This place has changed ownership a lot in all the years I've been coming here. It's super convenient and reasonably priced but most times I don't feel my car is cleaned enough on the inside. It always looks like it could just use a little more vacuuming which is disappointing. Of course I could go back but who has the time and it's usually really busy. I don't get my car washed often but I usually come here. I will give it a 1-2 more chances but then I may have to try somewhere else. read more

Do not go here for annoying change. Charge you for synthetic oil without asking if thats what you want. Added a synthetic oil charge when I didn't agree to it. I took a subscription but ended up cancelling it pretty quickly. Car wash leaves traces of soap and you can't count on these guys to remove them with their towels. Their drying job is also very sloppy. Deserves a zero star. read more

I have been using the car wash at this location for years without complaint but yesterday I found that it was taken over by "Wash Hounds". The old staff who were all very good were gone. I paid $20 for an interior/exterior wash. My car's exterior wasn't dirty but the inside of my windshield had that annoying film. So after they indicated my car was "done", I left. I go to the next light to make a you turn and what do I see but the annoying film exactly as is was $20 earlier. Arggg. I look in my rear view mirror and see dog nose smudges on the inside of the rear windows. I drove back there; complained and directed them to clean the inside of all my windows. while they were doing that I checked the back of my suv to make sure they had vacuumed it. NOPE! The wash is great and everyone there is so friendly and accommodating. - Daniel W." Unfortunately, I do not share the same experience. On 8/13 I got a synthetic oil change and the next day 8/14 my car began to make a very odd noice. I got worried & took it back to this " best car wash". The lube guys checked the car opened the hood & told me that there is nothing wrong with the car & should take it to a mechanic because there was something wrong with my AC & then stated "....we didn't do anything to it". Shortly after, I took it to the mechanic as my car started to over heat and I did not know what to do I panicked & had The mechanic check my car. He checked everything on my car & notice that the lube guys who changed the oil forgot a "plier" in my hood/engine, which was preventing the ventilator from rotating and causing my car to overheat. I wish there was a way to upload videos to these reviews.... On 8/15 I went back to the "best car wash" to speak to the MEDIOCRE manage "Steve" who is far from being understanding & profesional. Steve stated that "everyone who works with cars leave tools on the engine" & " it is a normal thing to do" acknowledging that he himself had done this in the past. He compared his employers negligence as" it's like putting a pen on top of the table and forgetting you put it there" and if you analyze this analogy.....what damage does the pen cause to a F@@@@ table ?!?! I've been coming here for at least 6/7 years and it was the best car wash that I've ever been to up until the last few years. The service just gets worse and worse. I paid just about $30 for The Works wash which include all of my rubber mats being washed and dried and I popped my trunk to see how it came out when I got home and it was untouched, completely covered in dirt from a trip I recently took with my dogs. The outside of my trunk still had all dirty marks all over the bottom and two scuff marks that were previously not there considering I've only had my car for two months. I have been going there for few years and in the past the service was OK, lately its more of a hit or miss big time. Car washing outside is just that, so nothing special here but inside ( I paid for inside clean up) is a different story. Today I left with half of windshield cleaned, dash board was not even dusted off, the floor mats were just shaked off from dirt and just thrown in inside and the rest of the windows were just touched up in the middle. I already got used to the fact that they dont bother to lower the windows to clean up the part which goes into the door frame but thats a small thing. One side (inside the car) of the windows was not even touched. Went home and had to do all the necessary cleaning myself. I thought I would save some time going there since its quicker for few guys to clean up than doing it myself, but ended up cleaning interior myself. I think for $30+ and a good tip you could expect the job done at least half way decent. So if you need outside of your car cleaned then its fine but be prepared for DIY inside even if you pay for it. read more

I went there for a works car wash, got charged for a works car wash, did not receive a works car wash. The only reason I came was to get the inside of my vehicle cleaned. There is no signage indicating that they don't clean the inside (I would assume after a certain time). I suggest not going here. Very disappointed. read more

I went on a Sunday (before 9AM) and only had a few cars ahead of me. They have two lanes which I'm sure helps a lot when the place is packed. Once you turn the corner, look up. They have the different wash packages listed on big boards. I got the ultimate package or whatever the hell they call it. It was the priciest wash and it cost about $25. I have no experience with car wash venues (this is hubbys arena) so I have no idea if this is fair or not. My car was pretty gross so I say money well spent. Service was pretty quick. I think I was in and out in under 30 minutes. The issue with automated car washes is that they miss spots. But overall, I was happy with the service. There was a lot of gunk on the floors from accumulated winter crap and god knows what else. read more

I've got to be honest with myself, as much as I want to love this place, I just can't. Due to them being around the corner from my job it was very convenient for me on lunch or after work to go and get a wash or oil change. The gentleman who is usually standing in the back (bald) is so nice and such a sweetheart and so is the woman at the desk, so based off the customer service part of it they are super friendly and great. It's the workers that I feel are the issue. They don't really take their time on your vehicle as they should and if it's a busy day and there's a line they are even worse. I went today and the floors were not vacuumed at all and it's not even like spots that are hidden it's flat out in the open. Also, they didn't wipe down one rear window so it's spotted all over. This isn't the first time this has happened and it's honestly disappointing. This car wash isn't necessarily cheap either so you would think for the price the effort would be there. *pictures are immediately after a wash. I've had a monthly subscription for unlimited car washes as I work in the area and for $37 a month you can get your car washed as often as you want. You can't beat it. Had such an unpleasant visit at this car wash earlier today, January 26, 2019. I went in for a car wash as usual and ended with a broken rear mirror on my passenger side. As i drove off and merged onto route 22, i was close to having an accident being that my mirror was hanging and i had not noticed until i drove off. Not only was i aggravated at the moment but i was also scared that i could have been in a accident due to the negligence of this car wash. I would definitely not recommend any one to come here, as they do not prioritize the proper care to their customers cars.This will definitely be my last time here. My husband went out of his way to go to this location because he has had good experiences prior. We live in Berkeley Heights. He got the Platinum SFA for my car as a birthday gift. I contacted them with feedback on 6/28 with no follow up and just submitted additional feedback. I was waiting to submit a review, but with the lack of follow up, I decided it was time. DO NOT COME HERE!!! If you are desperate enough to come here, spend the least amount of money possible until you can go somewhere that is worth your hard earned coin. Had to run my car through the wash twice after complaining and it was STILL dirty afterward. I paid for things that were never provided, but where on the package priced at $28. When I asked the manager in the front why there was no tire shine on the car, he said the car wash machine did it before it came out. At this point, I was so frustrated I asked for a rag to clean the space where the door meets the body of the car, as it was filthy and soaking wet. At that point the manager decided to do it, and then told me that isn't part of their car wash service, its detailing. WHAT!?! None of the people doing the windshield cleaning, dash/console cleaning, or interior work had any chemicals in their hands, just rags they kept reusing from other cars. Bought the best wash they had to offer..(The works Plus) and honestly feel I would have been better at a $5 car wash. Not only did they not wipe down the interior as advertised as part of the package, they left wet floor mats on the seat, didn't fully dry off the car then rushed me out of their parking lot. Definitely a waste of money. Paid $24 dollars for a platinum car wash and it was horrible. They didn't clean my carpets. Left my car wet. They didn't vacuum my seats or floor. And no tire shine although it said it was included. My cup holder was left with crumps and was not wiped down. My truck was empty but had leaves but they didn't even vacuum it. Not impressed. They are pretty expensive compared to other car washes that actual do a good job. This place is too concerned with getting people in and out than actual cleaning the cars. Their set up is pretty horrific. I had to sit behind another car and wait for them to finish drying it before I could pull out. Why wouldn't they dry that car first ? My windows are not fully cleaned-spots all over. They didn't attach my mats back correctly. They didn't clean any of the actual spots I needed cleaned. There's spots all over my Navi from the cleaner. Dust everywhere. I went home and cleaned for about 15 minuets. 18 bucks not worth it. read more

I thought that after they changed the name it might be better so I went back it was decent, did a much better job than pro wash. I went back today and it was back to the same old wack job. I'm a tough crowd when it comes to car washes. I am in no way a crazy freak about my car, nor am I someone who goes to the car wash on a weekly basis. But when I get my car washed every quarter, I would hope that those cleaning would pay attention to where the dust and dirt has landed over the months - e.g. cup holders, door compartments, around the shifter, etc. I'm not expecting a detailing because I know that's a different service, but these are places that can easily be wiped down. That's my only little complaint. I go here the most because the staff is very nice and accommodating. The one or two times that I was truly unhappy, they insisted I run my car back through at no charge. They definitely work to make sure you're pleased, I just wish you didn't have to point it out to them. At the end of the day, it's fine.
