I only saw two employees, neither of whom moved with any urgency- more of a lazy afternoon pace. The table of teenagers next to us exclaimed to one of them, "What is going on in the kitchen back there?!" Don't get me wrong, everyone was kind, just...not at all service-oriented towards a very hungry crowd. I did finally see some tables "bussed," but they were not wiped down or disinfected in any way. Which doesn't give me hope for the cleanliness of the rest of the place. At minute 45 of waiting, my husband went to ask what is going on, but had to wait in a line to do so. At one hour, we finally got to the register and said, "If you haven't even started our food yet, we'd love a refund." We got a refund. Hallelujah. They were kind about that But that also means we had waited for our food for an entire hour and they still hadn't even started it or come out to explain- nothing. Not even an apology. What we did get was a quiet resignation. We felt really bad for the girl working the register. I rated the food 3 stars bc I know it's good in Ohio, but we didn't actually ever get any served to us. But the worst part is knowing a place I love from Ohio is failing me. An hour and a half (30 min round trip and an hour of waiting) of my life I'll never get back.

Let me just begin that I absolutely love the Lasal pizza here, and we order quite often. However, last night we had a really bad experience. I've worked customer service my whole life, and hate those customers that try to get workers in trouble for their own benefit- so please don't take it that way. But this was so bad I feel I have to say something. We called in last night for delivery. The girl who took the order was very pleasant, Kimber I do believe was her name. However, after giving her our address I heard someone in the background- whom I later found out was the delivery driver. I could very clearly hear him telling her to tell us "no" because he was "not driving over there". I heard Kimber tell him "What do you mean no? This is a job and they are in our delivery zone". He kept insisting that he wasn't going to deliver to us because he wasn't driving that far away. He was not pleasant in his tone either. Kimber came back on to the line and continued to take our order, when I told her we could just come pick up the pizza if it was an inconvenience. She then apologized for her delivery driver, and we finished up the order for delivery. But then after hanging up, we decided to call back and ask her to package it up for pickup instead. We were worried the upset driver might tamper with the food, let alone we didn't want to deal with his bad attitude at our front door. Kimber was very nice and helpful the whole time- but the delivery driver left a bad taste in our mouths. I understand everyone has a bad day, but that was incredibly poor customer service and as repeat customers, we were incredibly turned off. read more

Wrong pizza and it was burnt too! Ordered a large combo (great scott) with no ham and extra sauce, they delivered a 5 meat (widow maker) pizza with black burnt edges on the pepperoni and other meats - no mushrooms, no onions, no green peppers. Called the Taylorsville store and asked to speak to the manager, he said you got what you ordered, don't call here again! I will never buy from these people again, I have never been treated so rude.
