Great concept. Horrible operation. Booked a birthday party and they took forever to get set up. Even reserved a "VIP" section and they said the owner screws that up all the time and someone else was there for 45 minutes. Then they tried to cancel the entire party. 0/10 recommend. We were supposed to play from 3-6. They played from 4-6. Horrible operation. The owner should know management is blaming them for everything that goes wrong...which may or may not be right. clusterf**k is a one word description of this place. OMG - it got worse. We called the owner to advise what happened. He was nice about it and offered a makeup party. We scheduled it for 1/22/22. After not hearing about it, I texted him today to make sure it was good to go. He said no, they are booked and he can do it another day. I reminded him he agreed to this and sent him the text. He said he'll do it for 50% on that day, but not complimentary. When I sent him the text of him agreeing to this for this awful party in November, he called me and said, "You can take half off or leave it." and then called me "heartless" for wanting him to host the party he offered. Truly BIZARRE person. Steer clear of this place! It's too weird to believe so here's screen shots of the initial texts with owner (attached), his offer, and then them saying "nah" today.

My group and I had an amazing time at Battleground! We were there celebrating 2 birthdays and they exceeded our expectations. The laser tag lasted for about 2 1/2 hours and They took us into a series of different rooms (indoor and outdoor) and have us games to play which made the whole experience very interesting and fun. At the end we had some pizza and took group pictures. It was a great experience we will definitely be back.

I'll start out by saying that we came here for the Laser tag, and not Paintball, although they do share the same facility. When we arrived it was a bit confusing as to where the entrance was. It is actually located near the picnic tables. Upon entering, it seemed a bit chaotic... There were no clear lines to sign up, and the laser tag and paintball were all merged together. After getting to the front of the line, we had to fill out release forms..this was a bit frustrating, as I would have filled them out wiring on line if I had known. After we checked in, things went much smoother. They took our group out to several different fields and had us try numerous types of games. The staff is very friendly, and even took photos of us and shared them on Facebook for free! Here is the link, if you want to take a look: https://www.facebook.com/BattlegroundOrlando I was expecting them to try to sell us a "package" but nope, all free. I would highly recommend making a reservation and scheduling an early time, as it got very busy during the day. Also, do not where nice clothes! You will get dirty.

At first I was concerned due to the area we drove prior to our arrival and how the place looked from the outside... The place has five different zones, all outdoors, some inside warehouses but no a/c so prepare to sweat and get dirty. It was still fun and we were all drenched! They have different missions at each zone so it made it interesting. The 'dirty' is from the paintball shots and plain old dirt since they use all the zones for paintball shooting and laser tag. Regardless, it has been the one with the most space, obstacles, hiding spots, some were two stories, and you can climb on towers (which others we've gone to have always been smaller and we weren't allowed to climb on anything). My boys 10 yr old and 8 yr old had a blast!

$7 to hot fill my 4500psi tank from 1k to "3,000" psi. You guys earned this one star review. You can't fill to 4500 apparently and the current tank fill level was not relevant to the cost you charge to fill. You provide I-Drive level service in an area dominated by locals and now to get higher reviews you try and split into one location? Lame.

Awesome place to play laser tag. The crew is friendly and knows how to show people a good time. We go every time we are in the area.

I used to volunteer a lot, then got out of it as I got older, and was happy to have volunteering put in the forefront of the news with Disney. I knew the volume of people signing up for events, and was pleasantly surprised when I painted a house with Hands On Orlando. The day consisted of painting four houses, with 100 volunteer expected. The HOO coordinator was very organized, arrived early and was very friendly. There was a HOO coordinator for each house, and one who monitored the whole project. They were very clear in their directions, and made a very humid day painting a house in not a great neighbor hood a great experience. Being an annual passholder for Disney, I wasn't worried about the processing time for the receipt of the Disney voucher, and yet it was in my email by Tuesday. Its kind of sad, the coordinator said that the month before, for the same event they had only twenty volunteers, and now all their events are full. While we appreciate all the Disney is doing to help communities, I sure wish more people would volunteer without having to be bribed, and I can't wait til we do it again!

I was also a captain for Hands on Nashville Day, where we painted and spruced up a local high school, and even helped out at the animal shelter a few times. When I moved back to O-town I was super excited to find a local Hands On chapter. There is truly something for everyone here. Whether you like to work with your hands and get dirty, or just sit and hang out with some at-risk kids, or play with the puppies and kitties at the local shelter, Hands on Orlando has a huge network of opportunities, linking you with others who share your passions and organizations that run on the support of volunteers. To sing up, they keep things super simple. Log on to www.handsonorlando.com, create an account, then click on the calendar, and click on the event you wish to volunteer for. A quick sign up and print off of the waiver (or your coordinator can give you one at the time of the event), and you are good to go! The volunteer coordinators are super fun and work well with the organizations to ensure a smooth-flowing but fun volunteer experience. Since I've been back in Orlando, I have had the pleasure of volunteering with Coalition for the Homeless, Clean the World, and even the City of Casselberry through Hands on Orlando. This is a great way to get to know all the awesome local groups that take care of our community. I encourage everyone to find at least one Saturday morning a month to give back in 2015!

The paintballs you buy are actually dangerous. They are rock solid and most of them don't break. I left here covered in welts and bruises and hardly any paint. We 100% brought it up to the staff multiple times and they said "well that's just what the owner buys nothing we can do about it". We even showed the staff the difference between paintballs we brought from a different place and your guys's and they seemed very disinterested in it. Second the place is laughable at how poorly ran it is. 0 communication from the staff at all we spent the first hour there confused on when we could get a game going because every other place I've been to the refs are actively trying to get games going and communicate with people. And during the games the ref is standing outside the net not paying attention at all to what is actually going on. The "fully lit up field" is a hilarious way to describe it the lights are so dim it looked like it was being lit with candles. You have absolutely no idea what is going on. The price for this place compared to the quality I should almost call the news for how expensive it is. 80 dollars for a case of paint that doesn't break is absolutely ridiculous I can tell this place only cares about profit and not safety and customer enjoyment. Safe to say I will never be back here

However, it's only $10 now that I have my own life jacket (saving me additional cost of $5 to use one of theirs, as required). Well worth the low cost for some soul-enriching, communing with nature. I have never made a reservation. I normally arrive around 10:30, most recently on a Friday. Parked for free on Baptist Camp Rd. Just a bit of a walk from there with my inflated paddleboard, but I don't mind the extra exercise. You can unload your stuff closer, if preferable. There are port-a-potties available. You can count on there being a line in the check-in office. Various recreation supplies are available there for purchase. The process moves reasonably enough. A reservation will guarantee your entrance, however, and possibly aide quicker personal info collection. I always plan to do the Emerald Cut in roughly 3 hours round-trip, allowing myself several stops to enjoy the surroundings. You do run into (quite literally at times) novice paddlers along the way, which can be a bit tricky, yet not a real nuisance for me. In general, there's friendliness along the waterway. Slighty rowdy, party vibes in some spots, but also opportunities for solace and zen in various nooks. Encountering wildlife, fragrant elderberry, and other captivating flora along this stretch is always gratifying. It's a popular recreation destination for good reason.
