Went in to see if they could print a pattern for a hat that I purchased. I explained to the older slimmer guy what I was trying to do. He told me he didn't know for sure if it could be done unless I made some file. He was soft spoken so it was hard to hear him over the music. I tried to show him the file that I downloaded. He walked off to do something else. When he returned I asked him the WiFi password because reception is really bad. He suggested AT&T WiFi no password needed. I follow his instructions. I needed to ship a piece of art to Key West, Florida for an exhibition at a gallery, taking place in early August. Concerned that I was sending it too early, I went into this FedEx store in mid-July and the employee (a young man with a beard) told me that my item could be shipped to a Fedex holding location in Florida and, after 5 days, they (Fedex) would attempt to delivery it to the gallery (the destination). This was 100% wrong information. The item arrived at the FedEx holding location, sat for 5 days, and was simply returned to me with the vague description "item couldn't be delivered". I called the 1-800 number and the rep said I needed to go into the store to file a MBG "money back guarantee" claim. I get to the store and they tell me, "you need to file the claim online" and that the info I was given was wrong -- they said that the item would need to be picked up within 5 days from the holding location by the gallery. Had I known this, I would have had it shipped directly to the gallery. The manager wouldn't even look me in the eye or offer an apology. They reluctantly refunded me the $77 cost to ship, but they took ZERO responsibility for their employee giving me wrong information and refused to refund me for the $80 packing job they did. So cool, now I have an $80 cardboard box, a lost opportunity to have my art in an exhibit for which it could have sold. I'm HOURS into this TERRIBLE customer service experience all around. I'll never use FedEx again, am deleting my account, and I will never step foot in the FedEx store in St. Charles, IL. read more

I stopped in to this new location for what we used to call FedEx Kinko to mail out an important check.This store used to be on the other side of Randall Road in St Charles. After the strip mall was renovated, FedEx office moved to this newly renovated mall near the Jewel grocery store. As I entered the store, I was glad to see the copiers and presses well laid out. The kiosk for FedEx was right there as you entered. The staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately FedEx does not offer discounts for AAA. or AARP or I would have given them five stars. read more

So I bring in an original document to have photocopied. It is done within the time promised. I pick it up and inspect it. The copies are fine. As ordered. However, each of the originals has a big black ink smear across it. I say to the Assistant Manager who is helping me, "I think you need to clean your machine." He replies, after looking at the originals and the copies, "Are you sure those marks weren't there when you brought them in?" Stupid question, but I reply, "No, because if they had been, they would have been picked up on the copies." The Assistant Manager says, "Possibly." What kind of pathologically stupid brain dead people make up this society? Whatever happened to "The customer is always right?" Particularly when they obviously are!!! I was charged $3.50 for receiving a 2 page fax at this location. I asked the sales clerk man why it was so expensive when copies are usually 10-15 a piece. "They can pretty much charge whatever they want because they know people typically don't have fax machines." I'm rating 2 stars because he was friendly. We all know what a Fed Ex Print and Ship center offers, but this is worth a review. I walked in with something on the larger side that needed a box. I asked if they had anything that would fit my item. Dennis said, "I'm sure we can find something," He walked away and minuets later my item was wrapped, packed, sealed and taped, ready to go! But OH NO! I had forgotten to put something inside! I felt so bad; he had done such a nice job! Dennis, said not to worry! He unwrapped what he had already painstakingly wrapped, all the while making me not feel absolutely terrible! He said, happens all the time, I'd rather you discovered that now rather than after it was on it's way, and other nice things. Never once did he utter a complaint! He truly went above and beyond for me and I'll choose this Fed Ex over the one closer to me next time! read more

I am constantly disappointed with the customer service at this business. It's close to my home and I frequently need printing for my business, so I keep trying to give them another chance. Just left there after another undesirable experience. I wanted a hand written card scanned and reproduced at a quantity over 200+. The employee was uninterested in communicating with me about my needs and wouldn't even look me in the eye. He actually starting helping the next person in line as I was still describing my project. I will look elsewhere for printing needs in the future. It would be nice if the employees here were interested in helping their customers. With as many "self service" printers/scanners/computers etc to use, I would like to have seen them be more willing to provide assistance and advice on how best to complete my project(s). read more

This location has the worst customer service. Ari, who I've had to deal with several times, has zero personality and is rude. I came in to send a package and they tried to charge me $200 for FedEx Ground. Hilarious! Went to Office Depot, was quoted $68 for the same service and insurance. What a scam.
