This place is now Go Car Wash. this was a fantastic place and either changed names or was bought out. I do like the vacuums and cleaning products that are offered. This location is recently done some upgrades after the name, change such as a bar in front of the cars to prevent them from moving until ready, and some updated items within the car wash itself. And of course the hand drying which I wish more people would at least tip the young gentleman. I gave it a three star and not a four is because they used to offer a complementary upgrade if you had their sticker on your windshield or windows somewhere such as tire or wax and other stuff. This new company has done away with that, which is pretty sad, and now offer, apparently an air freshener, which I've never been offered. I do love that it is closer to the neighborhoods and easier to get to. Hopefully the upgrade costs are not passed down to customers on their fees because it used to work just fine the way it was. 12/17/23 UPDATE, yep, Bill just posted. the upgrade costs are passing down to us customers who don't need fancy technology added. For a monthly subscription car wash I have no complaints. I pay $20 per month, and they offer towel dry at no extra charge. My truck tends to be my rolling office, so I try to go about twice a week. Also, they have a sticker program. I have a cool wash n roll sticker on my windshield, and they give me some sort of upgrade in return. I don't remember all the upgrades cuzz I always do the tire shine. There are inconsistencies for sure, but for $20 per month with as many times as I go out works for me. Thai is a drive thru car wash that can get u done for $8 or $15 per month for unlimited washes. I have the monthly plan of $15 and I am getting everything I pay for. It's a quick wash with free vacuums. The trash is always emptied out and they offer free glass cleaner and multi purpose cleaner and towels. Not sure what some ppl expect for 8 bucks but you can go down the street to the Wag-a-bag and pay $11 for a bad gas station wash with no towel dry or vacuum. For a basic wash, it's perfect. Pros: the carwash itself does a decent job and they towel dry the vehicle when done. They give you free towels to wipe the inside of the car. Cons: The blue cleaner, and i use the word cleaner sparingly, id basically water with a tint of blue color added to it. It cleans nothing. I paid the extra cost to have my wheels detailed and i have to say, a toddler could have done better. They didn't wipe all the dirt off and didn't armorall the entire tire, just parts of it. See photos. Vacuum suction isn't the greatest. Employees are nice, but not helpful at all. They walk around like they are in a daze. Spoke to one of them about trying to fix the broken end of the vacuum, the ending of that conversation was "sorry, can't help you". **Beware** I purchased the High Roller monthly pass so I could breeze through the check in and get my truck washed frequently, but when I pulled up this morning there were 5 cars in the single purchase line and when I pulled up to the empty monthly pass lane the attendant wouldn't even look at me and continued to assist 3 cars from the other line before I was fed up and backed out. Their system has left swirls and scratches all over my 2020 paint job, and there were always water spots. And when I asked the manager on duty about why they acted that way she didn't seem to care. When I said I want to cancel my subscription she just walked off. She finally came back with a confirmation of cancellation but actually seemed happy when she only said "Bye" as I drove away. I love wash n' roll! I am so grateful that they towel dry my car. I try to roll thru at least once a week so I definitely save by having the membership. Free vacuums that really "suck"! And the air sprayers for those detail spots. Manager Ronald is awesome and super helpful at the Round Rock 79 location. I'll drive a little further distance just to come to that particular location. They are out there in cold, hot and windy conditions So even though I always detail my car a little more I try and tip the guys well because I do appreciate that bit of service! read more

Got a decent car wash for $8. I like how it's quick and that I can get in and out in a good amount of time and that my car gets clean for this nominal fee. Staff seems friendly overall. I also appreciate how I can go vacuum my car afterwards and clean my interior. The things I didn't appreciate about my visit today was that the girl (most likely in high school) was giving me all kinds of excuses and telling me about how it was "so hard" to basically stand there and take payments. If you don't like your job then go find another one. Also one of the guys drying cars at the drying station didn't dry my car off all the way. I noticed after I pulled into one of the vacuum bays. There was water all over the back and the front. I think it's awesome that high schoolers can work these jobs, but please train your employees to be more professional and dry off the cars better. read more

Came here for the second time and it will be my last. Today was a very busy Saturday and An entire row of vacuums was out! No sign or attendant to tell people where to go. I pulled into an open vacuum and was surprised when it wasn't on, as was everybody else trying to use the vacuums. I went inside to tell someone tell someone the vacuums weren't working and he said "yeah they've been out for a month. We have a guy working on it right now." A month?! A WHOLE MONTH?! And you're just now getting them fixed? If that's the case then they should hire extra people to help point customers where to go on a busy day. It was mass confusion when everybody was trying to get to a vacuum. When i finally did get to a vacuum, it didn't do the job. Very weak suction. I was going to give 2 stars but then i saw all the bug guts still on the front of my car. I expected better for a $10 car wash. read more

Don't go here! Apparently if they break your antenna because the 2 employees who inspect your car before entering don't say anything to you about it then they will also fail to accept responsibility for their mistake. I filed a claim with the manager. A few hours later I got a call from someone at their corporate office informing me that they would not be fixing the issue. When I told them how ridiculous it was that if their equipment breaks something on your vehicle that they don't accept responsibility they will then yell at you on the phone. Yes, the lady literally yelled at me on the phone while telling me it's not their fault. I told her it's not even about that, it's about good customer service and keeping clients long term. (I've been a member there since they opened). I told her I'd be writing a review about my interaction with her and then she yelled at me again telling me that I was threatening her. How freaking ridiculous is that?! I'm not threatening her, I'm just informing her about what I was about to do. I gave her the quote from Toyota that it would cost $223 to repair the damage done by their equipment. They would rather lose a customer (2 car membership) for life than pay $223. They would have made up that cost in less than a year with my business, plus my review after having them take care of it would have been a glowing 5 star review. I came a few weeks ago and had a poor experience. I tried it once again today, and once again I had poor quality car wash. I paid for the high roller wash which comes with the tire cleaning. Long story short, I had to redo what was supposedly cleaned and dried. I will keep my negative comments to myself about the kids drying, because they are young and this has to be their first job. Also, the actual car wash is broken. The sides of my car were not washed, as the brushes that wash the side panels were not moving/working. Update 12/2020: Recently brought our new van to be washed. I paid for the $13 wash. I would previously get the $8 or $10 on on our other vehicle, but figured why not level up for the first wash. Though I appreciate the free car wipe down, I can't help but think how it wouldn't be necessary if the dryer was sufficient. There was also a bunch of soap left on the back of our new van. I had our 2 toddlers with me. So, by the time I noticed the person drying the car was drying soap onto our windows and the back of our van, it was too late. I am definitely not a satisfied customer as dried soap can ruin our windows and paint job. There are often so many cars lined up here and I understand wanting to get them through and make the most money possible, but doing so by lowering the quality of the washes and drying, and lacking attention to detail, is bad business practice. The young man drying my van seemed nice, but he really should have suggested that I go through for another rinse (if that's an option) or offered to rinse off the soapy areas. One star for the free vacuums. I used to be a loyal customer, but not sure that I will be back. __________ I don't wash our family suv often but go here about twice a month when I do. When I first started going here about two years ago when we moved to round rock, the $10 wash was a good deal...pretty clean, though it never dried well. Never have I experienced a car wash like this! One a scale of washing your car with quarters to waiting an hour for other people to clean your car (at an obnoxious price) this place blows everything out of the water. I love having a clean car and this car wash does that at such a great price. And get this they even towel dry your car afterward! RIGHT?!?! The vacuums are amazing and not clogged or gross! Very disappointed! Majority of the employees are ruining this car wash. They are going through the motions and not providing quality work. I believe they need a change in management to get this car wash running efficient again. I have had a membership for over a year and I'm contemplating cancelling. Man I rolled in here for the first time and was greeted by a very nice and polite young man. Was very helpful, took the time to ask how my day was and explained the different washes and what might be the best for me and my car. Didn't try to up sale me just explained the washes. I really appreciated that. I inquired about a veterans discount and he said he would see... cams right back and informed me that they had one and after picking my wash it was applied to my bill ! These guys are open on holidays, on the weekends until 9pm and sometimes when weather isn't the best. Used to frequent the Palms Car washes in the area but this wash has more locations and open more often. Palms is good but this place is great. Equipment is just as good and has the best value for the monthly wash program. Seriously surprised me that they are open when I really need to get in. Plus the towel dryers don't make you feel bad if you forgot cash to tip. Added my 2nd car on its own monthly plan lately. Thanks Wash N Roll. Too wash company in Austin. **update**10/27/18- Sad after multiple times I have to come change my review from 5 stars down. It gets busy and when you have multiple cars you pay monthly, it should count for something. The Service Advisors often (even with only 3 cars in line) don't help people in order. Wouldn't be a big deal but once you pay you sit another 5 minutes or longer to get into the tunnel. Then it took almost 5 minutes to sell someone a single wash. I understand busy I've worked and sold washes at a car wash. If your going to see it's going to take a while to sell a single wash to the guy who pulled in after you, help the monthly person first then come back. This place is going downhill fast. I purchased a monthly pass and will not be renewing! Today I was here at 8:10 and they were not opened, had employees walking around with no sense of urgency to open. Finally opened at 8:15! Went through the wash just fine, but the guy that was wiping my car down was on the phone, so he had to wipe my car down with one hand and therefore did a half ass job. Now I get to the vacuums and there are no towels or windex any more. I will be taking my business elsewhere! This place hires young kids who don't care and obviously they get this from the management and ownership! Don't wast your time bringing your vehicle here, there are better places to go. read more

This is probably my worst and first experience. I was trying to get my mothers car clean, after a 7 hour trip, and I thought to give them a try. First the staff seemed like they were higher than heavens and didn't seem to care about answering any of my questions. if I wasnt getting a monthly subscription, I wasn't a concern to them. Got the membership right after it opened not too long ago, maybe a year it seems like. It is still a pretty new location so the lines are never too long. I like that. It doesn't seem like it would be a hard thing to do to run a car through a car wash and then dry it off, but I've been places where that was a hard thing for the business to do. This place is not like that. I like the window and leather cleaners also. Most places don't have those. It's also nice when the vacuums work. Have never been there when a vacuum was not working. Once again that seems like that would not be a hard thing to do, but there a place where the maintenance is not kept up. This again is not that place. I've added membership for other family members and they give a little discount for that, but the monthly rate is pretty good anyhow. read more

my minivan is so thankful for the vacuums, cloths and glass cleaner!!! i am so thankful that they are free to use!!! i purchased the "high roller" wash for 18.00, and while the rear bumper was not cleaned very well and the "wipe down" of the back lift door left a lot to be wiped down i am happy with my visit and will return. Got a car wash from here yesterday to clean some tree sap off of my car! It was great! I was kind of nervous it would be difficult to come off but it came off with no problem. The car wash was pretty busy but it didn't take too long at all. The workers were all really polite and I really liked how they had a free towel dry and tons of vacuums! The prices aren't bad either. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had. Caylah acts as if she owns the business and won't give any higher ups information. She hangs up and is a nasty person. She threatened me with "I can look at video footage" so asked what my vehicle looked like and she couldn't say. She's a liar and doesn't let anyone speak. I was charged 25.99 didn't use it once and she won't credit me because I went in once and I never did. The night she claims I was there the vehicle was with my fiancé at her workplace. She swore she'd be able to see proof but didn't have any. I emailed the company for more information and guess who came to the rescue??? CAYLAH AGAIN with her rudeness. I called not too long ago and she called me back saying I was harassing her, no one is harassing you I don't even want to speak with her she's literally the rudest most annoying employee I've come across. She belittles her employees for not answering yet her work skills are horrible. Oh and she's an executive and also gave me a fake name one of the times I called. After having wash n roll for years I cannot believe they let someone treat customers this way. She should be fired or at least trained on how to speak to people basic talking skills because she lacks that. read more
