I would have expected them to send me an email letting me know the situation and the solution but they didn't . I had to follow up with them to make sure they were actually going to get it fixed. They took another week to finally fix it. I also caught one of there employees making a disturbing comment on my ring camera thinking it didn't work . I called them and advised them about the comment they had made and how I had it on video and they didn't seem to care . There employees were also seen the next morning really early in the morning sitting in there van in the neighborhood. Honestly really unprofessional and sketchy people.. I wouldn't trust them in my house without supervision at all times. They cared more about getting the remaining balance then their customer satisfaction or dealing with there employee's, even threaten to send me to collections and get a mechanical lien for 299 dollars All the attempts made by you guys where to collect the remaining balance . Michelle always kept us apprised of timelines, delays, etc. She must no longer work for Northwest because they don't call and when you call them you're still without answers. We purchased a bifold door that took much longer than anticipated to ship and then be installed. After install, we were told we couldn't use the door because the wrong panel shipped and there is no door handle. That was a month ago. No one has answers, no return calls, nothing.
