DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH BUSINESS!!!!! I so wish that I had read these reviews- but I didn't even think of it at the time. I've done the "sign up today, use it all month, just cancel before x date if you don't want it anymore" several times. There's always a high-pressure sales person at the kiosk to talk you into it. The one in Bellevue gets my car cleaner than the one on Thompson Lane. After running my car through 3 TIMES I still had a mud splash down the front passenger door of my car. It took a 4th wash at the Bellevue location to get it off. I sent an email to alert them when I canceled. I was never acknowledged. I canceled way before the cancelation date. Then I find a charge for $40 on my account a couple of weeks later. I called the customer service line and the woman was SO rude. She told me that they had 2 accounts for my car, and only one was canceled. Apparently their locations do not work together. 2 read the license plate, 2 use the barcode (which, they never ask permission before applying it to the inside of your windshield , nor do they warn you). I was NEVER told in the handfuls of times of using these car washes that it would create separate accounts for the same car. There's always a new person at the kiosks, so there must be a lot of turnover. The customer service representative refused to refund me, despite proof that I had canceled the only account I thought that I had several weeks early. She told me she was SURE that I was told these locations don't work on the same account. Really? You were there and overheard the conversations where they just said "The reader wasn't able to read your barcode/license plate..." and then they'd scan their own card and let me through? Horrific customer service. Horrific. They haven't responded to any of my emails. I've disputed the charge with my bank. I will never ever use this business again. I should tell them I want a refund for the month where the Thompson Lane location didn't even get my car clean after running it through 3 times. Just don't waste your time and money. read more

Stay really far away. I am yet another customer who was fleeced by the "promotion" that I did not consent to. By the time I discovered it, I had $150 on my credit card. (3 months of washes that I did use, because I did not even know that I had a membership.) Not only that, but the "wash" was nonexistent. Of course they would not issue a refund. This place is definitely a scam, and has been identified as such by other customers on the Better Business Bureau website. I contacted customer service; they said that there is no manager to talk to and then they hung up on me. Before that, I asked if they were aware of other customers calling with similar issues and they said that was an "internal matter" and they couldn't comment on it. TL;DR: My car was damaged during a wash at Wash N Roll Melrose due to employee negligence. I was screamed at, denied help, and am now out money in damages and time. Absolutely avoid this place. I visited Wash N Roll Melrose on 4/14 around 3 PM. It was my first time, and even though I saw the bad reviews, I thought, "How bad can a car wash be?" Big mistake. I paid for the $22 platinum wash, tipped, and got in line. Two male attendants were working, one with long brown hair and one with short blonde hair. The long-haired one directed me way too close to the car ahead, while the other juggled spraying my windows and being on the phone. I put my car in neutral and took my foot off the brake as instructed. Immediately, the track pushed my car into the one ahead. The attendant shouted "WHOA WHOA WHOA" -- I braked to stop further damage. He first denied contact, then told me to continue. Inside the carwash, chemicals sprayed into my car through the cracked window, staining the door. At the exit, the woman in the car ahead confirmed we made contact and pointed out my warped, misaligned bumper. She had to leave but said the staff clearly caused it. When I asked the attendants for help, they refused to file a report, insisted I was at fault, and yelled at me repeatedly. One said I "accelerated," which is impossible -- my car was in neutral and has forward collision braking. I asked to speak to a manager. They refused. I called the Davidson Co. non-emergency line and started trying to reach the car wash via Google numbers -- no answer, no callback. Over the next 3 hours, I watched the attendants continue to direct moving cars while on FaceTime calls and distracted, completely ignoring me. Eventually, I found the office. The blonde attendant shouted at me again and shoved his phone in my face, saying, "HERE. MANAGER!!" The man on the phone claimed to be the manager and, instead of addressing my issue, said: "You'll have to forgive him, he's a little autistic and it's his first job." (Wildly inappropriate and unprofessional.) That "manager" came to the location. He didn't share his name or contact. He refused to show me security footage, saying a senior manager texted him to stop. Only when my partner arrived did they agree to file a bare-minimum incident report. The police arrived and filed a report (civil matter, private property). The manager refused to provide insurance information unless formally requested by police. I asked about a refund for the wash. He said, "Did your car go through the wash?" I said yes -- it's how the bumper got damaged. He smirked and said, "Well, is it clean?" (It wasn't.) Still, no refund. Today is 4/18, and I've received no follow-up. The repair estimate is $790.64, not including potential internal damage. I'll also need a rental for 2-3 days. This car wash is going to cost a total of over $1,000, not counting the 3 hours of stress and being screamed at by employees and a manager. Luckily insurance will cover some, but this is going to be an expensive hassle to deal with. Please -- believe the reviews. Don't go through what I did. Do not go to Wash N Roll Melrose. read more

I used to go to their drive-through because it was close to my house and easy even though it didn't do a very good job. I canceled it when I moved further away. They wouldn't let me cancel it over the phone I had to physically go there get out of my car and talk to them and they assured me it was cancelled. A fee times I've gone to a Wash N Roll since then I've had to pay out-of-pocket, which is fine because I thought I was no longer a member. Now I see they've been charging me every month $40. I went in because I had gotten bugs and paint splattered all over my car after going a road trip. I got the Gold ($16) which did include a bug removing feature. Not only did all the bugs not get removed, but the paint is still all over my front bumper and side mirrors, and my windshield still has several spots on it. They "provide" towels to dry off your car, but good luck finding any clean ones. For $16, I expect to come out with a clean car. Don't come to this car wash if you actually want what you're going for (a clean car). It's absolutely not worth it. The only good thing was the guy at the spot where you pay was nice. read more

I have a monthly membership so can come as often as I want for less than $20/ month. And I do come often. Everyone is nice- there's almost always a worker at the kiosk to ensure cars move quickly at the payment station. I've learned there are not always dry towels to use so I try to remember to bring my own. Vacuums are great - no problem there. The staff is helpful and present. The wash is easy to enter from the right lane and it loops inside their lot. They offer a monthly fee that's totally worth it if you just use their services a few times a month. I really like the vacuum stations after and the matt vacuum . Iffy on the towels to dry your car after but usually they offer them in a clean bucket and then you put them in a dirty bucket to be recycled. I bring my own so it's not a big deal. read more

Friendly, fast service, great value, with free self-vacuuming, towels, and Windex spray. I really appreciated the strong suction of their vacuums and air spray. My salt-covered car from the most recent snow is now super clean from their top wash, which costs $28. I highly recommend and will return despite a slightly narrow entrance to get in. read more

One of the worst (if not THE worst) car washes I've gotten. I probably should've read the Yelp reviews before going but just needed something closeby and affordable. Granted I had recently taken a road trip and definitely had to go back through the wash a second time because the front bumper & grill were not even clean. After that many areas are still dirty. The guy working the ordering/payment machine talked me into getting one of the top 2 tier washes so I can return within 30 days for a free wash if pollen/etc. messes up the car, as it so often does in this area this time of year. I park outside now so I thought 'okay, why not'. Then he tried to slide in how if it doesn't work out just tell us, and that's when I let him know that I don't want a subscription so it sounds like I'll have to tell them to cancel during my next visit. Honestly, I don't think much is done differently with those $20 & $25 washes and the lower tier washes for $10 & $15. I may as well have stuck with the $10 wash I planned to get. Also, why am I paying to dry my own car? I suppose it could be helpful if the car was washed properly.. It would be nice if they replenished the bucket for clean towels. Some of the workers are pleasant. However, the entrance/exit is a cluster. This was my first Nashville drive-thru car wash experience and not a very good one. No stars if I could. These people are the worst. I used to use this wash regularly before it changed its name/ownership. Went on April 2 to get my car washed, an attendant used my card instead of allowing me to insert it into the machine. I have not been back since, but I got signed up for monthly recurring payments. To top that off, they've also charged me for a single wash I did not purchase. In two months, they've charged me $80 for services I did not use or request. Beware of deceptive customer practices. Don't fall for the "free month for the price of a wash promotion." They made it very unclear that you had to take action to stop an automatic membership if you accept the month for the price of a wash deal.
