I never write reviews but I had to comment on how clean and well taken care of, this facility is. I've been to a lot of seedy laundromats in my time but this one is really great. The washers cost a little more than I expected but the free dryer made up for the cost. read more

This is probably the cleanest laundromat i've been to, i was nice and not too crowded, i was able to do multiple loads, the only problem which wasn't even really a problem that you have to start your dryer every 10 minutes because a dryer cycle only lasts for 10 minutes, but the dryer is free, so i don't think i can even really complain about that read more

Was in town visiting, and the 3rd ABnB I stayed in didn't have a W/D so here I come. 20lb load washed to full grocery store bags of clothes in 26 minutes for 3.50 (I selected heavy load to really get some water and suds up in my dirty outdoor worn stuff) bucks. Sid's right up and quickly got going. The atmosphere in here is super chill and clean...I walked in and asked the lady what was the best machine. She spoke English and was ready to help with a smile on her face, rec'd me the machine and that it would be an extra .50 cents to use heavy load. There was a small group of people. Theres a cocktail table seating area, and legit think I heard someone microwaving something up. What a cool nice clean spot to do laundry! Also they have a parking spot. There are hobos around on the street, but act like you live and play in a city for gawd sakes and mind your business and be nice and you wont get messed with! Hobos are people after all with unfortunate life circumstances/family. Be thankful you have laundry you even have to wash to move on with your best days ahead. This place was a good choice. Great place! Clean, fairly inexpensive with good quality and well-maintained equipment. They have lots of different size washers, so you can bring large items but also don't have to pay for more than you need. Drying is free, staff are on hand if you need help. And... free wifi! read more

This laudromat is literally a "FarCry" from the other 2 laundromats i just reviewed on here very recently,period.It is Beautiful on the inside as well as the outside looks wise.It has some seats inside,unlike the other 2 aforementioned laundromats i reviewed this year.It has modern day big boy washing machines and dryers,and the other 2 laundromats don't,period.This laudromat even has a coffee machine in addition to some really nice snack & drink vending machines,and the other 2 laundromats don't,period.This laudromat has 4 or 5 flat screen televisions that are not raggedy,and the other 2 laundromats don't,period.This laudromat has separate men & women restrooms that are nice and clean,and the other 2 laundromats don't,period.The laundry attendant female employee or owner also keeps this laundromat clean overall,sans the little filth i saw on one of their 2 dining style tables.Drying your clothes is free here by the way,but the brand new looking dryers for some strange reason takes a little longer than it should to truly dry a couple of rugs though.It was not a burning hot sensation after pressing the start button 3 times to dry my rugs for a total of thirty minutes very shockingly.Their free "Wi-Fi" was not the namesake of this laudromat that I expected.It is a very limited time session from a deeply racist cable corporation that is extremely popular unfortunately.This is literally the nicest laudromat i have ever seen in my life to date,period. read more

My washing machine broke so I had to find a nearby laundromat. This place is clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful and the dryers are free. Credit cards are accepted only for supplies. Coins are still needed for the machines. They have change machines though. read more

I am so glad my brother told me about Wash U!! This is the cleanest and most affordable laundromat I've found in the city. There are other laundromats near me but I specifically go out of the way to come here. The prices are reasonable and they have plenty of size options for washing machines. And it's a free dry with every wash!! read more

Apparently you can't get quarters if you don't do your wash on the same day. The staff there are so rude as well. I don't wanna deal with them any more, so I'm going to Happy Wash instead from now on. read more

Cleanest most efficient laundry mat. Tons of washers and dryers available which is amazing when I take huge loads to do. I've never had to wait. Ultimately I can't stress enough the cleanliness of this place--it's the reason I continue to come here. read more

Tried for the first time today. I was greeted as I came in. Place looks great, tons of washers and (free) dryers. Vending machines are a plus as well. Only negative is you're charged extra for hot water and a heavier washing cycle. So the price on the front of the washing machines isn't entirely accurate. read more

I remembered passing by this place when I was going to school at Truman. It was just opening. I've never needed a good laundromat before, but my home's washer isn't being fixed until Monday the 11th, so I figured with the great reviews and ease of access, I'd give it a shot. I walked in, pretty confused and naive about industrial washing machines, how to pay etc. The first thing I asked was "do you have a scale?", so I could tell which washer to use. They have 20, 40, 60, and 80 lb washers, and each of the signs has little laundry basket designs to show how many loads should go in each. Cuteeeeee. Anyway, he brought over an attendant who was working the floor named Bella, I believe. She was so nice and suggested I use the 40 lb washer for my duffle bag full of medium weight brights. It was $5.75. For the amount of laundry that I feel I got clean for that, is more than enough. Wash U's got really reasonable prices in my opinion, but this was also the first laundromat I'd ever been to. Over the next hour or so (my wash took 27 minutes) I had loads of dumb questions that a first timer would naturally have, and Bella answered all of them for me. Free dryers! Overall I spent maybe $10 on a pretty large duffle full of clothes. Thanks wash u!!!!! read more

I haven't been to a laundromat in many years. Wow this place is super clean with plenty of huge washers and dryers. New washers are a little expensive but the dryers are free Plus plenty of parking. read more

Very clean, plenty of machines up to 80 pounds at a time. Drying is free, washed 10 loads with $15. Plenty of seating and several tvs. This place is awesome! read more

I usually come to this laundromat because it is usually clean and nice! I washed clothes today in the 10.00 machine which jumps to 11.00 depending on the kind of wash you select? After the machine stopped my clothes did not wash all the way. I informed the attendant and asked if I can get another wash in another machine and she flat out right said no! I told her the machine did not have much water in it like it usually do! While the machine was washing I was just looking to see when eventually the water would come in and next thing you know the wash was over! But, never did I expect to be called basically a lie to my face by the attendant lady when I told her my clothes did not get a good wash because it was hardly any water! She looked at the other attendant and told her no and grabbed her cup because she was getting off of work! I did not ask for any money or anything just another wash! I asked the attendant for the manager she told me to call back tomorrow and he should be here( should) HMMM ?! I really did like this laundromat I even told people about this laundromat because it is for the most part clean and not a lot of people! But, DAMMIT now I have to find another laundromat and stop spreading a good word about this place because clearly if you have an issue you would be considered a liar and told not to tell Miss lady that was getting off of work how to do her job as she told me! So, I guess I am supposed to go home and wait until tomorrow and call the manager to get my clothes rewashed or find someplace else at 7:00 at night now to take my business! !!!!! read more

The best place we've found to do our laundry. They just opened, everything is new and so clean. Plenty of chairs with tables. The drying is free. This place is about 15 minutes out of the way for us but it's so worth it. Also they have the nicest lady working there, her name is Ruby just like the gem she is! read more
