I'm so angry I didn't even want to waste energy writing this, but people need to know what they're paying for. Do yourself a favor and take your clothes ANYWHERE else! Just look at the photos I posted. This place doesn't care, doesn't take responsibility, and clearly doesn't know what they're doing. Save your money, your time, and your clothes... skip Seville Cleaners altogether. Now I'm stuck with a wrinkled, ruined skirt I can't wear. Just look at the photos they speak for themselves. Here's what happened: I brought in a simple skirt to be pressed. The pleats were done, sure, but the rest of the skirt was completely wrinkled. I asked for a redo, picked it up the next day, and not only were the wrinkles STILL there, but the fabric now looked powdery white. My skirt is completely ruined and unusable. The worst part: The girl at the counter was completely unsympathetic and even tried to gaslight me, insisting she "didn't see any wrinkles or powder" and telling me that if I had a problem, I should "call her boss and take it up with him." Before I walked out, I took photos right in front of her specifically for this review. And for the grand finale... Said Boss is nowhere to be found! He hides behind his employees. They'll answer the phone, but somehow he's "never available." Three days, no call back. Shady business, period. read more

I started bringing my clothes to Seville after outrageous prices at some other cleaners ($27 for a pair of simple pants is crazy!). Seville is fast, inexpensive and for basic jobs like a pair of slacks great. I take away one star because I had a silk blouse and while it was clean it was still wrinkled. My advice is for most basic dry cleaning bring it to Seville. For anything delicate I'd look elsewhere. read more

Blown away that this place has 4.5 stars after using them regularly for six months. I've given them a very fair shot at my business, but they always come up short. I will say the owner John is very nice -- but I only have spoken to him on the phone so many times because they've had to rectify a variety of mistakes. In the last six months I have had: three pieces with color transfer that had to be retreated. Three sweaters and one dress come back with significant pulls/snags in the fabric, a dress that came back torn in three places (which they agreed to fix and returned to me in the exact same condition, and then again took back to fix and after six weeks they finally gave it back to me in the same condition I dropped it off in) and too many wrinkles items to count (example photos attached). The staff is also INSUFFERABLE no one ever says hello. They seem unconvinced to assist and if you ask them about the quality of the work product they're immediately defensive and rude (this is also very off brand for the area. People in north Scottsdale are typically very nice). Just can't stomach spending my money there. Also beware, they decide what gets laundered versus dry cleaned so if you want something specific, make sure to let them know. After I received my items back with color transfer and I brought up that they had been dyed and that I specifically asked for dry cleaning (and these items have been dry cleaned more than ten times each) one of the girls working said in a rude condescending tone "Do you even know how dry cleaning works?" -- yes I do, and I know that my white stuff shouldn't be dyed blue or grey. I called Seville and they said they could get it done by 10:30 the next day and then when I came in they were able to get it in same day. They were so friendly and helpful and very reasonably priced. NOT FOR WEDDING ATTIRE! This places RUINED my wedding dress. It's a completely different color, dirty gray instead of creamy white and there are multiple pulls in the fabric that were not there prior to dropping it off. If I could give 0 stars I would, but I guess we'll go with 1. We took my fiancés dress shirt here to get it dry cleaned for a very important event we had. He dropped the shirt off at 8 am and asked for same day dry cleaning and was told it would be ready THE SAME DAY by 5 pm. He went to pick it up and was told it wouldn't be ready until the following morning. He went back and again they told him it wasn't ready so he had to come back a third time and finally was told the shirt was done. How does this shirt look to you? Now we are in quite the pickle, pit stains and all and wish we could get our time and $3 back. read more

The value is so incredible for the service they provide. My comforter was clean and ready on time! It was a little busy when I picked up, but it did seem pretty disorganized. I handed them my receipt and they pretty much immediately misplaced it, but no worries as they found my stuff! They had a machine break down so a few people in there didn't get their stuff, but the staff was determined to make things right which I liked! Might've been better if they let the people know before they came to pick up that the machine broke down and their stuff wouldn't be ready, but they did try to fix the issue which was good. read more

I tried this cleaners recently as I moved to this north scottsdale location. I dont like the fact they have you pay in advance or you get charged an additional $5.00 for paying when you pick up. I usually have someone drop off my laundry due to my work schedule and they do not have my credit card. Wasn't even given the option to leave a card on file. Young man at front desk was not well versed in company policy as to why this is the case. This policy just doesn't make sense unless they have had a lot of clients "not satisfied" with their cleaning then refuse to pay. Oh well, there are many others to choose from. read more

But I picked them and there were creases in all 9 pairs of pants. I asked for a refund and they refused and only would give back partial credit.
