Dax was knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had and took time to do so where a few other quotes from other companies either seemed hurried or inflated values. Ironically all the companies I got quotes from used the same product so I went with PAL Pro because they took the time to explain the process thoroughly and price was competitive. I was able to make a request with Dax to drill a few extra holes in the area based on other quotes without extra charge since it was centrally located in the same spot. A termite was even expelled due to the product used so proof there was pests to be rid of. Great customer service and fast response time. I got 4 quotes from the yelp project tab.

After calling a few pros, we decided to go with Pal Pro pest control because of their honesty and professionalism during inspection. As an engineer, I am very keen to know technical details and the inspector was able to respond to my questions with confidence and a deep understanding of the problems. The treatment that we got at the time involved injection of termite stuff (likely termidor) around perimeter of home into the soil. This involved some drilling and injecting in areas near the perimeter of the foundation. About 1 year after treatment we saw some new subterranean termite activity. We called pal pest pro and they came out under warranty and reassessed the situation. We did some spot treatment but had some discussions about how we thought the problem may be deeper than anticipated. We decided to remove some of our LVP to investigate and we discovered some massive termite activity in our original hardwood flooring that was below the vinyl planks. We decided to remove all of our hardwood flooring and get the areas treated. It was a painful process but our termite team really helped make the treatment part easier. It's been a few months and we haven't seen any new activity. Only time will tell but I feel like we got to the root of the problem! I would recommend this company to my family and friends. They care about solving the problems and will honor their warranty in the event of any future issues. Steve was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful every step of the way and made himself available during the entirety of the process. He was direct, patient and honest. The service I chose was tenting for termite fumigation to which I was told this work was done by another company they subcontract to (Pro Way Fumigation). This is important to know and note because I have never worked with a fumigation company and I'm not sure if this is a common practice or not, but I appreciated the transparency. I don't have a single complaint to report as overall I am pleased with the services provided, especially my interactions with Steve. However I do want to help someone out there have an even better experience. When Pro Way Fumigation arrived, there were 3 guys in my yard who came out of a truck already parked in my driveway pulling out a tent before they even rang the doorbell. It was quite alarming and nerve wrecking and I felt like I was being rushed out of my home. After receiving several quotes, I decided on this one company because they offered the best customer service, made it clear that all my pest issues would be handled, and had unbelievably affordable pricing. A time was agreed upon for a technician to come by our home within twenty-four hours to begin spraying a pesticide mix and to set off a bug bomb fogger. The technician arrived 30 minutes before our scheduled appointment, walked the entire property, and immediately got to work. The tech was on my property for less than 2 hours and crawled under the house to spray every single inch. He also sprayed our two yards, porch, patio, driveway, and around the garage. The technician also repaired all basement screens and other areas where bugs can return. While the tech was making these repairs, spiders, termites, and water bugs were seen crawling out from under the house onto my driveway and simply dying on the spot. This went on for the next hour. Needless to say, I was extremely happy and satisfied with the service I received from this company's employee (sorry, I do not recall his name). I did the inevitable tedious job of checking reviews, making calls and answering the same questions over and over. I was dreading the cost and the inconvenience of how long I thought the tenting process would take...so I thought. When I called Speedy's Termite Control, I spoke with Robert. Immediately, I was put at ease. His passion for his work and his business was beyond evident. After receiving some preliminary information about my concern and the size of my houses (front house had termites and back house for precaution), he explained the tenting process from start to finish - he personally would make a visit to verify the termites and assess the damage, explained the gases that would be used and how they worked, his warranty, the length of time I would need to be out of the house, the process involving the gas company, and requirements for pre and post tenting which included how to protect my food. I was even privileged to hear why Robert established his termite business. Makes sense to me! You're hired. I wish I personally knew more people that need termite tenting service. They spent 4 days totally repairing all the wood damaged and 1 day on paint. I want to specially call out that our main carpenter Adrian F. did a great quality job and addressed all of my concerns. There is another carpenter Eric who worked one day with Adrian who also did a good job. The tenting was done and scheduled accordingly. We also had Daniel come in and perform the bora care treatment professionally. There were some hassles in between including the underestimation of number of days that were needed for wood repair. Scheduling issues that 5 days of repair work got scattered into 4 weeks. The first day one carpenter put a dent on my brand new AC unit when he hammered down the fascia board. Also one section of the wood support was not done right, more than 2 rafter tails in a row got cut the roof eave so it was sagging and caused us a panic. They sent their manager to address our concerns and assure that it was corrected and that the correct work would be done. The carpenters fixed the previous mistakes and did great work in the end. So overall not a smooth experience yet I am willing to give it 5 stars because they did honor the original quote, and ended up doing more wood repair than originally quoted as it was discovered during the process. Thus going above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the work despite the initial issues.

I had Pro Source Pest Control come out to my home to eliminate a rat issue I had in my attic 4…read moremonths ago. The previous owners apparently did some work on the plumbing under the house and had to cut an opening on the wire mesh in order to fit pvc pipes under the house. Apparently after they finished, they never closed the opening. Needless to say, rats got in and we started to hear noise in the attic. I contracted Pro Source for 1 month of service. Ryan came out and informed us that they only take cash or check $275.00 for 1 month of service. What company in 2019 does not take credit or debit cards. He then walked around the house and closed any small opening I had with steel wool pads (see below) which were an eye sore. I asked him is that all you seal it with? and he responded "yes." We then went inside the house and he climbed on the ladder and opened the attic hatch and just set a trap there. I asked him, if he was not going to climb and walk to the bathroom where we hear the noise. He responded "I never had to chase rats, they will come to where the trap is." He kept coming twice a week and some weeks he wouldn't catch anything so he would replace the old bait with fresh bait. He did catch a few rats but if I would have known from the beginning that they don't climb and walk to where the issue is and that all they use is steel wool to cover openings I would have never hired them. Needless to say, I took off all the steel wool pads and I sealed them with wire mesh myself for a better look. Over all, they did show up on time but never less, I will be looking for a different company if I need any future service.
