Love this place but it can't keep up with the demand which is why it's hard to justify a higher rating. I pay $42/month for the ability to wash my car daily in their automatic process but the line is usually out to the road to where I can't even wash my car. Once you get through the line to wash, there's another line to use the vacuums and spot dry your car. Half the time, there aren't any towels in the clean towel bin and you have to walk to another station to find one. The other day, there were no clean towels at all....none. The lady next to me trying to take care of her car was asking for a representative as she had a baby in her car that she couldn't leave. The car typically comes out clean although the tires need some extra help despite tires being part of the automated process. As part of the wash, they offer vacuum, towels, glass cleaner, and compressed air. I pay $25 for the Deluxe one time service to take my wife's car through the wash and be able to detail it. Her car doesn't show dirt as much as my white car, nor does she drive it as much which is why I pay for the monthly service. read more

Car comes out squeaky clean, the staff is kind, and they always have towels stocked for wiping things down! Good price points and in a good location! Employees are kind and attentive. The car wash its self is good. But the layout of this specific location is horrible and honestly dangerous. It causes so much turmoil and stress for both the employers and guests. Literally waited 30 min. Just to turn into the car wash.. it holds up so much traffic that leads into the main road, especially when they are busy. Im surprised no one has reported this to the district. The stations to dry/vacuum are great. But good luck getting in and out. By the end of this experience you just want to leave. I wish they can find a solution to these issues. This place is a zero star establishment where from reading the reviews and my own experience they damaged your car on purpose and then claim no liability. My car was damaged. They broke my valve. I had no spare tire and I had to call for help that Help cost me $250 and flagship took no liability. This is a regular thing from them from reading the refuse if you love your car, you will not go to flagship flagship purposely tears of your vehicle. This little neck Turnpike one is the worst one in Virginia and their review says it all they tap your car intentionally and then leave you with the liability. Don't take your car there. I don't know if I mentioned it but something in that car wash broke my tire valve and left me stranded as they closed up Shop and everybody went home. I was there for two hours waiting for somebody to come help. not only am I not using this flagship again, but I'm gonna stop using flagship altogether because they are very unprofessional. It teaches me damaged people vehicles. This is not the first time my vehicle was damaged at a flagship car wash so they're a wrap for me. They have remodeled and turned into a 100% self service car wash that is newer & nice & clean. The girl at the cashier box where you select & pay was very nice & helpful but I didn't see a name to give her a shout out. I went on 4/10/24 @5:46pm if that helps the business figure her out. The layout is kind of weird and it's really tricky to get a spot for the vacuuming, and there's nowhere to wait if all the vacuum stations are full. There are signs posts everywhere that there is a 15 minute time limit, but that is not enforced. At the vacuuming station there is supposed to be clean towels for you to use to dry off your vehicle but sadly my station had none. The good news is the vacuums are free. read more

Very busy location. Attendee was courteous. I paid for the deluxe ($22) and felt it was a little high but better than paying for a detail job. They were so busy I nixed the free vacuum and wipe down. I'll go back on another day to vacuum and the nice breeze driving home dried my vehicle with zero water spots. read more

AWFUL EVERYTHING. I wonder if they get lawsuits every now and then just from the greasy floors. The entry/exit area is not walkable. I almost slipped twice and I had sneakers on. The most awful thing are the workers. They don't have to do diddly squat but when I came through, a group of girls were giggling and not paying any attention to customers coming through. There's always a person who's supposed to guide rearing the wheel onto the belt correctly. They're lucky my car doesn't have any visible damage to the wheels because the girl led me wrong and it GOT STUCK ON THE BELT. She told me to put the car in neutral- WELL, IT IS IN NEUTRAL. I don't say this lightly but what an absolute idiot. How hard could this be?? Never going back. I went because I have the monthly membership and I was in Annandale visiting a friend. I brought my brand-new car to this car wash, and it was a complete disaster. As soon as my car entered the conveyor belt, my tire pressure alarm went off, and I could feel something was wrong. After exiting, I found my front driver-side tire completely flat. The conveyor belt had ripped off the valve stem. When I reported the issue to a worker, they initially tried to blame a speed bump at the entrance. After showing them the valve stem damage, they eventually found the ripped-off valve inside the wash but still refused to take responsibility. I had to wait over an hour for a supervisor, who pointed to a sign listing things they "aren't responsible for" and made irrelevant claims about my car having a "large hubcap" (it doesn't). They refused to address the damage, said their insurance would contact me, and never followed up. On top of that, my car was scratched by the tire cleaner's hard bristles at the end of the wash. I had to arrange for a truck to replace the tire and pay for the valve stem repair myself. To this day, I haven't been contacted by their insurance or the manager. This location is unsafe, unprofessional, and clearly doesn't care about their customers. read more

I will say that they do a decent job. In fact they are better than some of their competitors. It can get really busy at this location. A lot of it is Annandale has a high population density. Little River Turnpike can be headache inducing. That's the nature of the beast. As for price, it is quite expensive. On a plus note your ride will look great after this. As for the memberships, for those into cars or using them professionally, that probably makes sense. My guess is quite a few have that. The employees here are friendly and efficient. Best bet is to go on a weekday. Unfortunately the birds will always aim afterwards, but that's also what happens when you get your car cleaned up. read more

I was charged for a membership I canceled last year for 7 months before I noticed it on my credit card bill. I was able to get the charge stopped but they are not responding to my requests for a refund. I have 2 other active memberships so I did not notice the extra charge. They tell you to use a form on line ti request a refund. THERE IS NO FORM. There is a place to message them under the category "other." I have done this twice and no answer. Came to Flagship Carwash to take advantage of a membership enrollment deal when I needed a quick wash and ended up keeping the membership through the winter for access to multiple washes a week when the county/city is salting the roads. Overall, I think they offer a decent service for the price. My vehicle always comes out looking better than it went in. The drive thru nature of the wash is convenient and can be time saving. The reason for 4 stars is because the location is not ideal for the level of popularity the business has drawn and the layout of the business requires you to play car dodge ball as you pull into one lane of shared traffic to get to a self-service stall to wipe down your vehicle and vacuum it out after you go through the automated wash. I have witnessed and been part of long lines of vehicles waiting for a wash that end up impacting the flow of traffic on Little River Turnpike. You have to learn to visit when they are less busy or except the long wait and safety concerns if you show up when they are busy. read more

Customer service here is terrible. Employees do not communicate neither verbally or with gestures to signal where to go, whether wheels are aligned, or when to shift to neutral. Young employees are fooling around in the back of the store like children. Also, it is hard to tell if you are actually getting all of the options that were paid for. The floor mat on the driver side was even dirtier after it came out of the wash. The guy that drove my car out, for others to hand dry, had muddy shoes and got mud all over the driver side and door sill. Completely unprofessional smh Windshield was not clean also. Soap & Suds is a car wash establishment that's located off of Little River Turnpike, near Oegadjib. They have different tiers that you can opt for that matches your budget to get and how 'clean' you want your car to be. While I only recommend their basic car wash options to just get that initial exterior cleaning and get your car professionally detailed at an actual detailing place, this place is slightly better than other car wash establishments for that semi-quick exterior wash and wipe-down. I did notice that even though the place had a crazy queue, the staff were never in a rush in terms of getting that pre-wipedown done; each vehicle was taken the time. It's not a 100%, but the staff here puts effort and that's greatly appreciated. Don't forget to ask for the trunk vacuuming, as that's a complimentary add-on service. The place does get busy, but they have two separate queues. +good option for a quick wash (the Mini Detailing option is the best one) +better than other local car wash establishments +2 queues read more

So I was just here to wash my brand new Tesla and came out 2 of my rims on the drive side are damaged pretty bad because of the railing metal,so if you drive a sport car or flat tires please don't ever come here to wash your car because it will destroy your rims.I dont think they will do anything to fix this issue by blaming the way you drive in the rail,so not recommended.hope this help read more

I never leave bad reviews but after 14 times of trying to give this place a chance, I've had enough! This used to be Flagship auto wash and they were excellent! Ever since the Suds group took over, it takes 24 minutes for a simple automated car wash! I talked to the manager (Korean lady) and she says that they do all the vacuuming and cleaning in the beginning and that's why it takes time. Hello! All good automated car washes do most of that and then wipe down after at the end of the wash! I canceled my monthly washes here. The management will never change their business acumen. They need to change their processes, hire more staff or they will keep losing business and their quality will suffer as it is now. The final straw is when they locked a key in the car and instead of 24 minutes, I waited 1 hour and 12 minutes just to get out of the wash because my car was on the line. read more

Just want to start off giving 1 star to this car wash. When i arrived at the carwash lane i waited 20 min until its my turned because it was busy. When it's finally my turn the supervisor came to me and ask me what do i want?. I pointed out to everything i wanted to get washed. I said "i want everything to be washed in details and tires , windows, mat, dash nd everything. The manager goes like " with 27$ plan you will get vaccume, mat wash, window and doors and mat is $3 extra" i was like thats fine do it. So when my car came out i open the door the each doors from inside was so dusty and i had dirt at the door entrance. Mats were cleaned but they were super soaked. I walked backed to the manager and told him the situation and he goes like "if you were to choose 40$ plan we would've cleaned the doors as well. Then i told him when he came to me first time i mentioned cleaned everything including doors. I was pissed so left. When i got home and deciding to cleaned the doors and mat. I lift the mats and there was dirt under the each mat. I ended up cleaning at my END. I will never go to this place even if my car had to stay dirty. This was my second experience with S&S, I went back because I try to give everything a second chance. Well, this was a huge waste of time and money. I walked out to my car this morning COVERED in bird poo. No problem - I'll just take it to the car wash. When the car came out of the wash, there were still smears and caked on blotches of bird poo all over the place. Typically additional hands will come out with the car and wipe it clean. That was not the case. They completely ignored my car and kept working with other customers. I spoke with the manager who tried to justify my still-dirty car, who said "we just use soap and water... you need to buy this and that to get this off yourself." I felt like she was talking to someone who has never been to a car wash before... Never in my life have I had to pay more than $18 to have a sparkling car... at least on the exterior. I didn't realize I have been asking so much for so long. Apparently you need to pre-wash your car yourself before coming to this car wash. You pay $12 for a car wash, and that's what you basically get is a basic $12 wash. Service is sometimes not even existent. Sometimes you wait a long time for someone to come spray the car, and most of the time there were problems even trying to pay for a wash in the first place. I guess the owners, actually show their faces now because for the decade that I've been going here I finally saw some Asians working the cash register. Maybe it's because they have a multitude complaints lately???
