When it arrived at the factory, the factory wouldn't open it because the packaging was damaged. It was packaged by St. Charles parcel employee and shipped with UPS. It took 3 weeks for UPS to inspect the package, UPS decided to send the package back to St. Charles parcel, where it sat for another month. I called the parcel office at least once a week and I was assured they will ship it back to the factory. Today I picked up my machine from ST.CHARLES PARCEL PLUS, it was there for at least a month.....it wasn't shipped anywhere and if I didn't go to pick up my broken machine it would still sit there broken I'm totally disgusted! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! When they mess up, they do not accept responsibility. BTW do not waste your money on insurance! Even though my package was insured, no one would accept responsibility, thus total waste of money

The pamphlet was designed in Canva, and they even helped us tweak the layout so it printed flawlessly. He told me he didn't know for sure if it could be done unless I made some file. He was soft spoken so it was hard to hear him over the music. I tried to show him the file that I downloaded. He walked off to do something else. When he returned I asked him the WiFi password because reception is really bad. He suggested AT&T WiFi no password needed. I follow his instructions. He walked away again. I felt like he was uninterested in helping me. I left.

Tonight I had such an amazing experience with Dan at the OfficeMax in Batavia. I literally walked…read morein six minutes before closing after realizing I had completely forgotten to print my daughter's poster for her first day of kindergarten. I was already freaking out and nervous because I knew they were about to close, and usually when you walk into a business that close to closing time, you can feel that everyone is ready to go home. Dan was the complete opposite. The second I walked in, he came right over to help me, and he was so genuinely happy, upbeat, and chipper that it honestly caught me off guard. He never once made me feel rushed or like I was inconveniencing him. He was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. He knew exactly what size I needed, made a great recommendation for cardstock for my daughter's poster, and made the entire process so easy. At one point, I even asked him why he was so chipper, especially that close to the end of the night, and he simply said, "I have absolutely nothing to complain about." That actually gave me a little perspective and stuck with me. Dan has a wonderful personality and truly exceptional customer service. If I hadn't found out he was already the manager, my review would have ended by saying that he absolutely needs to be one. OfficeMax is lucky to have someone representing their store who treats customers this well, even six minutes before closing.
