While the owner says it does not sound like them, it was. I put money in a zip lock to bring to the bank for a deposit at Regal bank where they count the coins for free. I put it under the drivers seat. I brought my car in and forgot about the zip lock. When they were drying my car I saw two drying people really low in my car, but while it looked strange, I forgot about the coins. Only when I saw the bag and had the coins counted did I know they stole. I am guilty for allowing it to happen. They are guilty for theft by their people. I will go elsewhere in the future as they will now lose my future business of the most expensive wash they offer perhaps 20 times a year. They will also lose my business on my wife's car which is perhaps 15 times a year and also my Vette which is 10 times a year. that equates to about $1,080. So sad to just feel violated by these people. I have a business also with perhaps 250 of my clients in Union and the area. Be sure they will here this story. No excuse for theft, ever! read more

I am going to add more suds to the negative reviews so here it goes. I have been going there for a few times now and several factors take place here. Firstly the staff is a joke. The staff is unprofessional, rude at best and seem to focus on the money side and not the customer service side. They rush you and make you feel less important. Your car is clean now get out feeling. Second the quality and price of the wash is a joke. Each time I have been there, several issues are to be noted. Brought a brand new vehicle here and after taking it through the wash, noticed more scratch marks then ever before. My radio antenna threads were stripped due to wrong tools to take it off. I also paid for a under body wash and noticed that the water jets do not produce high pressure. Looked like someone just turned on the water and it tricked out with no pressure. After the washes, I noticed that there were still some soap scum left on the vehicle. When you drove away the soap would be sprayed over the vehicle and looked like someone just creamed on the car. The floor mats were also wet and were not cleaned. Told the manager and told me that if i do not like it go someone were else. Guess what I did. This business dose not offer quality. If your happy with a crappy car wash and rude service this place is for you. My advice is that for it to be done properly you need to do it your self. Learn a lot from ammonyc on the internet and he will teach you how to properly treat a car. These people treat you with dirt and they enjoy making your car feel like crap. By far the worst. I just had this car wash break my windshield wiper. The initial employee was very nice about it. The manager of the services dept. came out and was very rude. Me and my husband sat for 35 minutes while this guy attempted to find the correct size. He then told us to go to Audi, get a new one and bring the receipt for reimbursement which was ridiculous at 4:00pm on a Tuesday with rain clouds over head. The manager of the car wash came out and was decently nice and was going to run across the highway to get one from auto zone. We told him we would go and he told us to charge it to his account. We drove over and autozone said they said the car wash account was negative . So they couldn't charge it. After calling them they realized and told us to buy it and they will give us the receipt. After arguing more, the car wash found a way to charge their account . All this took 1.5 hours , with not even a free car wash for the inconvenience. They even broke my steering knob I use as I am disabled. So unprofessional. I will never go back unless I want to waste another 1.5 hour of my life. read more

I brought my brand new SUV to Wash Hounds as I have been utilizing this car wash for sometime now. As I was getting ready to get into my truck after the wash, I noticed a HUGE scratch on the driver's side near the trunk. Not only was the scratch there, it was scratched from the front of the driver's side door all the way to the truck - GLASS AND ALL! I was livid beyond measure! I immediately went inside and spoke with "China" and in turned she took immediate action to resolve the issue. It was determined that a metal piece within the brushes had broken off during the wash which caused a deep scratch on my truck. As she was very apologetic, she assured me that Wash Hounds would take full responsibility and that my vehicle will be repaired at their cost. I was contacted by their insurance company approximately two days later and was a given a rental SUV to drive in the interim. I took the truck back to the dealership and the repairs were perfect! Not one clue of damage! As angry as I was, I later realized that it was an accident and accidents do and can happen. Chris, the manager, contacted me also to offer an apology for the inconvenience. I was extremely pleased how this was handled and the service I received from Chris and China. I have since returned to Wash Hounds and the service has been exceptional as always:) read more

Love the quick, thorough wash. I took the "Full package" car wash. They vacuumed the floor mats and seats, dusted the dashboard, washed my car exteriors, then sprayed fragrance and finally towel dried the car. The exterior wash was great. The interiors were not thorough like a detailing (obviously), but very good value for money. The employees work so hard, kudos to them! Very efficient and effective carwash. read more

I would like to give this place 0 stars. Just left there after paying for my mats to be cleaned and they were still filthy. Not even touched by water. When I brought it to their attention, I was told that my car was very "dirty" and given an attitude instead of an apology. The worker proceeded to argue with me about my car wash. Long story short- they are called a CAR WASH and they did not do their job. Don't go there, unless you want to be treated terribly and leave with a careless clean. read more

I took my mothers car (toyota camry 2014) there on Sunday June 14th 2015 at around 130 , I paid for the service " The Works" and mentioned to the gentlemen receiving my car that I was mainly concerned about the back seat.I noticed he put a sign on the car about the back seat. I originally thought wow you usually don't see that and thought it was a nice gesture. I made my way around to the front to see the workers clean up the car, once my car was finished I walked up to it and expected to see and smell the difference , however I did not see a change aside from the fact that maybe someone had slightly wiped the back seat. I know and feel it was not a good job because I still had dog hair all over the back seat and it wasn't ten busy at that time and couldn't tell the difference between a clean or dirty car. Needless to say I drove away very disappointed as I had no time to return to complain. The purpose of this email is in hoes that this does not happen to anyone else and rest assure I will not be returning or recommending anyone to this car wash. read more

I was there last Sunday 5/24/15 and paid for the "works plus"... It was a total waste of money. My interior was not wiped down and barely vacuumed. It wasn't very busy at the time, so I can't find an excuse as to why the interior was not cleaned properly. I shouldn't have to clean my interior myself when I was paying them to do it. Twilight car wash for $6 can't be beat! Car comes out clean and shiny for only $6. The full package car wash is expensive. But I usually clean the inside myself anyway. So for only $6 I get out outside washed. The only negative is that they only have the twilight wash after a certain time. read more

Tried this car wash as I'm new to the area and it had decent reviews. This is a machine wash facility which is why for 26.99 you get the works. I think my car came back decently clean as it is it could be for a machine wash. The review that say they do rush through your car if they are slightly busy are true. The vacuumers are rushing through and missing spots inside. The interior was cleaned quickly and is better than it was though they missed certain spots that only required a little more effort than a quick flick of the wrist with a towel. The highest level package gets your mats washed and while my mats are clean they were placed back in my car soaking wet (rushing). There was a bird poop stain on the back of my car for two days which the people told me they couldn't get off without compounding it out. Surprisingly my car looks pretty decent with only a few spots on the rims that are still dirty. Bugs on the front bumper didn't come off, some denser areas of pollen are left, but for the most part the car is clean. I rated them a 3 star as I would come back to the car wash for their twilight wash which is apparently less than $10 for the exterior after 6 PM on weekdays. I don't know if I would utilize them for their top cleaning packages. I am someone who would much prefer my car to be hand washed and willing to pay a higher price but for the price, this place is worth it if your car needs a light cleaning. read more
