As far as the wash is concerned the machines do a good job. It's when the people get involved. When the place is busy it takes a long time which is understandable. When it's slow though it still takes a long time because when you pull up all of the kids that work here a shooting the bull in the office. Then when you get to the dry rack you have one kid that hates his job doing a half ass dry job. If you watch the car in front of you they never dry the back of the cars. read more

Would recommend to anyone to go to this car wash. The manager Renee is a top notch manager. She makes the place run very smooth.

This place is pretty good. They move a bit slower than I am used to, but it isn't bad. They have a mirror at the entrance of the carwash so you can see your front tires while you drive onto the track. The vacuum cleaners are nice, and can actually reach between the seat and the door. They also have Windex and paper towels next to the vacuum cleaners so you can get all the way clean! read more

Takes forever to leave this place. There is always like 4 people at the drying station and only one person drying while there are 3 cars waiting. But hey so much can come from unlimited washes for thirty sum what dollars. The free vacuum and leather conditioner is a good touch .! Overall the place is nice and the deals are not bad ! read more

Great Customer Service when you get there then you go through car wash and that is great then you get to the hand dryers and it's down hill from there. I have noticed the last few times I have gone there that I love my experience till the end. They only have 1 or two people drying the vehicles and they are having to rush so my vehicle never gets dried right. They sometimes forget my windshield and always forgot to dry my back window and I've noticed all other cars/trucks as well. Once they fix this they will be 5 Star to me. read more

A functional carwash with free vacuums and glass cleaner. More often than not your car just wont come out completely clean. Something will always be left on it whether thats dirt, bugs, bird poop, or even dried out soap. I used to work here and did for almost a year. Lots and lots and lots of damage comes out of that car wash. And the entire time i was there I don't think I saw a single person get it fixed. If you file a damage claim they look at one thing and its for consistent scratches. They don't use the 6 cameras they have at the beginning of the tunnel to logically say "ok so they didn't or did have damage before the wash". I had about 10 scratches on my rear passenger door that I knew wasn't there before but because the scratches weren't consistent it wasn't true. Its a convenient place and all but just not worth the risk. read more

What a joke!!! Paid $20 for the high roller and ended up drying my own car and applying the tire shine myself. I addressed the issue with the employee but she gave me some lame excuse and pretty much told me to flake off. Again what a joke of a business. read more

Well, it was different than I expected. Thought I was pulling into a full service wash place only to discover it is a partial service place. Car owners clean the interiors but everything is furnished to do that. It took me about 20 min. Once I figured out how to do everything it was ok. Save your money and go else where. $13 for a mediocre wash with brushes that scratch your car. The vacuums aren't the greatest either.

This place is horrible! I have paid for the monthly pass for 3 months now and every time I go there is a problem. This past Sunday was the last straw and I have since canceled my monthly pass and will be using the wash tub two blocks away. I went through the was and when I came out my car was still covered in soap, I waited 15 min in the sun for the guys to dry it and it was covered now in spots and looked like crap. I told the kid (only 1 of the 4 were actually working) that it looked horrible and he said "not my deal, you can go back through if you want". While sitting there they sent 3 people away without even attempting to get all the soap off the cars. I get home and I had paid extra for the wheel polish and they only did 1 side of my car. Went down he street to the wash tub and they laughed and said "that place does it all he time" and took great care of me. The guy even did it for half off because he said nobody deserves to be treated like that. Avoid Wash N Roll if you want good service and if you don't want to ride around with chemicals baking on your car because these kids don't care. They just want to sit around and watch the girls vacuum out their cars, yes that is what they were doing the whole time I waited in the sun. I would never recommend anyone get their car washed at Wash N Roll. I live in San Marcos for school and come stay with my Dad in Round Rock for winter and summer break. When I am in school, I usually attend this car wash once or twice a month whenever I come back home for the weekend. However, during the winter break I decided to get a monthly pass since I knew I would be in town a lot more. It was the 2nd time using my monthly pass that I found damage on the right-side roof of my car. I knew it was from the car wash because right after the car wash, I went to the gas pumps and saw it. After I noticed I went directly back to the car wash to file a report. There was no manager on site so I was told that a manger would call me to discuss the incident. I got the call a day or two later and the manager wanted to set up an in-person meeting. I met him for the in-person meeting, and he made excuses as how he has never seen damage like this in his experience caused by a car wash. He then continued to tell me that the car wash works in a "lightning bolt or zig zag pattern and would be all the way down the side." I then showed him how the scratches went one way then took a 60 degree turn in a different direction as if it was the lightning bolt pattern that he described. Because of the direction change it also seems to void the argument that it was caused by me dragging something off the roof even though I never put anything on the roof. This is when he went back to his default "I've never seen damage like this in my years of experience from a car wash" to cover himself. At the end of the day, I never received any compensation for the damage and will not be going back to this car wash again. The car wash did a poor job either way and used wet towels to dry your car and always left water spots. If you want to keep your car scratch free never attend this car wash. read more

I signed up and paid for unlimited Car was for $16 a month in January. They took my credit card information to bill me monthly automatically. After I signed up for for monthly unlimited wash I got my first wash. After a week when I went for a car wash I was told that i have to pay for car wash. I explained to the attendant that i paid for monthly service a week ago, and I should get unlimited wash. The attendant did not find my car information, but let me get a wash without paying after spending 10 minutes trying to convince him. Well, based on my conversation, I get to know that they did not register my car for monthly wash. For the next three months, I was taking my car to different places. Suddenly, one day when I was checking my credit card transactions online, I saw that Wash N roll was charging me monthly $15.99 for last few months. I went back to Wash N roll that week and explained to another attendant that I am getting billed for last few months ( about 3 months) but they attendant told me 3 months ago my car is not registered for monthly service. The lady figured out that they put my plate number wrong with 1 digit. She fixed the error and let me get my car wash without paying again( remember, they are already taking $15.99 monthly). The lady did not say sorry or anything for charging me monthly even though I explained her that I only got 2 car washes in 3 months as the other guy told me I am not a monthly member. After the wash, I saw the car was still dirty. I drove back for a second wash. The same lady was there who knew i was paying $15.99 for 3 months and missed out washes because of error from their side. She started to ask me why i needed second wash. After, I convinced her she gave me a piece of paper to write my name and contact information to get my second wash. AFTER PAYING 3 MONTHS OF SERVICE WITHOUT GETTING WASHES , THIS BEHAVIOR WAS TOTALLY UNEXPECTED. EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I AM DONE AND CANCELLED MY MEMBERSHIP THE SAME DAY. read more
