The party room was located in the back of the building and was a pretty spacious room, with its own private bathroom. For our birthday package we opted for the laser tag, and arcade option for the kids and it kept them occupied for a few hours. Now for the food, I was very impressed by the quality and presentation of all the items we selected! Yes the food was just your average fried bar food... but I thought everything was super fresh and all came out very quick. The pizza, wings, and cheese curds were outstanding! Lastly, our party attendant was top notch! She was very attentive, had great communication, and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall, I will say that even though the birthday package at Andretti's is a bit on the pricier side... we thought it was definitely worth it... my nephew had a very memorable birthday!

Total time from weighing one group to the next was 7 minutes, 34 seconds ... ... again, that's for only two kids. Extrapolate that - only 16 kids get on each hour. Unfortunately, we went back to do the Ropes Course a second time, but it was either closed or not staffed.

We had kids ranging from 6-10, so one minor note is he did talk to them more like they were teenagers, nothing I had to intervene on but just wanted to share for awareness. He is also very upfront about the laser guns being a bit heavy for the younger kids and 6yrs olds played a game or so and did say it was heavy for them but he incorporates them into the game as scouts which they had fun time doing. The older kids didn't seem to have as much problem with the weight. A few of the dads are now also looking schedule something with our friends in the future. Overall I recommend, especially if you need someone who comes to you and all you have to worry about is the cake, food, drinks, etc.

Dezerland kept us busy for a few hours and inside during a very hot day. Besides the Auto Museum, Dezerland also features an arcade, escape room, bowling alley, bumper cars, lazer tag maze, ax throwing, and pool tables. Being of a certain age, we chose to visit just the Auto Museum. There are a variety of attraction packages available if you want to use one or several of the attractions. Everyone entering must fill out a waiver, even if you're visiting just the Auto Museum. The waivers are available online as well as advance ticket purchases. There is also a food court and several shops within the Dezerland complex. I'm not into cars myself but the Auto Museum was impressive. My husband especially loved seeing the vintage cars from the 1940s through the 1970s, although some of the cars shown preceded the 1940s. The displays include vehicles used in movies and popular culture. My favorites were the Mystery Machine and Herbie the Love Bug as I saw the movie Love Bug as a child. Besides cars, the museum also features vintage motorcycles, scooters, bicycles, fire trucks, police vehicles, post office delivery vehicles, subway cars, and buses. The backdrops, movies posters, pictures, and cardboard cut outs of the movie 'stars' and historical figures greatly enhance the experience. I can't imagine the time and energy it must have taken to amass this collection of vintage vehicles. We spent about two hours browsing the huge collection of cars but easily could have spent another hour or two here admiring the old time motor vehicles.

The crowds can be a little difficult to deal with. There's a lot of people in there just walking around also and not playing any games. Some of their recent remodels have removed large sections of games in favor of large interactive group style games. We aren't interested in those at all and preferred to have more arcade style games on the floor.

The issue wasn't simply that my meal was prepared incorrectly--it was how management handled the situation. I ordered salmon that arrived significantly undercooked. When I sent it back, our server handled the situation professionally and was both courteous and apologetic. However, from our table I observed the manager, Dalton, visibly berating the server while pointing toward us instead of focusing on resolving the issue. No employee should be treated that way for bringing a customer concern to management. When my mother spoke with him directly, rather than acknowledging the problem, he insisted the salmon was properly cooked and suggested the issue was that we hadn't specified how it should be prepared. Salmon should be cooked to a safe temperature unless a guest specifically requests otherwise, and the photos speak for themselves. What should have been a simple correction became an unnecessary argument. Good managers de-escalate situations, support their staff, and prioritize guest satisfaction. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. To make matters worse, we never received the Power Card promotion that was supposed to come with the meal. The one bright spot was our waitress, who remained friendly, professional, and genuinely tried to make things right despite the circumstances. She deserved far better support from management than what we witnessed. A restaurant can recover from a kitchen mistake. It's much harder to recover from poor leadership and a refusal to take accountability. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this location.
