked if I knew which one I wanted. I told him yes, and told him that I knew I wanted the Shield by S&W. He promptly showed me a (barely) used one they had just got in stock, for an awesome price, so I snagged it! The range here (got to be honest) is not the best. I'm used to shooting at another indoor range, and Warrior just doesn't meet that standard. The system to move your target is a little wonky, and since your hanger is just on a cord (and not a rail), your target will tend to wobble, which was kind of annoying. Other than that, the place is great, and very welcoming. read more

Came here on Saturday afternoon with a Groupon for two and I have to say that we had an exceptional experience. We were helped within minutes and we're given all safety instructions and before long we were standing in front of our lane. Everyone from Charlie ( the owner) and all the instructors, we're so helpful and welcoming. I really enjoyed the 9mm pistol. They were especially accommodating when my wife had some issues using a 9mm, so they helped her out with a 22mm so she too could have a great time. I would give these guys 6+ stars! I've bought all of my weapons from Warriors but lately they have had terrible costumer service. You have to make a line outside to go in which isn't a problem except there's no organization for it, if you simply have a question which has been my case on two occasions you have to make a long line. I tried asking inside and they don't even let you speak just yell at you to go make the line. I will most definitely not be coming back. I'd rather drive to Stone Hearts Gun range which is much cleaner, structured, and better priced. With better shooting lanes too! read more

Their digital sign in system gave me a free visit. Warrior employee hinted I was not saying the truth and demanded for me to sign in again for him to see it with his own eyes... what a load of crap. Like I was going to lie to skip a $15 range fee... then, other Warrior employee told me I hat to wait until a shooting lane clears up. Two minutes later same guy says to me "lane 8 is open to you, better hurry up, you are 5 minutes into your 1 hour time slot".... what happen to wait until a lane is open?.. then, got to the range and lane 8 was busy!! .... came out and told them, they send me to lane 5, and grunted that they were 'giving me' a 5 minutes extra time due to the fuck up... Not worth the aggravation... there are lots of better shooting range in the city... let them sink... read more

Cons: Air conditioning does not work fine to remove smoke; Target travels hanging in a thin cord and shake a lot when stop moving; If you (or other person in another lane) shoot the cord, you have to pay for; They have all type of last minute policy you can imagine; officer range tap you shoulder when you are there for 55 minutes (not 1 hr and 5 minutes) ask you to leave or pay extra hour (no matter they stop the range for a while to repair cords or no matter how long you wait the target completely stop to move); terrible price policy - 1 person in a single lane pay $16; 2 people in a single lane pay 2 x $16.00, 3 people in a single lane pay 3 x $16.00 - if you go in a group ask as much lanes you can - cost the same as a single lane; Pros: Great part of staff are good ; owners are nice people; they train you if you are first time shooter; location is very good; they have good selection of firearms for rent; You can shoot fully auto firearms and fast shoot without any problem. Just want to add that the same officer range that tap my shoulder while I was shooting to tell me I have only 5 minutes left, when I ask him to see a Taurus G2C he told me "what you pay is what you get" - for what? Since this range has been taken over by Charlie's Armory it has improved on many levels. I've purchased a couple of pistols from Charlie and all transactions were handled in nothing but a professional manner. The facility is better maintained, the AC now works in the range, the ventilation is better (though I'd like it to be improved more) and the staff more customer friendly. This is by far the best shooting range I have EVER been too. I haven't been shooting in a while since I was a kid and went out today with the family. The staff there were unbelievably kind and helpful. The Range officers offered us tips and help whenever we needed it as we did have some younger people with us. Just an overall amazing experience. Great local shop and range. Had an issue with a brand new firearm I purchased somewhere else so I went to the range to test it out. Staff was very friendly, inviting and helpful. Swapped out parts from a firearm they had on hand and helped me diagnose the problem with my firearm.
