    Northwest Exteriors - EXTERIOR SIDING

I don't know what has happened to this company in the last two years but it appears customer…read moreservice is now non existent. We have purchased a lot of windows and doors from Northwest Exteriors in the last 15 years for two separate residences without incident. It was the reason we kept coming back. Michelle always kept us apprised of timelines, delays, etc. She must no longer work for Northwest because they don't call and when you call them you're still without answers. We purchased a bifold door that took much longer than anticipated to ship and then be installed. After install, we were told we couldn't use the door because the wrong panel shipped and there is no door handle. That was a month ago. No one has answers, no return calls, nothing. I guess we just wait another 4 months until the correct panel arrives. Was going to order a 2nd bifold and a patio cover but will look elsewhere. It's too bad Northwest Exteriors!

Everyone on the team was responsive with questions through the entire process. On the day of installation, the technicians were so accomdating to our needs, with a little one in the house. Their work is impeccable. We most definitely recommend using Northwest for your window replacement project. We can't Wait to continue to do business with them and upgrade our home doors.

Since I bought my house I've been doing home improvement projects a bit at a time. One project on…read moremy list was replacing the old windows with some new, nice energy efficient windows. I called SoCal and had them come out and give me a quote. The salesman was fantastic, he was very clear and gave a great demo of the glass options available for the windows. We ended up going with the Anlin Catalina series and couldn't be happier. SoCal Energy stayed in contact with me about the progress of getting the windows in and they did the install a day earlier than originally though. The team was on time and got right to work, they replaced all 7 windows and my sliding patio door in a few hours and the work was great. My wife and I are very happy with the windows and patio door, the quality of the glass is great and the frames look really nice. I'd highly recommend SoCal Energy to anyone looking to upgrade their windows or doors.

This was the most miserable consumer interaction I have ever experienced. I was seeking window…read morereplacement. Was given a fair estimate however the sliding glass door/windows were measured incorrectly and the new windows were manufactured too small. The installers discovered this upon installation and left my old aluminum windows in place and installed the new windows within them. The new slider was two inches shorter and two inches narrower. They filled The discrepancy with foam and attempted to cover their error with a cheap plastic trim that did not match the window. In addition, I had ceramic tile installed in front of the slider based on their assurance that the tile would not be touched. The first thing they did upon installation was cut the tile. At the end of the day the slider was left with the old windows and the foam exposed and no caulk or grout in the space created by cutting the tile. The company also did not pull a permit as required by my city. When I complained I was told it was not 'rocket science' and that even my son could install the trim, etc and basically finish the job. They further refused to rectify the situation stating it would cost them too much money! A horrible experience I am still dealing with. I would not recommend them.

I don't usually write reviews, but RELI truly deserves it…read more We hired RELI for a full window replacement project and from the very first interaction, the experience was completely different from every other company we spoke to. Unlike other contractors who were vague, pushy, or tried to upsell us immediately, RELI was transparent, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. They explained exactly what products we were getting, why those products made sense for our home, and how pricing actually works in this industry. No mystery markups, no pressure tactics, and no games. Everything was clearly laid out upfront, which immediately built trust. The pricing was extremely competitive, especially considering the quality of the windows and the installation. We were quoted significantly higher by other companies for comparable (or worse) products. RELI clearly knows how to eliminate unnecessary overhead and pass the savings to the customer. Installation was smooth and professional. The crew showed up on time, protected our home, cleaned up thoroughly, and paid attention to the small details that most contractors overlook. The final result looks amazing -- our home is noticeably quieter, more energy efficient, and just feels upgraded. What impressed me most is that RELI actually cares about doing things the right way. You don't feel like just another job. They stand behind their work, communicate clearly, and follow through on everything they promise. If you're considering new windows or doors and want honesty, quality, and fair pricing without the usual contractor headaches, RELI is the company you want. I recommend them without hesitation and would absolutely use them again.

He apologized several times for the problems and did work with me to resolve some of the issues. However, the overall experience was much more stressful and time-consuming than it should have been. There were repeated scheduling and communication issues, installers were repeatedly late, and there were multiple delays. I often had to reach out several times just to get updates or confirm when someone would actually come. I had actually told Robert that I did not want to write a negative review and that I would give them another chance to finish everything properly. Unfortunately, even with that final opportunity, there were still issues. When the interior doors were completed, the locks were forgotten. They had to come back the next day, and I ended up installing the locks myself. The door stoppers were also delivered in chrome even though I had requested black. One of the interior doors is also cracked at the top. Robert told me that he would get me a replacement door, but the replacement was never delivered. There are also a couple of smaller finishing issues. One patio door screen is missing the lock, and another window has a loose bottom seal with tape that does not look properly finished. At this point, after everything that has happened, I will take care of these smaller issues myself because I do not want any more back-and-forth. There was also a financing issue. I was told that the financing would have 12 months with no payments, but when I submitted the financing, the actual terms were only 3 months with no payments. That was disappointing because I made my decision based partly on what I was told. Another issue was that the workers used our restroom even though they were specifically asked not to, and they left it unflushed. I will provide photos with this review so people can see the finishing issues for themselves. Overall, the final project is completed, and I appreciate Robert personally trying to work with me and make things right. However, the process involved too many delays, communication problems, scheduling issues, and finishing details that I had to deal with myself. I gave them another chance because I genuinely wanted to give them the opportunity to finish on a better note, but unfortunately there were still problems. I'm glad the project is finally finished, but based on my overall experience, I would not choose to go through this process again.
