Save your money, your time, and your clothes... skip Seville Cleaners altogether. Now I'm stuck with a wrinkled, ruined skirt I can't wear. Just look at the photos they speak for themselves. Here's what happened: I brought in a simple skirt to be pressed. The pleats were done, sure, but the rest of the skirt was completely wrinkled. I asked for a redo, picked it up the next day, and not only were the wrinkles STILL there, but the fabric now looked powdery white. My skirt is completely ruined and unusable. The worst part: The girl at the counter was completely unsympathetic and even tried to gaslight me, insisting she "didn't see any wrinkles or powder" and telling me that if I had a problem, I should "call her boss and take it up with him." Before I walked out, I took photos right in front of her specifically for this review. And for the grand finale... Said Boss is nowhere to be found! He hides behind his employees. They'll answer the phone, but somehow he's "never available." Three days, no call back. Shady business, period.

The whole handoff was very smooth. I am not sure if it was expensive because I didn't really do any price shopping but for several queen quilts, mattress liners, sheets and some towels it was about $80 (minus the $10 off coupon) -- but well worth it to me! The one thing the attendant didn't tell me was that I needed to bring the receipt back the next day when I picked up the items. When I came back the next day a different attendant was working and asked me for my receipt and then was a little annoyed I didn't have it. I guess it would be weird to have someone else pick up my laundry but why would anyone do that? I had also brought in a couple more quilts when I was picking up my order and she was also annoyed I didn't have my own bag. Overall I was very pleased with the washing and folding so that is why I gave 4 stars but the grumpy attendant should be a little nicer.

I picked a large washer and started dropping quarters in until one got stuck. These were from their change machine. No one to help. No one! I even called there number and left message, twice. I took the comforter out of the machine and went to a Wave Laundromat nearby, where they had someone help guide me through the process and it was great! First off, the process they use is simple and efficient. I've never had to wait long in line to drop off my stuff, and they'll shoot you a text when it's ready for pickup. I similarly have never had to wait long to pick up my clothes. I've mostly been to Tatum Cleaners for button-up dress shirts and blazers. And once to clean a rug. The amount of time it takes them to take care of business is reasonable, and the prices are reasonable. I've never ran into any issues. That's the type of experience you look for at a dry cleaners.
