My only issue, and this seems to be universal with every DCSC, is that from time-to-time their machines will break a button on a shirt. To this locations credit they own up to it and offer to fix it; other locations I've been to try to avoid it by putting the break off on some other issue. This location also does on site alterations. We'll be bringing all of our dry cleanning to this location. Some training I think does need to take place of employees because the first time I asked about putting my credit card on file or getting an express bag, both of which are standard for a DCSC, the person didn't seem to know what I was talking about. However, this could be because of the location being new, but I would expect that such a key service offering would be offered as part of a customer interaction. Pricing is reasonable. ranging from $2.09 for a dress shirt to $4.99 for a suit coat (Wednesday's shirts are discounted). I suspect that over time they will start to challange some of the other cleaners in town on pricing, but right now they win on service.

I wanted to do this review to tell you that I have never during all my travels seen such a clean, well kept laundromat! Most of them are horrible, but thanks to Liz and the other employees. This laundromat is exceptional and yes, I really enjoyed them doing my laundry as well when I was in Sanger!! I really hope that Liz gets the recognition she deserves because she goes above and beyond her responsibilities at that laundromat. She comes in when she's supposed to be off, they call she comes in. She takes care of business on her own time. And she works extremely hard with an awesome pleasant attitude.! I am so thankful that I met Liz while I was there because she is the Best!!!

The card system is outdated and should be retired to accept tap to pay on the machines. The fee you're charging and then locking up endless amounts of small change on cards for the people to carry around isn't worth the effort. As a business, make the change. Further more, every other machine is broken. Who ever your maintenance agreement is with, switch to a new vendor. You shouldn't have more than one or two machines down at a time. I counted 14 while I was. That's lost business and on a weekend. The signs clearly have been up for a while leading me to believe the machines are being repaired poorly and damaging customers clothes which is what I see is called out in other reviews. I hope you're fixing the machines properly any time they break. The place is really directly. The floors are filthy. I came first thing on a Saturday morning and you can tell no one cleaned this place in years, let alone the night before. There is cakes of dust and debris on the floor. I was worried to drop anything out of machine risking it would touch the floor and I'd have to rewash it. Take down all the cheap paper signs and redo the bulletin boards. Have coffee somewhere in the vending machines. Do a coat of fresh trim paint to clean up all the damage. Remove the broken machine chairs in the kid area. Make that your coffee bar.
