Crappy vacuum job, barely wipe down anything inside, no air freshener, And the outside still has spots that I can easily wipe off with my hand. And let's not mention their drying abilities. And so the saga continues....... After cancelling my memberships to which you do not get a refund as per the Wash Hounds website FAQ's I went in today to use my membership till the end of the month. I paid for it I would expect to be able to use it till the end of the month. When the attendant put in my plate number a box comes up that states " DO NOT SERVICE" and the attendant went to get the manager. The manager tells me the "BOSS" cancelled your membership and we can't wash your car. At which point I show them the charges in my account for the month of August 2019. I then was told to pull my car out of the line and must go to the front to get a refund for my memberships. When I get to the front they can not be processed and I am asked for my name, phone number and email address all of which is information that they have from the past. All in all, what a lack of respect of the customer and for the "ART" of Customer Service. Business must be great if you are willing to walk away from a 10 year customer and all of their business. read more

I took my car for an oil filter oil change here today, which I do on occassion. From when I arrived to when I left it took about 1 hour and 20 minutes and I was only the second car in line waiting. The manager did help work through something with me but overall I did not get a good vibe this time around. I will pass going forward. read more

I walked in (not to get my car washed), but the customer service was great and I loved the soothing music that played in in mini shop I was in. The workers outside put in a lot of effort into the cars they were cleaning internally and washing externally. I felt a sense of comfort there and walking in was nice to refresh and cool off after heading back out again. There is also a wide variety of appliances for vehicles. read more

For the price you pay the quality of work is extremely poor. If I'm paying for the "works plus" I shouldn't be the one putting my WET mats back in the car nor should I still have scuffs or dust on my dashboard. This was my first time getting my car washed here and definitely my last. read more

Terrible!!! I paid for the "works" and I got an exterior $5 valued wash at the most. They list that they vacuum and wash mats. None of that was done. My kids' car seats (which are not harnessed in at that time) were not moved and the seats underneath not vacuumed or washed at all. The one guy at the end sprayed the back of the front seats which my kids kick constantly, because he saw me break out the wipes and I started cleaning it myself while still in the driveway. For the same price $20, I would rather go to Posh on Terrill rd in Plainfield (a little further away). They would literally spend 15 mins in my car washing/scrubbing. Never again! read more

Not worth the price. I love this place for their twilight wash which is like 6 bucks and you just drive through from 6-8. I went today for the first time during the day and got a full service plus which was suppose to be the best package. They didn't vacuum completely, still debris on floor. They didn't get all the windex off windows which if its like one isolated spot its cool but it was every window. So, needless to say except for the twilight car wash I won't be back read more

This is my go to car wash that I've been using for years. They have a twilight exterior wash from 6 - 8pm during the week for only $6. Their full prices are not bad $16 or so for exterior, interior& wheel shine and I'm guessing that's about average for this area. They guys are very fast and thorough and there's also a lube/oil change area which unfortunately I've never used. The only draw back is the location or more or less when exiting onto Rt 22. If you've ever traveled on Rt 22 you'll know what I mean when it comes to crazy drivers. But overall good service. read more

Got a the works plus wash they didn't even bother to vacuum the third row. Had a bag with trash in it and it was left there. Also they couldn't dry off the car well especially the side mirrors because once I drove off I had water marks along the side of the car. Won't be going back again not for 24 bucks! read more

This is an awesome place with excellent customer service. I pulled in once to get my car washed and didn't notice that my back tire was flat. The guys pulled my car into the oil change area to inflate the tire but the sidewall was completely blown out. They then grabbed my spare and changed the tire for me! For free! what other car wash does that for you? I wouldn't even think of going anywhere else. read more

They barely touched the interior. Didn't even take a vacuum to the seats. The mats weren't cleaned at all even though "works plus" is supposed to cover this. I have to be brutally honest in hopes that the owner (if they care) sees this. I went for a car wash yesterday because my car really needed to be cleaned. Bird poop on ceiling, dirt in and around the doors and the rugs needed to be vacuumed. Some minor garbage was in the back that I thought they could also deal with. This place is pretty popular and well known so I expected good quality cleaning here. I was excited as they finished up my car, all the workers smiling and saying hi to me (probably for tips) but who knows, maybe they're just really friendly. I peeked in the back of my car and I noticed that my back seat covers ( I have seat covers in my car) were still messed up as they were when I brought the car in. I told the friendly guy taking orders in the beginning that I needed my car cleaned thoroughly inside and out so I was expecting that I would be impressed with this job but the fact that they couldn't fix the seat covers disappointed me. After they finished wiping my car down I got in and stared driving away to pick up my little sister and I got home late. I didn't get a really good look at my car til the next day (today) and that's why I'm writing this review. I've noticed that the dirt in my car doors still remains. The rugs in the bag were not vacuumed, garbage and dirt still on them. And taking a closer look at my car I see that it's still a bit dirty from the front and back. You can imagine my disappointment when I expect to go to this popular place and receive a half heartedly cleaned car. I understand that the place has a line and what not but that does not give the workers the excuse to only do half a job. Smiles and greeting won't clean the backseat of my car. With all of that being said, I highly doubt I will ever set another tire in this business again. don't bother going to this place. Took my car randomly here since I was in town and purchased "the works." The works is garbage because they didn't clean the back seats of my car nor did they clean the front of my car. I brought it up to their attention but all I got was "I am sorry." The brushes didn't wash the bottom of my 2012 Nissan Altima. They also were very rude in rushing us to get in line which almost caused an accident even though we kept telling the guy to wait for the truck to move up. Once we got through the wash we realized it was $3 more than getting a car wash in Bayonne. When i got out to get the car to tell them about the bottom not being clean they were rushing us to get out of the way because they had a line of cars there trying to push through the carwash. Went to wash my 1995 Nissan Maxima only because I needed an undercarriage wash. I did exterior also as they could not do just undercarriage. My car came out extremely clean, more than my usual spot. My question is I could not see where the undercarriage wash was done during the was process, and what is the process? I checked underneath and it looked pretty clean. I'll have a better look when it is up on a lift this weekend. read more

For $23 I just knew Snow (my car) was going to come out like looking like Winter Wonderland Goddess..how disappointing. When I pulled up they came to get my car and I let them know which one of those expensive packages I wanted. The guy gets in my car and begins to look at the picture of my husband and I that is tucked in the corner of windshield. "Oh somebody's been to the Bahamas." UMMM SIR!! Please do your job! Thank you! Terrible place and experience. So today I went to your car wash at 258 pm and got a shine package. The result of the near 20 dollar purchase was terrible. The line that you go through for the basic car wash went by way too fast and once it got through the workers did the most half assed interior cleaning. As a result I ended up coming home and re cleaning it myself because the job was just that bad. Save you're money your better off going anywhere else for better quality. read more

Terrible customer service. First off, their website says that they offer full service until 6:00 pm. I got there at 5:50 pm and the guy places a sign exterior only. I told him that it's not six yet and your website offers full service until six. I told him I saw him just put the sign up. He tells me the sign has been up for a while and he says he knows what the website says but he is the boss and he can do whatever he wants. I'm am so annoyed because I was driving thru heavy traffic and taking shortcuts so I can get there before six. I get there before six and I was still unable to get my car vacuumed. I'll never go there again. Very disrespectful and rude. I asked him his name before he left and he said John. John, you are very nasty and I don't care if your the boss or not. This place isn't really bad, been coming here for long time. Im leaving close to the place thats why. I would suggest try to avoid to come on busy day, during busy time they don't really properly wipe the cars. I think the management need to retrain the staff again. I just went here again for the second time and I have got to say, I don't get it. I got the "works" and asked for no tire shine as it sprays onto car while wet when you leave. Anyway...rims/wheels were still dirty, front bumper wasn't clean and they said they were finished but hadn't even opened the trunk to dry it. They spent exactly 2 minutes drying the car (2dr cpe). Then, they applied the armor all to my tires which is asked them not to so I asked the guy to wipe it off, which he did. I also had to ask them to dry the trunk area which they did. Overall pretty happy with this business. I got an exterior regular car wash and an interior detail which cost $50 or so dollars all together. A little pricey but they did an overall good job. This was on a Saturday afternoon and it was pretty busy. One of the workers said that they usually don't do interior cleanings on weekends but they would accommodate me. I have lived in the Union area for 30 yrs and its the most convienient carwash in the area thats decent until...1st they break a piece of my passanger seat that controls the movement back and forth..they make me go to the dealership price out the piece order it...say its too much n theyll order an after market piece. No good for me...i didnt have an after market piece when i got there so i will not be leaving with 1. After going back and forth to the carwash and dealership 3 times when John the owner manager or whatever couldnt fix it ordered the wrong piece blah blah i finally got it fixed. A few months later i got a wash and noticed all these brush scratches on the hood and front fender. I reluctantly went to John and showed him the damage. His response...Theres always something wrong with your car i dont know what to tell you...my response...yes there is..and none my fault all yours. After having someone there trying to polish it out i was left with scratches. I have a very nice n expensive car i guess noone does over there since they dont know how to service one..All hands carwashes from now on..Thanks for the aggrevation Prowash but you lost my business and whoever i speak to about it read more

I went to this car wash for the first time on 1-3-18 my car came out of the wash covered in soap and they cleaned the windshield with a rag that left a bad film on the glass, when the sun hits it I can't see through it, I used Windex it still won't come clean. read more
