If I could give this a zero star review, I would! I got the package that was $22. The only positive is the car wash washing process was quickly done. But that goes to explain why the car was not even clean inside or outside. I have two dogs who left a simple paw print on my middle Console. SURPRISE, I get into my car the same exact paw print was on the console. I had to ask the man for a rag to clean that and the outside markings of my car. I also pointed to the backseat and showed him all of the leaves left on the bottom of the floor and on the seats of the car. Then I go outside to look at the car and my car is still just as dirty as when I brought it. I paid for the wheel cleaning, but my wheels are still full of grit. Do not pay for the works. It's basic. They told me they do not wipe down the mirror. They only offer that service if I purchase details. There was bird crap still on my car. They told me it would not come out because it was built up. I asked, can you still try to wipe it off. Guess what it came off. Who's surprised? I had been going to them for over 10 years and loved them. Now all of a sudden they changed everything. They no longer clean the interior of the car at all, even if you pay extra. Meh you get what you pay for. Got the main dirt off the exterior, got the larger dirt from interior, missed tons of dust and other areas. Did not clean air vents, cup holders, or any detailed areas, skipped rear mats. Good if you want sometime to vacuum crumbs off seat abd floor but forget it being actually "cleaned." read more

I am a Former monthly member of this place as of today..I'm usually not a fan of people losing their job but the "Manager" I believe his name was Mike .. needs to be demoted at the very least. After going through the wash, something told me to get out the car and check if they missed a spot, as I often have Black tire dye that gets on my car. In my lap of my car i noticed my front license plate severely dented and the cover snapped in half laying on the ground. I understand these car washes cover their self from being liable for damages, but the kind gentleman drying my car off recommended I swing back around and speak with a manger. I'd figure i'll give it a shot, and maybe he would talk to me and offer some tape or something to patch up the damage temporarily. A kind gentleman Kenny went to go get the manager to come out and talk to me. 15 min later and after I seen Kenny go to the managers office 3 times to see when he would come out I got fed up and told him to just cancel my membership because clearly they don't care about customer service , even for paying members.. As i'm cancelling my membership Mike finally starts to walk out the office toward my car, with his head down scrolling on his phone on the whole walk toward me. When he got to my car he stood there silent and didn't utter one word. I told him don't even worry about it, i'm going to leave and just cancel this plan. Kenny apologized for his behavior multiple times and brought me some tape out in attempts to help me with a temporary solution, he gave me the respect and customer service i was hoping the "Manager" would give but he clearly could care less and it's likely he's just collecting a check to scroll on social media all day and not even attempt to provide basic customer service. This car wash was very convenient as I pass it on my way home from the gym but I would now much rather go out my way to be treated with some sort of respect you would expect especially as a premium monthly member. I have been using the car wash for over ten years, I thought it couldn't get any better. But, the new owners have taken it to a new level, I drive a black full size SUV and I have never seen it look as good since the change in products that they use. Great jobs guy!!!!! I understand that with the number of cars that go through the car wash from time to time things may get missed, but the anytime I have pointed out an issue it was corrected on the spot. And they have sanitizing station always have masks available if we forget ours I would give them 6 stars. They also comply with social distancing and follow all the guidelines. Ordered a platinum wash and the outside of the car came out great and the mats were vacuumed. That's it. The interior was not touched but there were plenty of the associates standing around looking at the car. In fact one girl was eating what looked like dunkin donuts in my front seat. I took my car for a wash and they broke my side view mirror. Steve from the car wash came and took pictures and told me that the manager Chris will call me. He never called. I called them several times and left messages and no one got back to me. Finally Steve picked up the phone and told me that they were not going to do anything about it. This is unprofessional and they are very nasty, worst experience! They are blaming me that the mirror was broken before.Liars!!! DAMAGED VEHICLE LISTEN TO ALL REVIEWS BECAUSE I DID NOT, NOT COVID FRIENDLY, NO MASKS ON ANY EMPLOYEES (Side note: car was still dirty after wash, if my vehicle wasn't damaged I would have asked them to rewatch it) WARNING: OWNER (CHRIS) WILL LIKELY RESPOND TO THIS REVIEW AS HE DID TO THE OTHERS AND BLATANTLY LIE! I went for a car wash and while in line the vehicle behind me had his hand held on the horn. Turned out this was just an employee trying to park his car. After that, they begin to wash my car and halfway through the wash my tire hears a loud POP and my check engine light comes on. Keep in mind this is a brand new vehicle with ZERO history of repair. I've never had issues. The damage was actually on the front left tire, exactly where they lock your car into place during the beginning of the wash I pull out of the wash and the employees immediately start telling me to pull out and start driving on the road, ignoring that I'm pointing to my tire as it has 0 pressure. They then tell me to try behind the wash (sketchy) and they'll take care of it. One of the employees sees the damage and immediately states it's not their fault. I asked how my tire was at full pressure and then I came out with 0... he had no response and whispered to another employee to go across the street to get my tire fixed before the manager found out. I told them I did not want to drive off the property (because as soon as you leave they'll say it wasn't their fault DO NOT LEAVE THE PREMISES IF YOUR VEHICLE IS DAMAGED AT THIS PLACE) They then directed me inside to the manager (GERALD) who immediately had a harsh tone and basically yelled "ITS NOT OUR FAULT", I just asked for the owner (Steven? But later I found out it was Chris, see below) to call me and he refused for 10 minutes screaming at me in front of other customers (yes SCREAMING). Geralds reason for it not being their fault was that "he's never seen a vehicle damaged in the wash"??? Clearly he hasn't read the yelp reviews. Gerald finally agreed to at least put on my spare tire and after all that effort the employee who was supposed to change my tire says "I'm not doing this sh*t it's not my job" luckily another employee changed it. LONG STORY SHORT I WENT TO GET MY TIRE FIXED AND IT WAS MAJOR DAMAGE!! Two plus hours and $140 later, my dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree and weatherproof floor mat disappeared. Luckily, the problem started when I noticed my floor mat was missing. None of the cleanup crew knew what happened so they told me to drive around the back and speak to the crew at the car wash entrance. When I pulled out of their exit and turned into their entrance, the car started sputtering. I parked in the back and for another half hour got passed on from person to person. They took down my info and told me they can't review video until tomorrow. When I pulled out of their exit again, THE ENGINE DIED and gave me just enough push to get into the adjacent parking lot. Every dashboard light came on. I restarted the car and had enough acceleration to get further in and park my car correctly into a spot. I walked over and let them know my car is sputtering and the dashboard is alight. As the very accommodating mechanic walked to and from my car, I had nice conversations with the other drivers on line for service. They were not very optimistic seeing a mechanic coming back and forth to a car not even on their premises. After another 20 minutes, multiple engine starts and turning off of the dashboard alerts, I was informed that the fuel injection had to work though the engine and it should run perfectly now. My previously problem-free 2016 Civic drove out of there finally on the third attempt. This happened an hour ago so I'm hoping the sputtering is past me. Even if I get my $80 floor mat back, I shall not be returning to this place. And there are dried soap streaks all over my car. UPDATE 3/24/18 UTTER WASTE OF MY TIME. John (who looks like Brad's photo) told me to come on Saturday morning to discuss. I show up and within 10 seconds of approaching the entrance, John/Brad was too busy and told me to come back later. Yes, they were busy but seriously, man, don't make paying customers feel like an afterthought. I informed him not to concern himself with me any more and to go about his business. Not only do I have to buy new floor mats, I wasted my time driving here only to be shoo'ed off WITHIN SECONDS. How can you lose car mats when the vehicle only goes in a straight line through the car wash??? There's no interior cleaning done AT ALL- not even a dusting, outside wash only .The inside of the windshield was wiped with dirty rugs which is hard to see unless you drive against the sun- there were horrible smudges all over it! Rug cleaning ( dusting) used to be included but now you can't even pay extra to have it cleaned! The person I spoke with said " how many times a year you clean your rugs anyway?"and " we are just following the industry standards". My rugs used to be cleaned with every wash because as you are aware those rugs do collect a lot of debris and dust , polen, etc. If I am paying the same amount of money and get less and less service for it then I will give my business to someone else...Very disappointing read more

I will not be back at wash hounds and here is why. The start process was fine, pick what I want grab my car at the end. It wasn't till I drove all the way home to realize the terrible wash I had. If this place was super busy, I may have over looked a few of these problems, but it wasn't even busy. To start the windshield had overspray all over it, so I had to fix that. I start to take a closer look, rims were still half filthy. Now I realized my floor mats were just tossed back onto the floor, not hooked into place like they were when I got there, that's just pure laziness. My back seat, rear floors, or mats weren't even vacuumed, So I had to come home and fix that. My entire dashboard and console was still filled with dirt and crumbs. Ok. Where do I begin. I am shocked about how I was treated today! First off, I am an uber/lyft driver. I signed up for the unlimited carwashes which costs $39.99 plus tax. I did this because as a ride share driver, it makes financially more sense to get a package such as this. Anyway, my family and I have been going to this place for over 15 years whether it was for car washes, oil changes, etc. We have brought thousands of dollars of our business to this facility and I will not do it again! I will also urge family and friends to go elsewhere! The main reason I am posting this is because of my initial statement in the beginning of my 1st paragraph. I was waiting in line to get my vehicle washed and it was very busy. I understand. It's Saturday. It's nice out. You want your ride to look clean and shiny. As I'm waiting, the gentlemen looks and sees that I have uber/lyft decals on my windshield. He tells me that he is the manager, I am familiar with him. He proceeds to tell me that If I have the unlimited carwash plan, he will have to cancel it because they do not honor it for uber/lyft drivers, limo companies, livery drivers. I was shocked! The way the system works is that you can get your vehicle washed once a day for the whole month. What is the difference if I am using it for my business or for personal use? Mind you, they put a barcode sticker on the inside of your door if your vehicle so it can only be used for that particular vehicle. While I was waiting in line, I called a few other places that offer the same services within the same area. I specifically asked them if they offer unlimited car wash packages and if they would honor them for lyft/uber drivers. All the facilities I called said that they would honor it and treat us as any other customer. Just come once a day, if I' like to. Also, I got my car washed about 3-4 times a week or less. There were a couple of other customers who were also lyft/uber drivers who he did the same thing to. They were upset and shocked too. WashHounds, you lost a lifelong, loyal customer forever because of a policy which makes no sense. I never asked for any special privileges or services! I am so disappointed! I thought customer service was important to you. I guess you think lyft/uber drivers make so much money they they can afford a car wash everyday for at least $15.99 plus tax at the minimum! You are so greedy! Update as of 2/26/2017 Ok. It is funny that I got a reply from "Brad" from Wash Hounds. I know that his real name is John. Anyway. That's beside the point. I went to the Wash Hounds carwash on Monday the 26th because I still have until March 21st until my monthly membership expires. The manager, "Brad"/John saw my vehicle and looked pissed off because he saw the lyft and uber stickers. Once he saw them, he immediately goes to the phone and contacts the young lady at the register. I know he did because she asks me, if John explained to me about the monthly service. I said yes. I also was looking for Brad/John because I wanted to speak to him personally. He ran back into his office. It is funny house the Wash Hound manger, "Brad" said that they had a different plan for uber/lyft drivers. This so-called plan was never offered to me. If it was, I wouldn't have come here to write a negative review. All I was told by "Brad"/ John was that they do not honor monthly plans for uber/lyft, limos, taxis, etc. As for saying that uber/lyft cars requires more cleaning. That is total bs. If you get your car washed everyday or every other day, it does not get that dirty. The people who work there have to work harder to clean a car that wasn't cleaned in a week than one that was cleaned a day or 2 ago. The passengers picked up are regular people and not covered in dirt. Wash Hounds is trying to make it seem as though I was offered another option which never happened. Customers service = horrendous, Steve is a disgrace to customer service and shouldn't deal with the public , got a full service car wash but for some reason I had to clean the whole inside because it wasn't touched . They talk down to you, they must have broken a clip on my bumper on their track cause I got a car wash 3 weeks ago not s single problem, I left saw how dirty my car was pulled over to clean it and saw my bumper was sticking out when I went back in within 5 minutes and they said I must have hit something after I left here . I was getting frustrated and raising my voice and I did curse , but he then made a slur about my orientation and said can we talk like gentlemen or I'm walking away , I understand it wasn't right to curse but I was frustrated, someone else was also waiting because they said the inside of the car was dirty, my bumper was secure in tact when I got there. He left me outside waiting for 30 minutes while he played back the footage. Shouldn't take that long and who knows what shady things they could be deleting with technology these days , and then to make me wait for 30 minutes no updates? I just left and will never go back again. They never wiped the jambs on the rear doors or on the hatch of my SUV. Half wiped my dash. Definitely not the same business that Scott ran. Listen the only reason they even get two stars from me is because they washed my car in less than 10 minutes... I pay $27 for a wash that was supposed to be all inclusive they were supposed to wash and dry my mats which were still wet when I got in the car not to mention the next day after drying they were still dirty... I'm extremely disappointed with my experiece at Wash hounds today. I could have chosen a few other closer car washes but decided to drive a little further to this place because it's bigger and looks more professional. I really needed the interior of my car cleaned more than the exterior so I went with the most expensive option where they are supposed to wash your car mats as well. To indicate this, they have the first person mark your windshield with soap or some kind of washable marker which washes off as soon as it enters the water. I watched closely and the second group did not vaccuum much or do anything to the interior of my car more than they did to anyone elses, a quick 1 minute air blow and wipe down. My exterior looked pretty good by the end but I had to ask about the mats that werent worked on at all after they said I was done. After I left (I was rushed away because it was so busy on a Saturday afternoon) I noticed they barely cleaned the inside of my car. This is not a place I'd recommend for anything other than their $9 exterior. The coffee on the inside was good, and the cashier was friendly, so those are about the only positives I can say about Wash hounds. read more

The front has a fish tank and items for sale. Service was quick. The service person recommended a new battery. He was patient while I made calls to see if my mechanic could fit me in. They have made a lot of impressive improvements with new ownership Manager John is true professional and staff is the hardest working group you will ever meet, this is not an easy job, fast paced and can't please everyone, I admit sometimes the quality can lack due to volume, but I was ensured that management is engaged and trying to work on. Yes there will be days of hiccups, but overall the staff works their proverbial butt off! I appreciate the professionalism John provided to me after I had an issue, he steeped up to the plate... Truth is that I'm OCD with my vehicles, I'm there all the time, there is bound to be good days and bad days... Treat the workers with respect, they deserve it... these are loyal dedicated people doing a tough job. It always looks like it could just use a little more vacuuming which is disappointing. Of course I could go back but who has the time and it's usually really busy.
