Very good service and sushi. It had a little bit of a fast food vibe but everything was very good and super quick. Every table but one was full when we got there but we sat right down and had food coming almost immediately. Definitely recommend here for a good clean place to have some Japanese cuisine. read more

My wife and I have eaten here several times. The food is always great and all taste good. We went there on 01/04/2024. It was around 6 and yes they were busy. We asked for water and got a bottle of water. Most of the time it's a glass and you get refills. Our order was taken and the food was served in a timely manner. My complaint is we were never offered any refills and when it came time to get the bill we waited and waited. When he did bring the bill I had to ask for a to go box. No biggy i guess. I had noticed several people had to wait for the server to come back and pick up the bill and take care of it. At this point I had waited for the bill long enough. The food is amazing and never misses. Pleasant atmosphere and good aesthetics of the building! Though there is this one server that is very rude. I went here for my birthday back in December and he was throwing things on our table and was very matter-of-fact. This place has been hit or miss for me, and overall it's a decent place to eat. I've been here a couple of times, mostly ordering off the Chinese food side of the menu. So, I can't judge the sushi until I give it a try. My daughter gets the same thing every time, kid's menu hibachi steak, and it's very good for a kid's meal. My food has been generally good, with two exceptions. Steer clear of the "Lo Mein" entrees, they are just plain spaghetti noodles in soy sauce. Unfortunately, too many places around this area pass off fried spaghetti as "Lo Mein". Second thing that wasn't great was the gyoza appetizer. You can tell that they are pre-packaged frozen gyoza, and pretty steep at $6.99 for an appetizer. There are very few Asian places around here that make their own fresh dumpling/gyoza/wontons. On the plus side, some of the Asian entrees are very good. The beef and broccoli was delicious, and the General Tso's was tasty as well. The lunch specials are priced very well, and you get a good amount of food. I am going to explore some of the Sushi options soon, and will update the review. read more

I've dined in this restaurant twice now. Their sushi blows the competition in town out of the water. Quality rice and the freshest fish I've had in Etown. Their bento boxes are fairly priced for the amazing quality and proportions given. I tried the Sesame Chicken today and it was some of the best I've ever had, from the light crispy batter, the juicy chicken, and all the way to the sauce used. The fried rice was hibachi style, and not that yellow kind that most takeout places tend to undercook. It was flavorful and pleasant to eat. Between the amazing quality of food, immeasurable kindness from the staff, and the cozy quaint feeling of the lobby, Wasabi is in a league of it's own, and I look forward to their success. read more

Really great sushi and a mix of other Asian dishes for those who don't want sushi. My family of 5 loves eating here. My picky eaters can get kids Lo Mein and fried rice, while my more adventurous eaters can try new Asian dishes they've never had before. The restaurant itself is a bit small, so don't plan on a party larger than 5. It is a bit pricey as well. As much as the family loves it, be prepared to drop around $80 for a family meal. read more

I've been here several times, and not a single time have I left disappointed. I especially enjoy the bento box and the varieties of sushi that you can get for a very reasonable price. I was pleasantly surprised by this spot. I didn't expect to find good sushi in Kentucky. I got the lunch special of 3 rolls for $14. Tuna and crab rolls were very good. Good value too imo. Went in for lunch and immediately was amazed by the decor inside. Very nice place to the eye. Me and my coworkers sat down and was immediately greeted. Service was too notch. I ordered the general tsos combo and the Fire roll. Very good portions for the price. Food was fresh and the chicken was very crunchy (unlike other Chinese restaurants where the sauce kills the crunch). The fried rice had great flavor and was distinctively different from other hibachi places in town. The Miso soup tasted like it came from a packet. The Edamame was ok. The Jalapeño Popper Tuna appetizer somehow tasted watery. For our rolls we had the Crazy roll and the Yummy roll. The crazy roll tasted of 100% low quality cream cheese and nothing else. The raw salmon on top did not seem to be kept at an appropriate temperature. We stopped eating that roll after one bite due to the bad taste and health concerns from room temperature raw salmon. The Yummy roll was edible, but again had little flavor and tasted watery. I'm not sure what was going on with the wasabi that came with the sushi, but it looked like playdoh and tasted off. The servers seemed to be a little lost and didn't have any menu knowledge. The sodas are served in a can and they charge you by the can. Will not be going back. read more

My daughter and I went shopping in E-town yesterday. Every time we go, we try to find a new restaurant. Wasabi was amazing. The business was clean. Cute setting. Service was fast and efficient.
